- Kseniya (9/5): - Очень уютный небольшой бутиковый отель в самом сердце старого города. Очень удобно расположенное здание от двух входов в крепость. Всего 3-5 минут неспешным шагом и вы на месте. Сами номера чистые, прибранные и соответствуют фото. Что не мало важно - чистый санузел без дополнительных запахов, как это часто встречается и в самом Баку, и в целом в старом городе. Вкусные завтраки, все базовое присутствует. Нужно отдать должное что это не отель 5 звезд и ожидать огромный шведский стол - не стоит, но чтобы начать день, прекрасный вариант! Немного прохладно в номерах, в остальном все отлично!

Поздний завтрак - с 9.00 , а экскурсии начинаются в 8.00-9.00 . Поскольку отель находится в историческом центре , к отелю не могут подъехать экскурсионные автобусы и такси .

La colazione varia tra salato e dolce offrendo molti prodotti di qualità. A noi è toccata la camera 101, l’unica con balcone che affaccia proprio sull’entrata dell’hotel: comoda e accogliente. Il personale è cordiale e piacevole. Nulla in particolare.

- Daria (1/5): 4 star is nothing about this hotel, please do not book it - Location in the old town This hotel is a total scam, starting with the worst: 1. On the last night we found BEDBUGS in our bed! The hotel staff didn’t said sorry or anything, just offered a room that might be free (or might not if other guests come). 2. After we moved out from the hotel one night before, the host changed our booking to just 1 night and cancelled it! (We stayed from 5 to 9th October, now in my booking history it is said: 1 night from 9th to 10th and this night is canceled. Of course I didn’t change of cancel anything, it was done because they didn’t want to get a bad review. 3. Breakfast was a shame there: cold coffee, no any vegetables or fruits, partially empty food containers and really poor choice. 4. On the first day they gave us the wrong room(ground floor room, it is awful, no normal lights and no ventilation in the bathroom at all)

- Ilja (10/5): 10/10 - Гостиница превзошла все наши ожидания! В первую очередь, месторасположение нам подошло идеально для прогулок по старому городу и в качетве места встречи с местными друзьями. Предлагаемые завтраки также оказались очень вкусными и сытными. На последнем этаже гостницы находится терасса, откуда мы наслаждались прекрасным видом на город по вечерам. Самое главное - это действительно отзывчивый и приятный персонал. Мы прилетели в Баку в 5 утра, и нас смогли заселить в свободный номер за небольшую плату. Как опытный путешественник, скажу, что редко когда подобная проблема решается так быстро и легко. Отдельное спасибо за гостеприимтсво и помощь Анару! Только что покинув Баку, уже хочется вернуться обратно не только в город, но и в эту гостиницу.

Onnan a legtöbb turisztikai látványosság gyalog vagy tömegközlekedési eszközökkel könnyen megközelíthető. A személyzet jellemzően udvarias, segítőkész volt. A tisztaságra sem lehet panaszunk. A reggeli finom, bőséges és kellően választékos. Nem volt ilyen.

- Vitor (9/5): Great place. Would stay again. - The hotel staff is definitely one of the best in the world. They were helpful, kind, friendly… there are no words to describe how well they treated me and made me feel good. Other than that, the hotel has a Good location, it’s silent, clean and has a rooftop bar that I wish I could’ve enjoyed better. The breakfast could be better, with better options. Also, the way the shower is fixed, there is no way you can have a shower without washing the whole bathroom.
- Kimberly (6/5): - This was our second stay at Dastan- great location still but we had a few issues this time. When we arrived we were told the reception had made a mistake and put us (two friends) in a double room instead of a twin. We understand mistakes happen but would have preferred being explained this at reception. Instead we are led up three flights of stairs and only when the room was shown were told the problem- it felt a bit like an ambush. It was also an extremely tiny double room so didn’t feel like what we had paid for with the twin. Would prefer a discount and not a bottle of pomegranate wine we didn’t really want. Similarly this time around there seemed to be no one attending the breakfast, we would come 15 minutes after it opened and coffee is empty, no cups etc. you have to go and find the reception staff to alert them of this. Our last morning 5 minutes after breakfast opened there were already no free tables as they were full with dirty plates- we chose one anyway and by an hour later as we checked out still no one had cleared any tables. All of these things can be addressed just not ideal for our stay this time.

- Kalkina (10/5): Отличный отель с баром на крыше и потрясающим видом! - Отличное расположение в старом городе, все близко - достопримечательности и рестораны. На входе встретил очень приветливый и улыбающийся сотрудник, помог с чемоданами, посоветовал отличное место для ужина. Наш номер был небольшим, но все необходимое имелось, отлично подойдет чтобы остановиться на 2-3 дня. На крыше есть открытая площадка с баром, где можно вечером посидеть с вином и посмотреть на город, видно Девичью башню. Вид прекрасный. Небольшой выбор еды на завтраке, но базовая еда в виде сыра, яйц и омлета есть.

- Myrto (6/5): Απογοητευτική παραμονή - Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετικό σημείο στην παλιά πόλη. Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ χαμηλότερο από ότι διαφημίζεται. Το πρωινό είναι πολύ βασικό, η καθαριότητα όχι ιδιαίτερη, οι πετσέτες απαράδεκτες παλιές και ταλαιπωρημένες. Έπρεπε να ζητήσουμε 2 φορές να μας δώσουν μια πετσέτα προσώπου που ξέχναγαν. Όπως και χαρτί τουαλέτας. Οι κουρτίνες στο δωμάτιο απαράδεκτες, δεν κάλυπταν όλο το παράθυρο και άφηναν κενό. Είχε ελάχιστες κρεμάστρες στη ντουλάπα
- SERGEY (10/5): - Останавливались в Dastan Hotel во время отпуска и остались очень довольны. Отель расположен в самом сердце Старого города — тихое и уютное место, идеально подходящее для спокойного отдыха. В пешей доступности находятся туристическая улица (10 минут) и набережная (8 минут), рядом много кафе и станция метро. Особое удовольствие доставила терраса на крыше с потрясающим видом — отличное место для утреннего кофе. Завтраки вкусные, но хотелось бы, чтобы их было чуть больше. Персонал очень доброжелательный и всегда готов помочь. Номера убирали каждый день, что приятно порадовало. В целом — отличное соотношение цены и качества. Смело рекомендую для тех, кто хочет комфортно отдохнуть и исследовать Баку!

- Saniya (8/5): - Очень понравилось месторасположение, все достопримечательности старого города в пешей доступности. Рядом кафе, рестораны, магазины. Персонал отеля очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный. Номер был уютный, есть все необходимое. Завтра показался скудным, мало позиций.

- Ewelina (9/5): Idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta - Idealna lokalizacja do zwiedzania starego miasta. Śniadania smaczne, zawsze udało nam się najeść, na plus kawa z ekspresu przelewowego. Ładny wystrój hotelu jak i pokoju. W pokoju suszarka i podstawowe kosmetyki. Super taras na dachu. Przemiła obsługa. Można pozostawić bagaże po wymeldowaniu się z pokoju. Niestety jak pierwszego dnia, podczas naszej nieobecności, został zabrany stolik z pokoju tak nie powrócił już do nas do samego końca wyjazdu i trochę nam go brakowało. Na dachu jest taras, bardzo ładny, przydało by się tam kilka parasolek aby można było z niego korzystać nie tylko w nocy ale też po południu. Dodatkowo, jak trafi się, że na dachu jest akurat jakaś impreza a macie pokój na 3 piętrze to trochę słabo (w pokoju jest głośno, bardzo słychać chodzenie po schodach). Na nasze 4 dni pobytu był tylko jeden taki wieczór. I ostatnia uwaga, hotel jest piękny, recepcja bardzo zadbana ale już okna w pietach czy w pokoju mgły by być częściej myte bo niestety bardzo psują ogólny odbiór. Nie jest to nic co wpływa na pobyt i jego komfort.

- Ruslan (10/5): - Как минимум одна вещь стоит того, чтобы вы посетили этот отель - клиентоориентированность и отношение к гостям здесь лучше, чем во многих пятизвездочных отелях. Рекомендую каждому испытать этот опыт.
- Илья (7/5): Общее впечатление приятное, но есть нюансы - У отеля прекрасное расположение - самый центр, но тихая улочка без шумных гулянок за окном. Классная терраса на крыше, где можно выпить вина или чая вечером, встретить закат с видом на крыши города. Замечательный приятный персонал. Завтрак хороший, всё вкусно. В номере есть всё необходимое, питьевая вода каждый день. Интерьер в номерах приятный, но уставший. Потёки на стенах, местами пятна и т.п. Ванная комната тесная, вода из душевой будет повсюду. Иногда капает кондиционер, если он над кроватью, то намокает подушка. Окно в ванной не закрывалось полностью. Завтрак накрывают на первом этаже возле стойки регистрации, тут же ремонт, тут же ходят люди, мест посадочных мало, иногда приходилось ждать столик.

- Veranika Pekhtserava (6/5): I can recommend this hotel for few days to see old city, but for people without small children - Stuff is very helpful and friendly! Thank you for the hospitality! Hotel location in the heart of old city. Cleaning and new towels everyday. Free water also everyday. Room 304. There is a bar on the roof and the room has no sound proof isolation, so the noise at night when people go from the roof downstairs. Also on Friday there was party with loud music, so I can't sleep before my flight. No glass doors in shower - water everywhere after each shower. TV doesn't work. Clean lady changed dirty cups for the "clean" but they were not clean few times. Beds were placed not just near the wall, so It wasn't comfortable seat on the bed. Not enough space for clothes - only few clothes hangers and bedside table. At breakfast sometimes there were no cups. Looks like hotel has just few and shef clean it after each usage and just don't have time do it quickly.
- Arild (10/5): Perfect and value for the money. Roof terrace! - Location, location and staff! Perfect stay for our family. We had 2 rooms and all happy. We were surprised by the excellent roof top terrace with superb view of Flame Towers, the sea, Flag and old town. We would like to stay there again! Nothing actually. But we booked a Bolt taxi from the airport when arrival that had no driving access in old town restricted area. Hotel fixed the return from the hotel, door-door.
