From the moment I arrived, I felt not like a guest, but like family. Their care went far beyond anything I could have imagined — they even paid for my Uber taxi, personally walked me to the car, and spoke with the driver themselves to make sure I would arrive safely at the airport. This level of attention, respect, and protection is truly rare and unforgettable. If you are looking for a place where you can feel completely safe, stay right in the heart of Baku, and experience the warmth of a true home rather than just a hotel, then this beautiful hotel is an absolute must. I will carry this experience in my heart and will definitely return. Highly recommended without any hesitation!

Görkem (10/5): - Merhabalar öncelikle personel Zafer bey cok ilgiliydi ve herkesle tek tek ilgilendi gerçekten personelin bu kadar iyi olması ilgilenmesi bizi cok mutlu etti teşekkürler ayrıca konumu çok güzel merkeze 1 dakika nerdeyse. Kahvaltı biraz daha iyi olabilirdi ve temizlik.

Ремонт дороги прям под окнами( ладно, это временно , но они в 7 утра уже копали!) Хорошо что мне всего 3 часа поспать требовалось. И у меня не было других вариантов. Не советую данный отель!!!
