- Dane (2/5): - Overpriced for how bad this place was. The room had a broken air conditioner. The room and bathroom/showers were so small. In the shower you can’t put your arms up without smashing your elbow on the glass. Meanwhile there is someone taking a dump right next to you. During check in you had to call someone to come down from the “market”, which took some time. The sink faucet is still broken as reported months ago. The vibe here was terrible. The the key system to get into the room was dumb. Who wants to enter in a 8 digit number. Not a good place.

- Christina (4/5): Only nice thing is that it's in the centre - Casa letran confused us by sending a video of the door lock of the hall. We then thought we had to go through that door to go outside but apparently there was another door to go outside and because of the stress of figuring out how to get to our room we forgot that this was the door to go outside. And they gave us a room with 1 bed instead of the 2 separate beds we booked. The room is quite clean and it has a separate bathroom. The were little cockroaches in the bathroom. Location is good because it's in the centre & not far of the train station.

- Leslie (2/5): - 1. First I did the reservation, by mistake I chose 2 single beds. Immediately I called the hotel to explain I need a full size bed. The lady told me that was not a problem, they have plenty full size beds. When I arrived they gave me the attic with 2 beds. That’s the less problem I have there. 2. The “room” is wasn’t like the pictures, it is the attic, I am 5.3” height and I was able to touch the ceiling. 3. The room was not even close to what is shown in the pictures in Expedia, it had no wall windows. It feels like a cage. 4. The Last night by 10:00pm a light in the room turn on by it self, we couldn’t find how to turn it off. I texted the “manager” and he said it has to be turn off by room number 8, we were in 8B. 6. The first night I realized one of the mattress was damaged, when I sit it sinks. No firmness. I told them, they did nothing about it, not even apologize. 7. The huge fan, a not A/C as posted, has a heat exhaust that kept falling. We have to keep connected it to be able to have a little cold air. Staying in the place was a nightmare. Too many unresolved issues.

Pone que tienen aire acondicionado en la habitación y teníamos un cacharro en el suelo, conectado con un tubo a la pared que hacía más ruido que aire frío. Una sauna minúscula de habitación. Los colchones malísimos y con chinches, ascensor bloqueado cada 2x3... No lo recomiendo en absoluto...
- Abraham (2/5): I don't recommend - It was not as clean as you'd hope. The bedsheets had a yellow colour. Even if they're like that after washing them... They could buy new ones of they are coloured as a customer doesn't know what that is. They are not compliant with European Data Protection laws whereby they are NOT allowed to take a photograph of our ID. Yet they'll ask to take a photo which is sent by WhatsApp thereafter. What was worse is that next room had their lights switch button connected to our room. The result was that when they turned it on at 4/5 AM, we were all of the sudden with our lights on too. And no chance for us to switch them off. So for these reasons, I am sorry but I can't recommend it.
- Roy (4/5): - Property was near sightseeing, shopping, and restaurant areas. Make sure you choose a room with its own bathroom if you dont want to wait for people having long showers. Beds needed 2 pillows instead of just one. Overall, I would find a different place in the same area if you can afford it. This room shouldnt have been this pricey but you pay for the location.

Entre el ruido de la ducha con gente duchándose a las 4 de la madrugada no hemos podido pegar ojo ninguna noche. Hemos abierto una reclamación con hotels.com por la inconveniencia y la mala experiencia con este lugar!

- Joseph (6/5): Pleasant - Central location. I arrived at 18:30 but reception already closed while it says closure at 20:00. I was not informed that it will close earlier. So i contacted the phone number and they gave me the code to get my key. But there was only the locker key and the front door key was missing. So had to wait outside 15 min for someone to come and help. Door code for the room doesnt work so the door doesnt lock and any guest can go inside. Showers and toilets tiny and no privacy as there are only curtains for the showers and toilet doors cannot be locked so we can all see each other

- Johanna (2/5): Muy mala experiencia. - Información poco clara. Hay cucarachas y chinches. El servicio es mediocre. Hice la reserva para la habitación confort doble con baño privado, cuando llegamos me dieron la habitación doble básica con baño compartido. Y la habitación que yo había reservado, ya no existía en su catálogo de habitaciones. Según la señora, enviaron un comunicado que nunca me llegó, indicando que el baño es compartido. Ese baño compartido tenía cucarachas. La cerradura de la habitación estaba dañada y no cerraba, por lo que nos cambiaron de habitación a una con baño privado. El baño privado, es un metro cuadrado en el que la ducha está encima del váter y ni siquiera cabía el lava manos, por lo que lo pusieron en medio de la habitación. La tapa del vatar está rota. En esta no había chinches ni cucharas (que hayamos visto) pero las toallas estaban sucias. El trato de la señora que nos atendió deja mucho que desear.

- Susana (2/5): - Ha sido una muy mala experiencia. La habitación estaba sucia, no tenía ventilación, le dicen baño privado a una taza de wc que tiene encima una ducha y en el suelo un desagüe. En el baño que hay en el distribuidor había un problema con el desague y el agua entró en nuestra habitación, mojando lo que había en el suelo. El olor es horrible, incluso en las toallas limpias, que huelen a humedad. Vimos tambíen cucarachas. Uno de los días que estuvimos allá, no hubo servicio de habitaciones. Tienes la opción de hablar con alguien que ni se identifica a través de WhatsApp, pero en la recepción tienen un chico muy joven que evidentemente se pone nervioso cuando le expones todo esto. Conclusión: NO RECOMENDABLE!

- David (10/5): We had a great stay! - We stayed June 2025 and we genuinely had an amazing stay. The value for money was the best we had in Spain and we were pleasantly surprised with how light and airy the room was. Bathroom was shared but we didn't bump into anyone during our stay. Air con works well and the terrace on the roof is lovely. Would return without hesitation.

C’est une arrivée autonome avec une boîte à clés qui n’est pas précisé lors de la réservation, donc une fois arrivée devant la porte il faut attendre les instructions qui ne sont pas communiquées à l’avance. Lors de la réservation il n’est pas explicitement précisé que c’est une salle de bain partagée. De nombreux défauts, la présence d’insectes dans la chambre et salle de bain, la porte de la salle de bain capricieuse où l’on risque de rester coincer, manque de papier toilette et de l’eau sous le parquet du couloir.

- Alina (8/5): - I would say you get what you pay for and me and my partner were very satisfied about what we got. The rooms are small but the beds are comfortable and the pillows were dreamy. Moreover in our room there were room for the beds a counter and nothing else. The walls are paper thin so you may or may not be lucky with your neighbours. The shared bathroom was clean but a little flooded. We lived on the 3rd floor and had easy access to a the cute terrass. The location of the hotel is world class - middle of the center with closeness to restaurants and shopping as well as to the beach.

- Agus (4/5): Disappointing - Its location is convenient in the historic city center. And they provide towel and shampoo. The place felt unclean. I found a used cotton bud on the floor, and it didn’t seem like the bedding had been changed. The curtains had an unpleasant smell, and both the bedroom and bathroom were extremely cramped. The kitchen was very basic, and the doorbell wasn’t working either.

- Tina (1/5): Very dissapointing stay - This is the worst experience I have ever had at a hostel. The beds where very uncomfortable to sleep on and I was bitten by bed bugs while sleeping there with bites many places on my body.The hostel did not believe me and said that I brought the bugs myself and I know 100 percent they were caused from sleeping in the room. The was a lot of noise in the room from other guests and from people partying outside the whole night. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be bitten by bugs and accused of lying by the staff.

- H (6/5): - De accommodatie ligt midden in het centrum met veel eetgelegenheden etc. Het is een zeer minimaal maar voldoende verblijf voor een minimale prijs. Op de foto is het dakterras te zien, ziet er leuk uit maar je hebt alleen zicht op de omringende muren van de andere gebouwen. Het was ook niet fijn om een gedeelde badkamer en wc te hebben, men liet het erg vies achter. Ik zou het ook niet geschikt vinden voor verblijf met kinderen. Maar al met al voldeed het gezien de prijs.

Al reservar ponen 5 fotos donde aparece una foto de baño y en la descripción pone literal: servicios de la habitación baño, aire acondicionado, etc, por lo tanto se entiende que tiene baño. Una estafa engañar a la gente así. No hubiésemos reservado. Mucho OJO TODOOOO ES BAÑO COMPARTIDO Y NO LO DICEN!! Además la limpieza no existe en la habitación hay mesitas de noche muy sucias, ropero con ropa de otros huéspedes anteriores con muy mal olor el ropero, espejo muy sucio y la habitación con pelusas y fuerte olor a pies. Entro una cucaracha pequeña imagino que del baño que es la puerta contigua. No se puede dormir porque la puerta del baño está hinchada y hay que empujarla muy fuerte y tirar muy fuerte para cerrarla, además de los ruidos propios del baño... . usándolo 7 personas cuando dijo que solo había un chico.... Otra mentira más! En fin cobran normal nada barato omitiendo en esta web lo de los baños compartidos. Pongo foto de la cucaracha, el espejo se ven varias huellas y un bicho que había en la sabanas del tamaño de la cucaracha. Lo único bueno el colchón y la almohada cómodo, es lo único que se puede destacar, lo demás con tal nivel de ruido del baño es como si no hubiese pared literal!

- Carolina (2/5): - Nos dieron una habitación justo detrás de la recepción y al lado de un baño que supuestamente es para dos habitaciones (ponía en un cartel pero entraba todo el mundo), lo preguntamos y decían que era para las chicas también con lo cual toda la noche sin pegar ojo, se escuchaba todo todo. La habitación estaba sucia incluso vimos como las sábanas no estaban limpias. Sinceramente no volvería, lo único que puedo decir es que la ubicación era muy buena pero no lo recomiendo, o al menos que sean más pulcros, más cuidadosos con la limpieza y que que todo el mundo pueda entrar en el baño que está pegada a la habitación debería de saberlo el huésped porque nosotros íbamos a una carrera y esa noche con tanto tránsito fue un horror. Lo siento pero deberíais revisar y no es que pagáramos como un hostal que dices pagas lo que tienes, es que estaba bien pagado para lo que hemos tenido, muy mala experiencia.

Il bagno che doveva essere ad uso esclusivo per solo 2 camere in realtà era utilizzato da gente di tutti i piani a qualsiasi ora, quindi quasi impossibile trovarlo libero. Molta confusione sia interna all'ostello (questo via e vai dal bagno avveniva a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte) che nella strada sottostante piena di locali. Abbiamo trovato cimici dei letti e nelle coperte c'erano piccole macchioline di sangue.

Regarding the accommodation itself - everything was also good, fresh renovation, not crowded, I loved bed linen, so soft, comfy and good quality. You can close your bed by curtain, 2 sockets for each bed and additional USB port. No issues with kitchen, common areas are always clean. Best location in old town center. Walk able distance from most sightseeing, 2 mins from bus stop, 2 from Carrefour -

- Simon (1/5): Bad - Im living in hostels continuously for 2 years, I have tried hundreds of hostels and mostly I have good experiences with them. However, it was completely different in the case of this hostel. The interior was in terrible condition, it does not correspond to the photos in any way. This hostel does not meet any hygiene standards. There is dirt, mold and insects everywhere. Mattresses are full of mites and bedbugs. There is no way to avoid them, they are everywhere in the room. When I turned on the light at night, I had 6 bed bugs on me at one point. After that, i decided to leave this accommodation immediately, it doesnt matter that it was at three in the morning. In conclusion, I will just add that the staff does not know any other language than Spanish, so any discussions are impossible unless you are a Spanish speaker. And of course, not guest-friendly at all. Anyway, it was a useful experience for me because it taught me to choose accommodations very carefully and read reviews from previous guests before booking a reservation.
- Gary (1/5): Avoid there must be better economy rooms available - Location was the only positive thing about the property Almost everything about the accommodation- access was up tiny spiral stairs or a lift that was so small you could only get one person with luggage in at one time Room was small - advertised as luxury - we had to make our own bed with sheets that did not fit the mattress bathroom was unclean full of buckets and mops I assume may have been used at some time by the cleaners!!
- Luke (6/5): A good option for passing through on a budget. - The hostel had all the basic amenities - running water, a locker for my stuff, relatively comfortable beds, & it was close to the harbour & the Alcazaba. There were plenty of food & shop options nearby so it was easy enough to stock up on supplies. The hostess didn't seem very enthusiastic or welcoming. She showed me my room & told me where the bathrooms were & left. The place was handy & well-priced though. It's alright for a short stay while passing through.
