• Ida (9/5): Amazing staff - The staff here was incredible. We only stayed for one night, but they were so accommodating and arranged for us to have a late dinner (even made vegan food for my friend), and we also had fresh fruit in our room. In the morning they arranged for us to try the oil bath, which was such a cool experience! Wow. I also want to mention Tale, who picked us up at the station and also dropped us off in Ganja the next day. He was great, and also very good at translating for us.

Каждый день нас радовали новыми блюдами, и всегда можно было найти что-то по вкусу. Особая благодарность врачам — они невероятно заботливые и внимательные, интересовались нашим самочувствием, давали полезные рекомендации. Приятным сюрпризом стал комплимент в виде расслабляющего массажа — мелочь, а как приятно! Чувствовалось, что персонал действительно хочет, чтобы гости чувствовали себя комфортно и спокойно

• Taekyoung (1/5): Bad - The male employee in Room 2 who works in the underground medical center was the worst. There was not an ounce of kindness, perhaps the remnants of Soviet communism, and it made people uncomfortable throughout the oil bath. The amount of oil was not enough, and rather than the guest taking a comfortable oil bath, he became nervous throughout the bath, fearing that oil from the guest's body would get on the bathroom. Silly guy. Later, after the bath, he scraped the oil off his body with a metal shoe spatula, which hurt every time he touched it. Worst place for stupid people who don't know the word kindness to work.

• Tapas (9/5): Superb - The hotel has a lot of plus points when it comes to health. The hotel provides a full board stay with all the meals provided are super healthy. The crude oil bath which is the main attraction of the hotel is an amazing thing to really go for. The hotel also has kids play area to keep the kids busy and outdoor exercise units along with the kids play area to let you maximize your health while you can watch your kids play. Cleanliness could have been a more area of focus.

The hotel staff is very friendly, prompt and professional, especially the reception staff. The medical staff is compassionate and competent. In this hotel, guests' requests are carefully considered. If you want to avoid the noise, Sun City Hotel and Spa Naftalan is a great choice. I express my deep gratitude to the manager of the hotel and all the staff. I didn't find it

The team of hotel is Great! I got very nice friendly attitude n professional medical treatment. food is great tasty n fresh. vegan friendly. national Azerbaijan sweets n local fruits amazing. every evening you can dance n relax in open air cafe in front of hotel. between treatment it’s possible to visit nearby great mountain n cities of Gyanja, Şeki, very beautiful lakes Göygöı, Marağ göl, meet local friendly people.
