Великолепная 4* Отель новый, вновь отстроенный, но нет гигиенического душа в туалете, что полный бред 😅 Ну и темно в комнатах. У нас был люкс на 6-м этаже, но с видом на стену соседнего здания, которое в 6 метрах. Узкие окна. В гостиной оооочень темно было, в спальне терпимо. Света явно мало. Но отель однозначно хороший, рекомендую. Хорошее соотношение цена/качество.

Самое удивительное, НЕ слышно соседей. Даже не разу это поняла. Место расположение, ну тут вообще нечего говорить, это крутое место! Попросила уменьшить отопление, так и не сделали. Было очень душно. Окна не открываются.

Новый, современный, очень комфортные номера, удобная кровать, остекление в пол, очень приятные и радушные люди работают в отеле. Место тоже топ- рядом множество ресторанов, кафе, пешком весь центр легко обойти от отеля. Если в Ереван- то только сюда!

I especially want to mention Agabek and Van, and the girl, unfortunately, I didn't remember her name. Terrible attitude at the spa, more specifically in providing robes that are only size M for children. After a wonderful massage, you walk out into the hallway half-naked because they say there are no other sizes. Two days in a row, they haven't solved this problem and when I asked, they said, "Write where to go."

- Ilina (10/5): - Классный отель , чудесный , дружелюбный персонал , все красиво , стильно , безупречно . Находится в самом центре . Рядом много супермаркетов , ресторанов и тд Завтраки не брали , рядом множество кафе . На первом этаже отеля - французская кофейня, есть вход рядом с рецепшена а также можно с улицы, это известная кофейня - пекарня Paul, там мы брали кофе по утрам , наслаждались погодой на летнике кафе . Ереван потрясающий город , как и его жители и этот отель тоже потрясающий , мы ежедневно ходили в фитнес зал , занимались , он достаточно функциональный и с приятным понорамным видом , чистейшее , милейшее спа , туда тоже успевали . В общем все здорово , от мягчайших тапок до всего остального. Спасибо всем сотрудникам , стаф- женщина милая , всегда улыбалась , очень приветливая . Мы жили в 304 номере . Слышался шум города , но нам он не мешал . Я в восторге от всего и отеля и от людей . Отдых удался . Благодарю , Вас , Маррриот, благодарю , Армения ! Такого нет

- Zoe (9/5): Comfortable stay, great location - Great location, amazing service, very comfortable rooms. A small detail but there is no water hose in the toilet. Adding a water hose would make all the difference for international travellers, especially from Asia.

Из минусов, холодный пол в ванной комнате. - Отличное обслуживание, отзывчивый персонал на ресепшен, всегда пытались решить вопрос, но не со всем могли справиться Мы заранее предупредили, что у нас два номера, в одном мы с женой, во втором дети, просили дать номера рядом, возможно даже с доплатой, писали сообщения через Booking. Но в итоге номера были на разных этажах, потом поменяли на один этаж , но в разных крыльях, ответ извините, отель "полностью загружен", я уточнил, что заранее сообщил, что мы одна семья и просил номера рядом, ответ поразил - вы же через Booking бронировали, т.е. мы вам ничего не гарантируем, но мне показалось, что никто и не старался (заранее служба резервации даже не пыталась). Так же впервые в отелях мировых известных сетей не поздравили с днем рождения. (открытка, приятные слова, кусочек тортика, ничего) Хотя тут вопрос не материального блага, а простого человеческого отношения и внимания.

First of all I’d like to remind everyone that courtyard hotels is not a luxury segment of marriot hotels, however their client orientation is 20/10, they went over and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Not every W hotel goes as attentive to guests wishes and comments as much as people working in this hotel do. A big thank you from me to the whole team! Room service is exceptional… quick, attentive, even little drink is taken into account and they will make sure it will be made up to! Seriously… I don’t remember last time I had such an attentive attitude at hotel, food is delicious, people are super welcoming and warm - I felt like home. Location of hotel is perfect, close to main landmarks of Yerevan, beautiful streets, bars and restaurants. Rooms are clean, minimalistic, typical business class hotel type. Loved the water refills daily (let me remind you this is not a luxury hotel segment). Massage… tried massage with both of their therapists and they were both simply wonderful, 10/10. Really nice gym facilities, quite spacious for such a small hotel. View on Ararat as you run on a treadmill I think deserves a separate statement! Personnel at reception, at spa, at room service, at lobby and gia restaurant - all super friendly and super warm, honestly I just wanted to hug them😄 Loved the Courtyard by Marrriot in Yerevan and highly recommend it! - welcoming message in booking.com is not “hi welcome we are glad you chose us” but something like “hi we would like to remind you that final payment amount is xxx”. That’s weird, I had no questions about payment or whatsoever, sending this as a welcoming message is not nice :) there was no other following message to fix that. - a little cheap feel of furniture in the rooms, I believe they could have done a little better even though they are not a luxury segment. Also those stickers on the mirrors 🙈🙈 please set the mirrors free from those cheap looking stickers… it gives an impression they try to hide some damage behind those stickers, besides the fact that they don’t make the room look any better and stealing an extra mirror from the interior - there’s no relaxation room in the spa… there’s some kind of a room, but it’s hard to relax on wooden cascade benches in a room that’s a common open area with changing rooms and saunas. - “city view” is kind of disappointing… I thought I paid extra for it hence I expected to see a little more than a courtyard of a residential building across the road.
