- Christopher (5/5): Eher nicht nochmal. - Die Lage war gut. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel (nicht wie auf den Bildern), vor allen Fenstern waren direkt Wände. Das Badezimmer hat recht stark nach dem Abfluss gerochen, es gab viele Fliegen. Ich habe hier meine Wäsche waschen lassen, die am selben Abend hätte fertig sein sollte nach Aussage der Rezeption (sonst hätte ich es eher gelassen), kam dann aber erst auf viele Nachfragen am nächsten Abend, was völlig ok gewesen wäre, wenn man es einfach gesagt hätte, dass es länger dauert und nicht immer nur vertröstet („komme Sie in einer Stunde“, das dann drei Mal). Es war eher wie eine Pension und kein Boutique Hotel und Pensionen gibt es viele schöne in Erewan.

- Ilgiza (1/5): - Ничего Как только забронировала номер, меня сразу нашел администратор того отеля, в котором находилась ранее( какой-то Ренессанс, о нем я тоже оставлю отзыв!) , и сказал, что это тоже наш отель, и вам нет смысла ехать в другой отель, потому что во всех отелях у нас свои люди. Такой наглости и нахальства я не встречала нигде. Все мое положительное впечатление о Ереване, просто было перечеркнуто. Не хочу больше дополнять отзыв, посоветую в Ереване лучше размещаться в больших отелях, известных. При размещении в маленьких отелях, можно нарваться на нахальных менеджеров, которые обманным путем размещают в отеле на пару часов, где ты вообще не собирался находится на уровне 1 звезды, а может и ниже, а потом просят заплатить стоимость за размещение по цене отеля, в котором должны были находиться

- Gabriele (9/5): - Albergo ricavato all'intero di un cortile tra grandi viali: non si sente però alcun rumore e pure sul balconcino interno (stanze tutte al piano terra) si sta bene. Staff gentilissimo. L'abbiamo scelto per la vicinanza al centro (un quarto d'ora a piedi) e per la possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina: aspettative ripagate. Ottimo prezzo

Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Очень удобно, что в отеле есть кухня, где гости могут приготовить и разогреть себе пищу. Очень доброжелательный персонал.

- Iryna (7/5): Нам показалось просить гостей поставить завышенные оценки при таком отношении не совсем корректно. Продление брони на ме - Территория отеля симпатичная , есть мини кухня , которой любезно можно воспользоваться , чай и кофе отель предлагает. Отель расположен в 20 минутах ходьбы от центра и всех основных достопримечательностей При заселении белье не поменяли от прошлых гостей , вся простынь и подушки были в чужих волосах ( заселялись рано утром ) , пришлось. Спать так после ночного перелета. При обращении к персоналу уже утром , постель нам поменяли . В процессе проживания нам пытались продать другой номер с доплатой ссылаясь на новые цены. Просили продлить наш номер , сначала продлили по другой стоимости , через сутки нам объявили что наш номер тоже уже занят . Требовали только наличные , оплату картой не согласились принять , хотя везде были значки оплата картой принимается. Пришлось срочно переезжать . Нашли квартиру в центре за 5 минут по меньшей цене и с гораздо большей площадью . Хороший сервис , продлили с оплатой по карте без проблем по низшей цене .

- Alex (7/5): - This was my first time at this hotel. When I was looking for a two-day stay, despite the rather inconvenient location, I decided to book a large (30 sq. m.) suite. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the room I'd booked for two days had already been rented out. I was offered a smaller room (15 sq. m. instead of 30 sq. m.), the lowest category, with the option to move to a different room on the second day (also different from the room I'd booked). On the second day, I was asked to cancel my reservation (supposedly because the staff couldn't make changes in the Booking.com system). I declined. No refund was provided.

Les terrasses sont vraiment un plus non négligeable. Le personnel très gentil et accueillant. Il manque peut être un espace supplémentaire dans la salle de bain pour poser ses affaires. Elle est malgré tout très spacieuse

- Steve (4/5): Disappointing experience in bland hotel. - Helpful staff. Had to move hotel as water cut-off. Told I was being upgraded to luxury room - new room was really disappointing - big but had no facilities. It was a bland, white space like a room in hospital with a poor bathroom. I booked a suite but the room had no sofa or chairs or place to eat. The 2 rooms next to mine were better - they had a sofa and chairs. Room was dark - had to put on lights during day & couldn't see outside. Even with heat from air-con, the room was always cold. When asking for room to be cleaned twice, bed was left & only bathroom cleaned. No bottles of water. Had to ask for coffee & toilet roll as not proactively replacing items. I stayed in 6 different hotels in Azerbaijan, Georgia & Armenia, this was the most expensive and most disappointing.

Два входа с разных улиц, уютнейший патио, где приятно посидеть вечером. Номера были чистыми, наш был оформлен в ретро стиле. Предоставлялось парковочное место, что было огромным плюсом для нас, тк путешествовали на машине. Расположение удачное, не самый центр, но достаточно близко , было удобно. Немного испортили настроение чужие волосы на простыне при заселении, а также отсутствие зеркала в номере. Вернее, оно было, но установили его позади кровать, так, что к нему было не подобраться. А в душевой очевидно не хватает поверхностей - не понятно куда класть принадлежности в душевой кабине

Отдельное спасибо Нареку за помощь с багажом и за внимание, хозяину господину Армену за постоянную поддержку и Марине за вкусный кофе. Меня встретили в аэропорту, что было очень приятно и удобно. Цена отличная по сравнению с другими гостиницами Еревана. Обязательно приеду снова и рекомендую всем!

Удивил замечательный директор - в условиях редких холодов и снега в Ереване - сам расчищал территорию от снега и льда. Such staff hat be promoted since the guests are happy which means the staff has been treated well on behalf of the hotel . Generally all the reception staffs in all the shift were so nice even the gentleman in evening shift . Clean , comfort, good standard size of rooms . However the disadvantages were the property dose not had the Lift were guests in elderly ages with luggage can not carrying luggage in the rooms and such stuff .

Sehr freundliches und immer hilfsbereites Personal! Das Hotel liegt am Hang und ist von der Straße aus nur über eine sehr hohe Treppe erreichbar. Gott sei Dank haben mir die freundlichen Hotelmitarbeiter beim Kofferschleppen geholfen.

- Alexandra (2/5): The service is not reliable - The hotel itself is a standard and comfortable place to stay, and I have no complaints about the facilities. However, I do have serious concerns about the service and the way my reservation was handled. I booked two nights for my mother so that she could check in early in the morning (almost still night) after her flight (that night of arrival was booked). I wanted her to have the room ready upon arrival, and I clearly mentioned this to the hotel twice, including again on the day of her arrival (to avoid her reservation being marked as No show). They confirmed everything was noted. Unfortunately, when my mother arrived early in the morning, she was told there was no room available for her. As a result, she had to sit in the lobby for two hours, and I spent my whole night trying to solve the situation from abroad. The hotel then canceled my Booking reservation just when they finally gave her a room and asked her to pay in cash. They also promised a free upgrade because of their mistake, but in reality she paid more than the cost of one night. Considering that they avoided the Booking commission and accommodated her in a room that had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests, I find this behavior very disappointing and unprofessional. I believe hotels working with booking platforms should offer reliable and transparent service, and sadly this was not the case here.

- Сергей (10/5): Весьма комфортный вариант проживания. - Поселили в номер в отдельном коттедже, фактически в одном здании с посольством Словакии. Отель расположен на проспекте Саят Новы, но за пределами центра, в 10 минутах езды от всех достопримечательностей центра. При желании можно прогуляться пешком. Сам отель находится в углублении от улицы, стена с лестницей красиво оформлена тематическими картинами, территория оформлена зелёными насаждениями скульптурами и местами для отдыха. Нам достался отличный просторный номер с красивым ремонтом, годится и для длительного проживания. Рядом есть продуктовые магазины. Люстра не работала.

Такое хамское и бесчеловечное отношение к постоянному клиенту — просто позор. Я несколько раз промолчала, не желая создавать конфликт, но сейчас — предел. Так не работают. - Gedonist (9/5): Хорошее место для отдыха - Красивый и уютный отель с очень атмосферным образом , внутренним двориком, красивым убранством. Все есть в номерах, они просторные, все работает, кровати удобные, до Вернисажа и Площади Республики пешком минут 10-15, рядом кафе и рестораны, красивый парк с большим и необычным фонтаном. Интернет хороший, есть общая кухня, где можно сварить кофе в турке, например, и это интересно и приятно.

- Nicola (8/5): I'd stay here again when visiting Yerevan. - Huge room. Very comfortable big bed. Amenities such as a kettle and fridge in the room. Good location for walking into the city. There is parking but make sure you ask for the address for parking as you need to be behind the property down some small streets. There is a communal kitchen for use. The staff seem friendly. It states you could check in from 14:00 but when we arrived sometime after 15:00 they said we still needed to wait another 30 min for the room to be cleaned.

Unser Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und die Betten sehr bequem. Die Angestellten waren alle super freundlich und der zuvor vereinbarte Transfer vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft hat super funktioniert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Номера устарели, постельное бельё старое, полотенца и халаты серого цвета. В номере чувствуется запах сырости и старины, телефон не работал. В ванной — грязная сантехника и неприятный запах. Хотя напор воды был хороший, горячая вода была всегда. Мне предложили воспользоваться общей кухней в отеле, но её состояние оказалось таким же неприятным и грязным. Честно говоря, я не понимаю, откуда у отеля такой высокий рейтинг. Отель явно нуждается в обновлении. В то же время хочу отметить, что персонал был действительно приятным в общении.

- Vytautas (10/5): Quiet and relaxed stay in the city center - Small and lovely hotel. Big and good rooms. A small but very pleasant and well-maintained area with places to sit. The center and all the attractions are nearby. There is a steep staircase from the main entrance, which is inconvenient if you have suitcases. However, there is a second entrance, which is much more convenient for checking in with suitcases. The hotel sends this information, so read carefully. You will need to give the taxi driver a slightly different address, otherwise you will be dropped off at the staircase.
