- Oksana (10/5): Приедем еще - Все понравилось, замечательный гостеприимный хозяин, мы приехали поздно вечером и нас заселили без проблем, кровати были очень удобные, просто как на облаке спали, все необходимое есть. Очень вкусные завтраки. Гостиница в пешей доступности от центра 15 мин пешком. После выселения смогли оставить до вечера багаж и погулять. Всем рекомендую, приедем еще! Спасибо за гостеприимство❤️

Я жила здесь одна, но ни разу не почувствовала себя одиноко — всегда знала, что могу обратиться за помощью, и Степан всегда был на связи и искренне помогал в любых вопросах. Отдельно хочу отметить персонал — все работницы очень добрые, внимательные и приятные. Уборка проводилась регулярно, всегда интересовались, всё ли в порядке и нужна ли помощь. Особенно хочу выделить Анну — очень душевный и отзывчивый человек. В отеле было тихо, спокойно и по-домашнему уютно. Соотношение цены и качества полностью оправдано. Также хочу отметить трансфер — всё было организовано на высшем уровне. В целом, у меня осталось ощущение, будто я приехала не в отель, а к родственникам. Спасибо за тёплый приём!

- Yulia (7/5): - Velmi dobrý poměr cena/výkon. Hotel se nachází relativně blízko centra, takže se dá všude pohodlně dostat. Oceňuji také možnost domluvit se na dřívějším check-inu - personál nás ochotně přivítal a hned ubytoval :-). Snídaně odpovídá tomu, co je uvedeno v komentářích - nic luxusního, ale dostačující. Meruňkový džem byl výborný a skvěle chutnal s tvarohem. Topení sice nefungovalo, ale dostaly jsme ovladač ke klimatizaci a pokoj jsme si bez problémů vytopily - nakonec to bylo v pohodě. Velmi příjemný je také vnitřní dvůr a možnost posedět u stolků na balkonech na patře. Zvuková izolace není nejlepší - je slyšet sousedy. Na druhou stranu hotel je ve vnitrobloku, takže od silnice není slyšet žádný hluk, spíš jen kočky a ostatní hosty ;-) V koupelně byl cítit zápach z kanalizace a celkově je sanitární vybavení už dost opotřebované. Nepříjemným zážitkem byl jeden večer, kdy se v koupelně objevil šváb - pro mě osobně to bylo dost stresující, protože mám z nich fobii...

- Desideria Afeni (5/5): Für eine Nacht okay, es ging uns gut und wir haben schön geschlafen. - Die Lage ist okay bis gut, in das Stadtzentrum läuft man 20min den Berg runter. Im Zimmer gab es einen kleinen Kühlschrank und das Wasser aus dem Zimmer war trinkbar. Der Check-in ging sehr schnell und das Personal dort war sehr höflich. Das Frühstück hatte leider weniger Auswahl, als gedacht. Das meiste war okay, war aber nicht ungewöhnlich gut. Es gab nur Kaffee und Tee, leider keinen Saft oder Wasser (das Wasser in den Zimmern ist aber trinkbar). Es war ein sehr kleiner Raum für zwei Menschen. Wir hatten nur Rucksäcke dabei aber mit Koffern hätte das ganze schon mal nicht funktioniert. Die Matratze war unter dem Cover (was sehr leicht ab ging) vergilbt und naja.... In der Dusche lief das Wasser die ganze Zeit, auch wenn es ausgeschaltet war. Als Ausstattung für das Bad gab es eine Flasche mit etwas drin (es war nicht ganz klar, ob Duschgel oder Shampoo) und es gab Toilettenpapier. 1.5 Std. vor Check-out wurde bereits versucht, unser Zimmer sauber zu machen, das war gegen ende hin leider etwas stressig.

Отель расположен в самом центре, что невероятно удобно — все рядом, но при этом он находится во дворе, поэтому никакого шума от машин. Это настоящее сокровище: тишина, уют и спокойствие в самом сердце города. Отдельных слов благодарности заслуживает коллектив — очень приятные, внимательные и доброжелательные люди, которые создают по-настоящему теплую и домашнюю атмосферу. А хозяин отеля — это человек с большим сердцем. Он лично встретил нас в аэропорту, и по дороге устроил для нас небольшую экскурсию, с любовью рассказывая о городе. Это было невероятно трогательно и душевно. Мы чувствовали себя не просто гостями, а по-настоящему желанными людьми. От всей души рекомендуем этот отель всем, кто ценит уют, тишину, заботу и искреннее отношение. Мы обязательно вернемся сюда снова! 💛

- Gergely (7/5): Olcsó szállás, az árának nagyjából megfelelő színvonalon. - Jó ár-érték arány, kedves személyzet, tisztaság, a szobában van működő hűtőszekrény Top probléma: ágy matraca nagyon kényelmetlen. Reggelihez lehetne hideg ital Legkondicionalo egy ideje nem volt tisztitva. Tv box hálózati adapter törött, veszélyes Szoba hangszigetelese lehetne jobb, eléggé behallatszik más szobák és az előtér zaja. Zuhany víz nyomás lehetne nagyobb.

- JOHN (7/5): A very basic, cheap lodging. Quiet but you need to be fairly fit to walk to key central “attractions”. - It was v quiet. It did what it said. A basic room. The original lady was patronising; wouldn’t accept payment by card and insisted I paid cash straight away which having just arrived by bus from Tbilisi and walked the 4.6 kms from the bus station ( a long time sat in a minibus) I didn’t have…. she gave me vague directions to an ATM. She was unhappy that I wasn’t having breakfast……I was off early each morning. I had to request clean towels …. I had booked for 5 nights. TV didn’t work ( no big deal for me), and a light out in the bathroom. I would have liked to use a printer….. the HOTEL didn’t have one. The reception was only open to “ greet” me. Closed the rest of the time. The gentleman “owner” was friendly .

- Pavel (5/5): - Заселили по факту в номер с двумя отдельными кроватями, сдвинутыми вместе. Щель между кроватями была примерно 18-20 см. Поверх основного пружинного матраца лежал обычный ватный матрац. Полотенца старые, их стирают хлоркой, от чего в номере долго стоял сильный запах хлорки. Был начатый душ-гель 300 мл, вероятно оставленный прежними жильцами и жидкое мыло на раковине. Шампуня не было. Стиральная машина – это доп. услуга, в номере её нет, зачем это писать в описании номера? Дверь «картонная» с большой щелью. У москитной сетки отломаны крепления, она просто стояла, упираясь во внешнюю оконную решётку, т.е. была чисто номинально. Защитные крышки на розетках? Не было. Паутина под потолком, 3 больших паука в номере. Завтраки однообразные – варёные яйца, невкусные дешёвые сосиски, сливочное масло не каждый день, вонючий колбасный сыр. Вкусным было только абрикосовое варенье. В целом отель в плохом состоянии, требует ремонта и вложений. Сантехника урюханная. Звукоизоляция очень плохая. Фото типа «двуспальной» кровати прилагаю.

- Amir (1/5): This is not a hotel - We stayed on the second floor of this hotel. There was no elevator, and nobody helped us carry our luggage to the room. On the second day of our stay, by accident, while we were ironing clothes on one of the beds, the bedsheet and blanket got burned. We planned to inform the manager about this at checkout. That day we went out sightseeing, and when we returned late at night, we saw that someone had entered our room without permission and left a note on the bed saying that we had to pay a fine of 50,000 drams for burning the bedsheet and blanket. They had also taken away the air conditioner controller. I called the manager and asked him to come so we could discuss the issue. We were treated in the worst way you can imagine. The manager, who couldn’t really speak English and behaved very poorly, called two other people to come and translate. We ended up calling the police, reporting that we were being mistreated and that they were trying to charge us excessively. In the end, since we had to leave the country the next morning, we agreed to pay about 30,000 drams as a fine and told the police the issue was resolved, because we didn’t want to get caught up in police paperwork. Overall, this place cannot be called a hotel at all, and the manager has no idea how to run one.

- Mariia (1/5): - Было тихо, вечером пели птицы. Пожалуй все. Фотографии не соответствуют действительности. Возможно, их сделали лет 10, 15 назад. Старые кровати, местами разваливаются. Старые матрасы, на которых сверху постелили намотрасники. Старая сантехника. Местами рваные полотенце и наволочки. Плесень в ванной, как на плитке, так и на самой шторке. В ванной воняет. Находиться там неприятно( Не было полотенце для ног. Никакие душевые принадлежности не предоставляли. Не было держателя для полотенце, где его сушить - не понятно.. Стояло только жидкое мыло. Геля не было. Тапочки положили, как стелька. На плитке скользят. Утюг один на все номера. Завтраки с 9 утра, а если уходишь раньше, то надо об этом предупреждать. Если администратор вечером на месте - соберут ланч бокс, а если нет, то нет. Деньги, конечно, же никто не возвращает, если пропускаешь завтрак. Завтраки однотипные в основном творог, яйца и сосиски. Выбор маленький. Везде видна экономия на удобстве жильцов( Откуда такой рейтинг не понятно.. Конечно, один отзыв не изменит картину, все же хочется предупредить других! Почитайте отрицательные отзывы, они больше соответствуют действительности.

Also, I paid 900 drams more because the guy at reception had no change. Afterwards, I never found anyone at the reception, neither in the morning or evening...always closed.

- Merranda (6/5): Simple cozy clean and decent place for a short stay. - Hot shower. Very quiet location. The room was toasty warm (winter-time) and clean. The breakfast was quite impressive with rice, bread, sausages, cheeses, cookies, hard-boiled eggs and two salads with tea and instant coffee. Very small simple room. Not enough toilet paper. Wifi internet only worked one of our three days. They asked if we could leave earlier than our scheduled departure, but held our bags while we walked around town. We would stay again but not longer than 2 or 3 nights. We were only there to sleep at night.

- Mahdieh (6/5): It was okay but not satisfying. I wouldn't choose it again. - Regarding breakfast, the biscuits, bread and cream were tasty, but the variety was not much. The location was a bit far from Republic Square but it was comfortably accessible by taxi. The host was friendly and helpful. The facilities were not like what was stated. The room did not even have a trash can. There was only a kettle but no tea, and it said it had a washing machine and iron, but I didn't see any. It was hard to find the property when we first arrived. Our room was located on the second floor with no elevator, so we had to carry our luggage ourselves. The wifi disconnected frequently. There were so many ants in our room.
- Ramos (3/5): Staff whose fixing Breakfast was ok she's lovely even its hard for her to communicate she's fine. - the only good thing is Breakfast was on time or early. The room is very small for 900 AED UAE dirhams for 4 night's stay. The Doorknob is not working properly and it's not safe. If we did not ask to change the bedsheets etc they will not change daily (its included with the package) The package mentioned that Iron Microwave and washing machine is included but if we want to heat our food at around 7 pm or 8 or 9 pm the kitchen is closed, and if you want to use the washing, they are asking for money even its included with their package. and so on and so forth, and it was mentioned that you can pay only card payment for the hotel but when you reached there, they will tell only cash payment. And you prepared cash for roaming around and card payment for hotel. The manager is really not cooperating to the tourist and for me this COMFORT HOUSE HOTEL is really not recommendable. We know how to treat people; we can give TIPS if the service is good because we know how hard it is. We are not sensitive people but the only concern here is .... we choose your hotel for your packages and you're not following for whatever you mentioned in the package. If you dd not mentioned the package we better to choose somewhere higher price but with the same package FIX YOUR DOORKNOB!!!!
- Keizo (9/5): Serene room with a beautiful courtyard and balcony in a convenient location - The main reason for choosing it was only a few minutes walk from the arrival point of the buses running between Tbilisi of Georgia and Yerevan. The location is very convenient as it is only about 5-minute walk to downtown Yerevan and major bus and trolleybus routes run frequently on the roads in the immediate vicinity. The breakfast provided daily is delicious and the hosts are very helpful and friendly. The quiet room once the door is closed and I could get a good night's sleep. I was also informed that the tap water in Yerevan can be drunk directly. I would like to stay here again if the opportunity arises. When they tried to use the electric kettle, it was out of order. but not a major issue

- Kathleen (7/5): Good - Very affordable and nice room. Stairs to go up your room. Far from the center. But it’s a cheap accommodation house so I think it’s just reasonable.
- René (6/5): Pleasant - Breakfast was passable, but quite late by our standards, it didn't start until around 9 in the morning. The location was also not bad, approx. 10 min. walking distance from the SAS store (grocery and drug store), open 24/7. Check-in went well, they waited for us until midnight. Until it is stated that it is possible to pay by card, this was not the case. There is a payment terminal, but it was not working at the time of our arrival. So we had to go into town the next morning, exchange money and pay for our accommodation before breakfast. The bunk bed is not very comfortable.
