Это очень в тему после долгих поездок и прогулок по Армении! Очень хороший завтрак и сам ресторан наверху с видом на город и Арарат, там также иногда ужинали. Очень любезные сотрудники- всегда с улыбкой, готовы помочь! В номере- удобные кровати. Небольшой минус- номер без балкона, но все остальное в этом отеле - на твердую пятерку!

- MARYNA (10/5): - Все! 1. Самое основное - вид! Даже из номера было видно Арарат! Вид во время завтрака с 9 этажа просто потрясающий, фото прилагается. 2. Расположение: в шаговой доступности от основных достопримечательностей Еревана: Каскад, Площадь Республики, Мать Армения и др. 3. Сам номер: чисто, уютно, ничего лишнего, хороший 4+ отель. 4. Завтрак - замечательный, разнообразный, сытный, вкусный кофе, овощи, фрукты (даже клубника). 5. Спа-центр: когда бронировали, даже не заметили, что в отеле есть спа-центр. Небольшой бассейн (до 15м), хаммам, сауна, больше ничего и не нужно, отличный способ расслабиться после долгих прогулок по городу. Незначительный минус: в хаммаме пахнет сыростью. 6. Сотрудники отеля: все было максимально четко, вежливо и приятно, начиная от переписки после бронирования, заканчивая выселением. Отдельное спасибо за возможность раннего заселения в 7:00 (за половину стоимости). Наша 100%ая рекомендация! Нет такого.

- Anastasiia (10/5): - Хорошее расположение на улице Абовяна, спускаясь по которой можно дойти до многих достопримечательностей, рядом музей письменности, памятник Матери Армении, автобусная остановка до Севана; уютный просторный номер, мне подняли категорию номера, вид был на город, прекрасное спа (хамам, сауна, бассейн с джакузи) дополнительно можно заказать массажи и уходовые процедуры, очень стильное оформление номера, очень вкусные разнообразные завтраки с видом на Арарат, хороший напор воды в душе, все банные принадлежности есть, приветливый персонал, красивый холл, много книг из разных стран, которые можно взять почитать, вкусный бар и ресторан при гостнице, удобный подъезд для такси Когда я отдыхала, заселялась группа гимнасток, которые тренировались в коридоре и холле и было и слышно, в остальном нареканий нет.

- Tatiana (9/5): Comfort, tranquillità e vista sull’Ararat - super consigliato - Abbiamo soggiornato al Felinger Concept Hotel e l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. La camera era bella e moderna, il bagno pulito e la zona tranquilla ma comoda, con il centro raggiungibile a piedi in circa 15 minuti. Lo staff della reception è stato molto disponibile e abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli. Ottima anche la colazione, molto varia tra dolce e salato, con una bella vista sull’Ararat. Carina anche la SPA con piscina, sauna e hammam. L'abbiamo già consigniato agli amici e ci torneremo volentieri alla prossima occasione. L’unica piccola cosa da migliorare sarebbe aggiungere qualche mensola in bagno, perché c’è poco spazio per appoggiare gli oggetti e i vestiti. Per il resto, tutto molto bene.

- François (6/5): Décevant : pas à la hauteur d'un 4* - Petit déjeuner Cet établissement n'est clairement pas à la hauteur d'un 4 * : la première chambre que l'on m'a donné était plus que bruyante, la seconde il y avait des traces sur les murs. La piscine était fermée le vendredi soir, la localisation n'est pas optimale (excentrée des points d'intérêts). Pour le prix payé cela ne vaut vraiment pas le coup. Méfiez-vous des jolies photos.

Комнаты большие и уютные. Во время моего местонахождения там под окнами был ремонт, поэтому если я в комнате открывала окно, то запах каких-то строительных материалов наполнял комнату, это было не очень приятно. А окно открывать приходилось, поскольку в номере было довольно жарко, а вентилятор работал только на нагрев помещения.

Non mi è piaciuta la scortesia del personale del ristorante e l'assortimento/qualità della colazione. Invero l'accesso alla sala ristorante, era dalle ore 8.00 a.m, ma se non si arrivava subito, l'assortimento, già esiguo, non veniva rimpiazzato. - Alexander (9/5): - Стильный красивый отель. Отличная спа зона. Приветливый персонал! Современный дизайн. Есть парковка. Очень теплый бассейн! Горячие хамам и сауна. Все что нужно для отдыха в номере! Странный запах в номере ( невозможная раковина- по факту ее отсутствие. Она сильно портит удобства. Уважаемый отель, ЗАМЕНИТЕ РАКОВИНУ В НОМЕРЕ ДЕЛЮКС!

- Ekaterina Fomina (8/5): Хороший отель, летом наверное было бы идеально! - Отличные завтраки, очень приветливый и доброжелательный персонал. Пытались решить наш вопрос с номером и были очень внимательны к нам. Моей подружке подарили массаж в СПА, я не пошла, потому что заболела в первую ночь в отеле. В первом номере было очень холодно, настолько, что я заболела, кондиционер не работал на тепло из всех щелей дуло. Нам дали другой номер, теплее, но мы все равно все время включали кондиционер на тепло.
- Kelley (8/5): - Food was delicious. Piano player really good. Reception staff very helpful. Other people in the spa were incredibly loud and inconsiderate. It wasn't relaxing at all. Not sure what the hotel could do about this other than asking for people to speak quietly.

- Dave (9/5): - Great value, but not a "value" hotel. The facilities have an urban design flair, feature upscale materials, and are nice and clean to boot. The staff is very helpful and kind, and the on-site restaurant is great, too. A 15-20-minute walk and you are in the heart of Yerevan's center at Opera House, Republic Square, etc. For me, that is perfect—to get a walk in on my way to getting into all that Yerevan offers. There are a few museums even closer. The bed and linens are cozy and comfortable. There was a nice-sized desk and chair, and LOTS of shelving and storage in the rooms. The breakfast is outstanding and takes place on the ninth floor, where you can enjoy city views under the watchful eye of Mother Armenia. I stayed here twice during my stay in Armenia and would come back!

- Dr. LUKA (9/5): - Breakfast was very fine, 🏊♂️ swimming pool, sauna and hamam were very relaxing in the evening when I returned. I liked the doorman Eduard from Ghanna and other personal too. The fact that you always have a feeling that they do not trust you. They insisted that I pay for every night separately. They even called me in the room via phone several times to come down to the reception and pay for a drink I had at the bar or for a food from the restaurant. I found that rude and intrusive.
- Dr. LUKA (8/5): Finh hotel with entrance under construction - Fine hotel with nice 🏊♂️ pool, a good bar and comfy room. The entrance is absolutely dangerous! It is a construction site, very dirty and slippery, ugh. There are no warning signs anywhere. You can break your leg or even back easily, ughh.

- Danila (8/5): Хороший отель за свои деньги, уютный и близко к центру. - Отличное расположение: 10-20 минут до всех достопримечательностей, минут 40 пешком до завода Арарат. В отеле приятная атмосфера, в холе есть бар, кресла. На ресепшене все очень четко и гостеприимно. Завтрак разнообразный: фрукты, яйца, сосиски, много выпечки, кофе-машина, мюсли, каши. Красивый вид на Ереван из ресторана (он на 9 этаже). Отличная кровать и подушка. Редко встречаю, чтобы подушка была хорошая: не размазня какая, а отлично поддерживающая шею. Запах от свечки при заселении мог бы быть не такой сильный, но выветривается быстро. Так что минус относительный. Если прям не пользуетесь парфюмом и ненавидите любые запахи, то для вас будет минусом.
