Aki jot szeretne enni finomat frisset a S.A.S. nevü franchise nevü önkiszolgálo éttermet keresse Éjfélig nyitva van nagyon tiszta finom minden van a levestöl a desszertig. Árban természetesen verhetetlen. (csirkés gyros 1000 Huf). A szállás szuper ,csak meg kell szokni a nagy kontrasztot europai szemmel vannak érdekességek ,de ez ilyen ,közel kelet ,poszt kommunista. Ez természetesen nem a szállásra hanem Jerevánra érvényes.

What truly made the experience special was the warm hospitality at the reception. Aram and Aida were incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine care made the stay even more memorable. Highly recommended!

We have been told that the roof top was working 24 Hours but when We went there it was closed and it seemed the last time it has seen a coktail was last summer. • Fladung (10/5): Хороший выбор для отдыха с парой - Понравилась локация, наличие лифта, завтрака, хорошие подушки и матрас, хорошая душевая, были необходимые средства гигиены, шторы блэкаут, в пешей доступности супермаркеты. Отдельно отметим радушие и отзывчивость сотрудника на ресепшен Арама - мы заселились очень поздно, и Арам любезно угостил нас фруктами и орехами, подсказал интересные места для посещения и обеда, всячески нам помогал. Не очень разнообразный завтрак.

Rezeptionistin wollte mir Extragebühren verrechnen, weil ich 10 min nach der Check out Zeit an der Rezeption war, obwohl ich vorher gefragt hatte und sie da schon extrem unkulant waren (wir sprechen von einer 1 Stunde!!), dabei bin ich erst um 3:30 Uhr nachts angekommen. Englischkenntnisse sehr schwach.

Номер был чистым, светлым и очень комфортным, с продуманными деталями, благодаря которым чувствуешь себя как дома. Персонал вежливый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь, что создаёт ощущение искренней заботы о гостях. Тихая обстановка позволяла отлично отдохнуть после насыщенного дня. С удовольствием остановилась бы здесь снова и с уверенностью рекомендую этот объект размещения!!!

• meir (2/5): - Номера Проживал в отеле в январе. К сожалению, впечатления остались крайне негативные. В номере очень холодно. Из окна постоянно дует, несмотря на включённую батарею. Утром регулярно просыпался с головной болью. Окна выходят на дорогу — ощущение, что спишь прямо на улице: бесконечный шум машин, запах гари от выхлопных газов. Сам номер визуально выглядит относительно новым, в целом жить можно, но на этом плюсы заканчиваются. Сейф постоянно ломался — за три дня проживания его чинили два раза. Рекомендую быть осторожными со своими вещами. Уборка отсутствует. За три дня проживания постельное бельё ни разу не меняли. Ванные принадлежности также не пополнялись ни разу за весь период проживания. Отдельно хочу отметить работу персонала. В ресторане и на кухне безумно холодно — чтобы поесть, приходится сидеть в куртке. Еда моментально остывает. Завтраки однообразные: каждый день одно и то же, без каких-либо изменений — яичница, соки, кофе. Ассортимент минимальный. Развлечения поблизости Отсутствует Безопасность Сотрудники ведут себя грубо и хамски, особенно на ресепшене. Позволяют себе угрозы, вымогают личные номера телефонов, пугают полицией, «знакомыми» и «друзьями». О понятии сервиса здесь, к сожалению, не слышали вовсе. Сотрудники отеля не знают кто у них проживает, как этих людей зову, когда они заехали и прочее. После обращения скажем так с персоналом…. чувство что окунулся в 90-е. Сплошные маты и унижения и запугивания….

• Vitaliia (5/5): Not a 4-star hotel - The location is quite alright, not far from the republic square. The staff is friendly and welcoming The hotel is absolutely NOT a 4-star hotel. The room seems to be renovated, but is jot maintained properly. There are scratches all over the walls. The room is definitely not as clean as described in other reviews - the bathroom has very dirty shower curtain, there were hair and lashes on my new bed sheets. The room was also quite cold. What I also didn’t like is that the room is not closed with the internal lock, it can only be closed automatically, but you can’t lock yourself from the room - didn’t have any issues, but the general feeling was unsafe. The breakfast is very mediocre.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. we had a major issue with the heating, which wasn't working during our stay. The only heat source was the air conditioning unit, which couldn't quite keep up with the cold. This was quite bothersome and uncomfortable, especially considering it was late November.

The service and room condition did not meet expectations. The first room had a noticeable water stain on the ceiling above the bed. After moving rooms, housekeeping entered without explanation or acknowledgment and removed items, which was uncomfortable as a solo traveler. Throughout the stay, staff were generally unhelpful—basic requests were often refused without any attempt to assist or check alternatives. A complimentary bottle of water listed in the amenities was not provided, and when I asked, I received conflicting responses. While I chose this hotel to support a small business, the lack of hospitality, communication, and consistency made this the poorest stay of my trip through the Caucasus. With proper training and improved guest interaction, the experience could be much better.

Our group arrived late in the evening and as we were having difficulties with the app to order food, the staff promptly helped us order some food. The location is 10 minutes more or less from the center of the city which made the deslocations very easy.

Нам даже предоставили возможность сначала обменять деньги, а затем произвести оплату. Местоположение не очень близко к центральной площади, но мы знали об этом заранее, посмотрев на карту. Мне не понравилось, что было указано "оплата заранее", но по факту деньги не списали, и мне пришлось платить наличными. Я специально выбирала вариант с предоплатой.

• Radovan (9/5): Very good value for money stay! - Really good stay, guy at the reception was very friendly and helpful. He recommended good local restaurants and beer. Hotel is approximately 1,5km from city centre so if you like to have a walk its great. It is located in quiet area and room is pretty clean. Breakfast were great, there were many choices such as eggs, bread, ham/cheese, local food, sweets, yoghurt, coffee, tea, juice, fruits and everything was tasty. Value for money is definitely worth it. Little bit cold in the room but receptionist turned on the heating and then it was fine. Room is a bit small small but anyway we were there only for sleeping so good enought.

• Iuliia (9/5): Хорошее место, чтобы остановиться на пару дней - Номер небольшой, но все есть и очень чисто, очень удобно, что есть лифт, на крыше классная терраса, но бар там не работает, а летом было бы очень классно, так как на фото этот бар выглядит шикарно. Персонал замечательный, очень приятные люди, нам даже распечатали посадочный талон на ресепшен, спасибо! В коридорах очень холодно, на улице было реально теплее, так что выходить из номера лучше сразу в курточке 😅 Завтрак с 08:30, что было для нас довольно поздно, особенно, если к 9 нужно куда-то на экскурсию. Не могу сказать, что завтрак невкусный или нечего есть, но сыр и колбаса самые дешевые, иногда было ощущение, что еда просто осталась со вчерашнего обеда, хотя мне неизвестно, если отель его предлагает. Но за эту цену претензий нет

В номере чайник, мини-бар, тапочки, больная кровать, удобный матрас и подушки, и очень приятно порадовали конфетки на столике с чайным сетом. Большая ванная. Единственное, что не хватило , как для девушки, это косметического зеркала в ванной комнате. Но отель новый, думаю, что скоро они это учтут. Есть лифт, не смотря , что всего несколько этажей, удобно с чемоданом подняться.. Завтрак небольшой, но все вкусно и можно насытиться.

• TS (10/5): - We had a great stay! The hotel is freshly renovated, the rooms are quite spacious and modern, well-equipped with some appliances (kettle, fridge, tea and coffee). The staff was very helpful and accommodating, we felt very welcomed. The hotel has an early check-in option which was a life saviour after a night flight. It's not a negative thing, but just for other travellers to know that the hotel is located 1.2 km from the centre of the city in a residential area, so the building of the hotel is surrounded by residential housing (meaning that this is not a luxurious centre district, but an area where actual people live). For some this might not be what they expect, I saw from other comments, but we had no issues with that. They are some local fruits and vegetables shops nearby.

Завтраки очень простые, без блинчиков, сырников и тд. Есть какие то перепады воды, как будто она иногда заканчивается и потом через минуту опять начинает быть горячей. В целом за свои деньги неплохой вариант. Нас почему то заселили сначала в номер в подвальной части отеля, рядом с комнатой персонала, с низкими потолками и маленьким узким окном у потолка, он был не комфортный в нем не хватало одеяла, тапок и вечером я ходила просила чтобы мне его выдали, а утром мы проснулись под шум тарелок, потому что рядом проходят затравки. Номер поменяли конечно, на следующий день, по нашей просьбе. Но я считаю такого быть не должно, это не стандартный номер, а промо, обычно такие стоят с пометками и даже на букинге нет фото такого номера.

• Dmitry (9/5): - Отличный тихий отель рядом с центром города. Все новое, очень хороший ремонт и качественное наполнение номера. Девушка на ресепшен, извините, я все таки забыл, как вас зовут, хотя и переспрашивал, была очень гостеприимна, ответила на все наши вопросы и лично принесла халаты в номер, которые, видимо, забыли нам положить. Отличный интернет, новая сантехника. Все было супер. В этом отеле хотелось бы и дальше останавливаться, если будем проездом в Ереване. Ну может быть приветственный бокал прекрасного белого армянского вина мог бы еще улучшить наше итак прекрасное впечатление. Есть в Ереване отели с таким предложением. Недорого, но сразу поднимает настроение уставшим путникам)))

Camera a fost curată, confortabilă și foarte plăcut amenajată — un loc în care te simți imediat relaxat. Am avut parte de o surpriză frumoasă: ni s-a oferit drept cadou o cameră mai bună, gest care ne-a bucurat enorm și ne-a făcut șederea și mai specială. Personalul a fost deosebit de amabil și receptiv, întotdeauna gata să ajute cu zâmbetul pe buze. Se simte o atmosferă caldă și o reală dorință de a face oaspeții să se simtă bineveniți. Mulțumim din suflet pentru ospitalitate și pentru atenția acordată! Recomand cu toată încrederea acest hotel — un loc unde am fost primiți cu multă grijă și generozitate. ❤️
