Dafür etwas abseits vom Zentrum. Wir würden wieder hier schlafen. In der du Nähe befanden sich einige westliche Restaurants. Frühstück war dürftig. Ein bisschen hat das Essen alt geschmeckt, obwohl wir um 8 Uhr da waren. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel hätten wir gerne eine größere Auswahl erwartet. Hier ist Verbesserungspotential.

Hermosas vistas desde la terraza. El desayuno podría mejorar, muchos platos vacíos que no reponían o tardaban mucho. En la habitación hacía mucho calor y había que dejar la ventana abierta para que ventilara un poco, pero entraban bichos.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for our family and our trip. The teleferico was the perfect way to travel back and forth, having it close was essential. We would have liked to have a play area for our child. Also, there wasn't room service and the restaurant available when we weren't able to leave the hotel but we ordered pedidosya and it was fine!

D'altitudine e dormire qui può fare la differenza....colazione a buffet completa di tutto. camera molto grande con molti ripiani. Bagno grande completo di ogni accessorio. Insomma tutto perfetto. L hotel è proprio di fronte alla partenza della teleferica E a 5 minuti da un complesso di ristoranti. Il personale è cordiale e ha soddisfatto tutte le mie richieste La distanza dal centro storico che si raggiunge però in 30 min utilizzando l efficiente e economica vicina teleferica .

Colazione fornitissima di dolci e salati, in un bella terrazza con vista. Stanza grande, tutto nuovo e curato nei dettagli. Ottima posizione a due passi dal capolinea della teleferica verde che in 40-50 minuti porta al centro. Quartiere tranquillo anche di sera, ci siamo spostati senza problemi.

Accommodating staff upgraded us to a nicer room when there was an issue with the first. Mildew smell in the bathroom and it would be nice to have a curtain between the bath and bedroom, as there is no privacy and light floods in from the bath window.

We enjoyed the hot water radiator heater as the nights were really cold. There was a pharmacy on the door that we used a couple of times so it was also very convenient.

- James (10/5): The best value in La Paz - Great accommodation and friendly and competent staff. You're right across the street from the cable car and in one of the safest and most walkable parts of La Paz. The hotel is new and very nice with a decent breakfast offering. Like everywhere in La Paz, there's interminable honking outside during commuting hours but it eventually blends into the background - like crickets in the forest. On a higher floor the noise is minimal due to modern windows with decent insulation. The staff are great and very friendly. No surprise last minute changes or hidden fees. I think this hotel will establish itself as a traveler favorite in La Paz very quickly. Other quick highlights: * Wifi is fast and reliable * Views are great, especially from the breakfast room * Good pharmacy located in the same building * Early check-in was affordable and easy to arrange * Great lavanderia on the same block * 24 hr check-in and security * The room cleaners are fastidious, I don't think I've ever seen a hotel room cleaned this well outside of Japan. Since the hotel is so new, there are some little things that haven't been fully ironed out but they are all extremely minor - the room safe is fiddly, towels a few centimeters shorter than typical, shampoo brand is weirdly difficult to squeeze, doors sometimes don't align right so you need to be sure the room actually locked when you leave. The fact that these are the only issues I can think of shows how exceptionally well thought-out this venture is - especially in South America where hotels can be extremely hit or miss. By this time next year, I expect the place will be virtually perfect.

What stood out the most was the staff – always polite, extremely helpful, and attentive. I asked a lot of questions and always received clear, friendly answers and great support with my travel plans. Hotel não tem serviço de quarto ou restaurante mas, a recepção de ajuda a pedir o Ifood da cidade. Eles te ajudam com comida, táxi, sugestões...o que vc precisar. Próximo ao teleférico para ter uma vista maravilhosa da cidade! Eu voltaria com certeza!
- Elena (8/5): Very good - Very nice hotel directly opposite of one of the Téleferico stations. It is located in the South Area of La Paz, so not ideal for sightseeing or such but in a nice neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, shops etc. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Really enjoyed Angel's service at the breakfast and also all receptionists were really friendly always

Rooms were very clean which is extremely important for us. We used their laundry services but it would have Ben nice to have a laundry room for emergencies.

- Nicole (10/5): Great Hotel, excellent location right across form Teleferico Irpavi. - The location is perfect if you want to stay out of the hustle and bustle of downtown La Paz. This hotel sits in the south zone of La Paz, and if looking for a lower altitude hotel it sits about ~400 meters ~ 1,200' lower than downtown (prado LaPaz). The Irpavi Teleferico is across the street. Many restaurants, pubs , shops are within 10 minutes of walking distance. It is a laid back neighbor hood, rated to be very safe. The staff is super attentive and always ready to answer any questions. The breakfast was excellent on floor 7 with an awesome view. The rooms are modern looking with many artisan details, bed was so comfortable, modern bathroom, hot shower, and all the amenities as expected. Not to forget, this hotel offers shuttle service from the airport. The driver was always there ( we took some additional trips) with a sign in the hand with our name waiting for us. Please note the drive to the airport depends on traffic and can be between 30 - 60 minutes.
