- Denis Rybakov (10/5): - We had a great time in Dorsett Kai Tak and we'll definitely book it again. Receptionists and cleaners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but there should be more fish. Fish was served only one morning out of 14-day-stay.

- Elmar (8/5): Nice hotel but AC needs work. - Very nice location, new hotel and good facilities. Easy taxi driveway, overall a pleasant experience. AC is not working properly — there is no way to set comfortable temperature and speed, it is always strong and cold. Other alternative is humid and warm room, both weren’t very pleasant.

On peut dîner soit dans Kowloon soit dans les centres commerciaux. Belle promenade et vue sur le port Victoria. Très beau et bon petit-déjeuner.

- Joe (2/5): Poor Kai Tak Dorsett - Nothing We qualified for a room upgrade. Did not give us one. Smallest bathroom ever. No fridges in the rooms in such a humid city. No complimentary amenities like at normal hotels. We stayed on floor 8 and the smell of damp and musty hallways. Dehumidifier was going in the hallway. 24hrs. We asked the concierge to order us a car to go to the airport early Aunday morning. They forgot car never turned up. Had to get a taxi. Would not stay here ever again

Grateful for the attention given by James Lau. Inflexibility with cancellation. We were only 1 day outside cancellation timeline and was wanting changes given our Travelling group from Fiji had 3 day delay due to Cyclone thus affecting travel plans.

- Peter (7/5): Room was fine but the hotel lacked a feeling of 'welcoming' as a guest. - No breakfast.. somewhgat disappointed as I could noyt find the Michelin mentiiojned restaurant. I thought the hotel poorly utilised the availbe space - especially the restaurant area up on Level 2. A restaurant area that was messy disorganised and failed miserably on customer attention when I approached the area - no one cared about me standing at the front desk at all.. restaurant area was messy as best and I would not be inclined to eat here at that stage. BUT what a wonderful space it was but obviously current management are unable to manage the space or see the potential of how a proferssionally run restaurant area could be. Woiukld I come back? No!

В крошечных номерах очень душно и влажно, кондиционер очень сильно шумит и не выключается, окна не открываются - вы будете спать без кислорода. Помещение с коврами вообще никогда не проветривается. Нам не разрешили попросить второе одеяло, готовьтесь к тому, что кондиционер будет дуть в уши. Халатов для бассейна нет, ваши купальники никогда не высохнут. За отказ от уборки на второй день нам дали ваучер на 20 долларов, он оказался пустым. Белье застилают с застиранными пятнами (в пятизвездочном дорогом отеле!) Над головой всегда ярко мигает лампочка сигнализации. На завтраке всегда есть что-то новое, но еда невкусная, тарелки стоят на уровне ног, в зале очень холодно. В номере негде сложить вещи, 2 шкафчика заняты холодильником и сейфом. Рейл с вешалкой открытый, будете спать с вашей курткой над головой (всего лишь одна дверь добавила бы комфорта!)

- David (9/5): - Las instalaciones están muy bien, el buffet es muy bueno y variado, sin embargo después de algo de días se vuelve un poco repetitivo, esta un poco alejado del metro sin embargo hay una camioneta que te lleva hasta la estación del metro. Las habitaciones son algo pequeñas pero en general en Hong Kong es todo pequeño
