There was a receptionist—I don't know his name—who started late at night, but he was extremely respectful and dedicated to his work. He was very helpful and courteous. My reservation was for May 21st/22nd. The receptionist who started in the afternoon made me park in front of the hotel and told me parking was free. Later, another employee told me to be careful because it wasn't allowed. Unfortunately, when I returned the car, I found a ticket. The hotel has a sign saying it has parking, but when I parked in front of it, I got a parking ticket 😔

Огромное спасибо администратору Ayxan. Приемлимые вкусные завтраки - всегда был сыт. Удобные просторные номера. Всегда чисто убирали. Вид из панорамного окна на улицу - выпить чай с видом на город может быть приятныым бонусом. От отеля не зависит вид на бесхозный участок рядом с отелем и остановка автобуса в центр/из центра немного в стороне от отеля.

We were particularly impressed by the staff, who were extremely helpful and addressed all our requests promptly and efficiently. The high level of service was notable. - Salha (10/5): The hotel is absolutely perfect if you are a low key person who loves coziness. The hotel is very clean and the food is - I loved the coziness of the hotel it felt like home. I loved how there are only a few rooms per floor and the hotel consisting of 6 floors is perfect for me, an introverted person who dislikes people. Also the staff are very nice, the receptionists were doing their jobs ensuring our comfort and dont let me get started on the cleaners… honestly they need more recognition the way they manage to keep this hotel so clean is amazing salute to them. So yeah overall if i ever return to baku id probably go for the same hotel despite the distance. The distance. Since its 4km away from the center, catching an uber back to the hotel was a hassle. Another issue is i think its from the vents, whenever somebody smokes cigar, the scent travels to your room and as a person who gets nauseous from cigar, thats definitely a big issue. I am very grateful that the staff changed our room.

- Gjirafa (9/5): Mieszane uczucia - Pokój był czysty, przestronny i przytulny, a łóżko wyjątkowo wygodne – idealne miejsce do odpoczynku po intensywnym dniu. Hotel położony jest nieco dalej od centrum (i od stacji metra), co warto uwzględnić przy planowaniu pobytu. Niestety, organizacja śniadań pozostawia sporo do życzenia – mimo wyznaczonej godziny rozpoczęcia, ciepłe posiłki oraz herbata pojawiały się dopiero po 30–40 minutach. Dodatkowo kawa z ekspresu była płatna, co w hotelu tej klasy nie powinno mieć miejsca. W sumie ciężko powiedzieć czy była płatna, bo pierwszego dnia dostaliśmy ją bez najmniejszego problemu, a drugiego dnia obsługa poinformowała, że jest to opcja dodatkowo płatna. Najbardziej negatywne wrażenie pozostawiła jednak sytuacja, gdy po incydencie z wyrzucaniem śmieci przez jednego z gości, obsługa nakleiła na naszych oknach ogólne ostrzeżenie, co odebraliśmy jako niesłuszne i niekomfortowe potraktowanie.

Kahvaltısıda gayet şirin ve yeterliydi.Konumdan dolayı başta tereddüt etmiştik daha merkezi yerler olduğu için ama bir üst caddesinden otobüsler geçiyor tek otobüs ile şehrin merkezi yerlerine ulaşım sağlanıyor. Biz eşimle çok memnun kaldık. Zor beğenen kişiler olarak mutlaka tavsiye ediyoruz.

The staff was also very good. Some of them speak English also. We faced Issues with the bathroom multiple times 1st day the water was not coming from overhead shower. And on 3rd day when we checkout there was no water in the Toilet. Breakfast i would say was average. With very limited option. It can be improved.

- Farrukh (10/5): Very good stuff and friendly stuff with the Ayhan Bey in charge of everything. We were glad to meet them - The room was very comfortable and everything needed was in it.
