• Olga (2/5): Уважаемые владельцы отеля,значит , невысокая стоимость проживания не ровно отсутствие санитарных норм для проживания. Мн - Персонал хороший, месторасположение тоже хорошее Грязный номер, ковер на полу не чистили очень давно, плесень на стенах, не уверена, что постельное белье было свежее. Ну и на завершение, таракан в туалете.

• Shinta (3/5): Hotel without window underground only. - Good location. Close to Republic Square Advertise that it has air conditioning, but it turned up only a fan. No window, at basement level. Basically no bathroom, only super tiny room with toilet, with shower handle attached to hand washing pipe, almost no water come out. Not possible for taking a bath. No place to hang clothes inside the bathroom. Bedroom so tiny almost can’t walk to the other side of the bed. Entrance to hotel should look down, there’s hole on pedestrian walk with stairs down to the dungeon hotel.

Нет кондиционера и средств гигиены. Человек на ресепшене не говорит по русски или английски. Вокруг очень грязно. Курят в номерах Нельзя оплатить картой, только наличными, в местной валюте.
• Mr Rama (10/5): - The location is perfect, right in the city center. The atmosphere was very friendly and cozy, and everything was clean. Highly recommended if you want a nice and casual place in downtown. Everything was perfectly fine, no problems at all.

• Nathan (5/5): Great location, great staff, poor facilities. - Great location and friendly staff. AC is from a single AC for all the rooms, staff controls when it's on and off. There's no windows, it's underground. You can hear people talking clearly Worst of all, the bathroom. The water pressure is low and the shower only has two settings: hot or cold. On one occasion the shower went to 100°C and turned to pure steam, luckily I wasn't under it at the time. Overall the cleanliness wasn't the best. The toilet paper was cheap stuff you'd never buy at home.

• Kinga (5/5): Photos of the place are misleading - Location, 24 hour reception, towel maybe it's a good place to stay one night on the budget but nothing more a lot of stains on the floor, zero space for the shower, no window I even didn't want to use the bathroom
• Jackie (7/5): Affordable and accessible.. - The place is very accessible to republic square, near SAS supermarket which has best rate for currency exchange. This is a mini hotel undergound, they have a very friendly and accommodating staff Hamed, he is always there whenever we need something, very helpful. I am satisfied with his service. The prize of the hotel is affordable. Nothing against the hotel but this is a way to their future improvements. If you are very particular with bathroom cleanliness and comfortability like me, you might think twice if you will book the room because the bathroom is small and it will be better if they can repaint it to look better. They have water heater but it is only hot(very hot), which you cannot use and cold which i don’t have choice but to just use it because no warm water. I suggest to bring slipper also, they can provide slipper but it’s very thin and disposable.

The location is excellent, just a short distance from Republic Square, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is friendly and helpful Since the hotel is located underground, there is a slight damp smell. The bathroom is quite small, with the toilet and shower sharing the same space. Considering the price, it’s still a decent option for budget-conscious travelers.

• Michael (1/5): This is a Trash bin not a hotel - Location All the rest. This is not a hotel but a trash bin. Dampness and mold are everywhere. Just review the photos and you understand that you have to choose different place to stay.

• Sofia (7/5): Staff and location are the best - Excellent staff - very nice and helpful, I truly appreciate their help with my luggage as they have a very narrow stairs and it's complicated to bring a heavy luggage in and out. Excellent location - I stay in this hotel twice because of their location! Bathrooms can be renovated to a better level. It's small and so inconvenient that you don't want to take a shower there.

• Кононова (5/5): It wasn’t pleasure for sure. We had to ask to change one of the received towels because it was very dirty, then, we foun - You can ask some tea or coffee in the hostel for free. Be ready to spend in the basement without any windows. There is no air conditioner, smell of moisture and peeling walls (next the ceiling).
• Slavkova (2/5): Don't go - The location is good and the bed was ok. The dirtiest place I have slept in (and I have been in a lot not-so-clean hostels). I had to ask 3 times 2 different people from the staff (none of whom knew English so Google Translate came to the rescue) to vacuum the floor. The last time he went inside with the vacuum, we went out, and when we came back it turned out he didn't clean and just pretended he would. The private bathroom is a joke and the water doesn't work unless you flush the toilet. No windows, no air, no nothing.

• Khatia (1/5): I am not satisfied. - Staff were good. Because they helped me to everything, what I need. They were so friendly with me and hotel location was perfect. There was a terrible smell in the room. Also there were insects in the room, they didn't have wifi, so the staff member was sharing from his phone. The toilet with bathroom was very small, so that it was impossible to get a shower.

The shower is impossible to be used and the water was almost absent. Unfortunatelly, the room and the toilet are unkept and quite dirty.

• Onkar (5/5): Feeling of a dungeon - Only good thing about this place is the location (close to Republic square and walking distance to most other places of tourist interest). Free tea/ coffee was another plus but we had it only once. While I understand that it's a budget hotel since it's costing cheap in an expensive area. But it was nowhere mentioned that the hotel is completely underground with no natural light/ ventilation at all! It's suffocating. I wish they had mentioned the above fact somewhere in the description. Secondly, the rooms don't have A/c, only a tiny toy fan provided. It gets hot and stuffy both in the mornings. Third and worst of all, the toilets are tiny, there is no bathing area. You have to stand touching the wc and basin to take bath in whatever space is left in middle of them. Water pressure in any of the taps was inexistent. You have to flush toilet to get water in the tap.. weird. The hand shower was passing mild electric current. The temperature system to heat water was also weird, the temperature was going very high which would burn the skin. Linen was not clean. There is lots of scope for improvement. But the staff is good and I wish them the best.
