• Evgeny (10/5): - Очень удобное расположение, отзывчивый девушки на ресепшине, водитель индивидуальной экскурсии (Гурген) на Севан и к Арарату) При заказе студии учтите что это может быть мансарда: низкие потолки и вероятно мало света. В описании студии я этого сразу не увидел, надо прописать это чётче. Я поменял студию на 1-спальные апартаменты и все было отлично.
• lilit (8/5): Unkompliziert und sehr schön! - Von Anfang an hat alles super und unkompliziert geklappt. Die Mädels von der Rezeption sind 24 Stunden über whats app erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr gut, sauber und in der mega guten Lage. Einen Nachteil gibt es, das Haus hat keinen Fahrstuhl und unsere Wohnung war in der7. Etage. dass es im Haus keinen Fahrstuhl mgab.

• Gulnaz (10/5): Сюда можно возвращаться! - Актуальный стильный дизайн, не дешевый ремонт (как это часто бывает в хоумстейдж квартирах), удобная кровать. Чисто, уютно, все продумано, хорошая посуда. Девочки на ресепшн всегда готовы помочь, приветливы. Редкий случай, когда ты готов вернуться в то же место. Спасибо за предоставленный комфорт!!! Скорее это не минус, а просто иметь в виду тем, кому подъем по лестнице затруднителен, квартира на четвертом этажа в старом доме с высокими потолками без лифта. Нас это не напрягало)
• Evgenii (10/5): Желаю стабильного потока клиентов, вижу что вы держите уровень, желаю сохранять иетузиазм и профессиональизм персонала, - Современный ремонт (также новый), очень чисто, отличные материалы отделки, комфортный матрас, кресло и диван, супер расположение 10 из 10. Приветливый персонал. Есть приятные мелочи кофе, сахар, соль, масло, специи (впервые все это встречаю в апартаментах, часто заселяемся на несколько дней и этого нет, я бы назвал роскошный максимум). Моя личная оценка 9.8 из 10. К сожалению, в размещении центральное отопление, когда мы были оно уже не работало, в целом вопрос решаем сплит системой, но вот радиатор (полотенцесущитель) также завязан на центральное отопление и был холодный, полотенца конечно легко можно было попросить заменить, но «небольшую стирку» или просушить полотенца еще чистые но мокрые не представлялось возможным, также в ванной комнате довольно прохладно в это время года. Этаж довольно высокий (лифта нет), но это заранее было указано.

• Maria (10/5): Отличные аппарты в центре города - Все! Мои аппараты располагались на мансардном этаже - это 6й этаж без лифта. И это было отлично - после вкусной еды Еревана хотелось немного спорта)) В аппартах было все, что нужно, и даже больше - кофе, чай, вода, специи. Очень за это благодарна, это сильно упростило мое пребывание. Расположение тоже супер - близко Опера и Каскад. И очень дружелюбный и заботливый персонал. Когда вернусь в Ереван еще раз, я обязательно остановлюсь и его тут! Спасибо тем, кто делает это место таким уютным! -

Очень уютно, просторно и супер любезный персонал, готовый помочь в любой ситуации. Спасибо за гостеприимство Рядом церковь, где тарабанят в колокола с самого утра. Но для тех, кто рано встанет это не проблема. Да и в целом учитывая все плюсы это несущественно

• Bikram (10/5): Great location and friendly staff - Great location and very helpful front office staff Cleaning crew and maintenance staff need to improve - we were told that room would be cleaned but beds were not made and only new towels were added. The door lock and the safe lock had problems which were fixed but it was a bit worrying when we had the issue.

Что нравится: - Просторные апартаменты, высокие потолки и очень удобные кровати. - Есть и стиралка и сушилка. - Делают уборку в удобное для тебя время. - Есть самостоятельное заселение (на случай позднего прибытия). - Хороший район, магазины/рестораны/достопримечательности, все в шаговой доступности. - Ножи, посуда, кофе, соль, сахар, оливковое масло, все в наличии, если захочется позавтракать в номере это не будет проблемой. - Подходит как для короткого так и для длительного проживания. - Отличный сервис. Будьте осторожны на ресепшене, вы можете влюбиться в их искренность и заботу ❤️ Нет лифта. Если с собой тяжелый багаж, будьте готовы поднять его на 4-5 этаж.

• Lilit (10/5): Perfect stay - Such a lovely, comfortable and clean apartment, a cozy balcony for a morning coffee with a beautiful view. The kitchen had all the necessities. There was a free laundry room, which I used almost daily for kids’ clothes. The bed was very comfortable. The free cleaning option on demand was also on the highest level. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. This apartment made our stay in Yerevan unforgettable!

There is no lift in the building and our room was on the 6th floor and we had to go up stairs with our baggages. Especially during hot weather the thing is very inconvenient. Also, there is no parking, we had to find a paid street parking nearby.

Прислали подробную информацию как найти , видео апартаментов. Очень приятная девушка на ресепшене. Заселение произошло быстро. Апартаменты очень комфортные, все чистейшее и новое, в апартаментах приятный запах. Ванная комната выше всяких похвал ) Есть вся необходимая посуда, молотый кофе, масло и специи . Под окошками - школа. Для меня это было плюсом, приятно слышать звонкие детские голоса ) Не совсем подходит для пожилых людей, к сожалению. Апартаменты на 4-ом этаже без лифта. Но бойким пожилым людям в хорошей форме - будет ок) пролеты не гигантские

But the apartment had a generous size. It was beautiful, clean, and centrally located. They had such a good time! It is clean, spacious, has nice design and just about any little thing you might need, from self-service laundry to a vase for your flowers or oil & spices for cooking in the kitchenette. The staff is very welcoming and responsive. The location is great, and the apartment is very quiet. I guess we will be staying here every time we come to Yerevan from now on!

I love the complete kitchen supplies, oven and stove so you can cook and heat your food. AND they have laundry area, so convenient and will save you money. It’s not really that ‘i dont like’ but others may consider it. It has no elevator, not a big deal because they will help you carry your things up. And I consider it as my exercise with all the food I ate 😁 The bathroom floor can be slippery, not a big deal just be careful.

• Richard (9/5): Lovely apartment with 126 stairs. - The studio apartment was lovely. It faced away from the main street and was quiet and caught the morning sun. There was plenty of space, a nice lounge and sitting chairs and was comfortable to come back too after a day out. The kitchen was well set-up. The apartments have no lift. You either have 4, 5, or 6 flights of stairs to climb. Don't take heavy luggage! Parking ( free or paid) is problematic, especially at check in time. Pray to St.Anthony.

Staff doing great on daily basis and remotely by supporting your emergency and lifestyle queries - no elevator. You have to climb all the way to 6th floor. Np if you single or a couple but becomes difficult with kids and moving luggage - hard to park around, but that’s likely everywhere rather this place issue
