- Pettinaroli (8/5): The best of comfort for a Business stay - Room of big size with fantastic customised toiletries, huge bed and TV screen. Furnished mini-bar, staff extremely cordial and personable. Exceptional cleanliness and comfortable fabrics of beddings and pillows (Neurodivergent-person-proof). Breakfast was surely good although a little solitary but solely as I visited the area during Ramadan. Small suggestion: considering I was alone in the restaurant room confining with the mall where many people would pass next to me, the option of having my breakfast in my room during exceptional periods such as Ramadan, would have elevated my experience even more. Small thing, the heating was stuck on a temperature that was a little too high. But they took action to have it fixed.

Bardzo pomocny personel, hotel graniczący z centrum handlowym blisko strefy gastronomicznej tego centrum (bezpośrednie przejście z hotelu do centrum) . Przestronne pokoje, wygodne łóżka, duża kabina prysznicowa. W bliskiej odległości kilka stacji benzynowych.

- David (10/5): A convenient, well appointed hotel with excellent staff. Ideal for our needs after a busy day. - A great stop off after busy day motorcycling up from the south of Bosnia. A quick and easy check-in and secure storage for the motorcycle. We were surprised to find that the restaurant was in a shopping centre but obviously that's there business model. I had a Ceasar Salad which was great. My wife had a rare steak which was as tough as old boots though in fairness the waiter did offer to replace it with something more edible. Breakfast was great, the staff were excellent, professional and friendly. Nothing.

Air condition control in room was restricted. You could not turn on despite temperature in room reach 26.5 celsius (around 80 fahrenheit) and Room was on third floor. Air was not broken but whole system was not turned on which made room uncomfortable during night. DISAPOINTING.
