The balcony was fantastic, and we really enjoyed it. I also want to give a big shout-out to Francesco at the reception. He was the one who greeted us and was also the last person we saw, and he was incredibly professional, helpful, and gave us all the information we needed. Truly a great experience!

The bed and the pillows are very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and had a lot of counterspace which I always need in a hotel room. A couple of hooks on the wall in the bathroom would have been nice :)

(I did feel uncomfortable trying to extract the keys late at night, from a key box, by a drainpipe, on a busy street surrounded by youths) Generally felt the apartment was old and tired and ready for a refurbishment (apart from the kitchen area which was ok) Bedroom layout was odd, no bedside tables, but the dining table right next to the bed? No light switch by the bed so I had to get out of bed to turn the lights out. Toilet flush needs repair as the toilet kept running. Shower had some mould and the area between the shower and sink was dirty and lime scaled (see photo) Description said toiletries provided - consisted of a couple of miniscule bottles of multipurpose shower gel/shampoo - not enough for a 3 night stay Cheap flimsy wire coat hangers Overall we were very disappointed and expected a much better standard for the money we paid. Our friends had an apartment on the 2nd floor and wow what a difference - it was beautiful!

Fui informada que o tipo de reserva efetuada pela Booking não permitia alterações, mas que me fariam um desconto de 20% na próxima estadia. Assim, solicitei cotação para a noite seguinte. Disseram que o valor normal seria 270€ mas que me fariam por 250€. Informei que este não era o desconto de 20% prometido, ao que responderam que os 270€ já era um preço especial. Nessa data, na Booking, o valor na mesma acomodação para a nova data era inferior ao que o hotel me estava a cobrar. Dada esta, para mim, tentativa de ganhar dinheiro com o meu engano, optei por reservar a noite num outro hotel também no centro, com todas as comodidades pretendidas.

• mrabbit2 (9/5): Clean modern apartment with great location - It is clean, efficient, modern and at a perfect location next to the duomo. Has a big TV with Netflix if you feel lazy. The host was more efficient than personable. Not a big deal if you like no frills efficiency. If you want a local who can assist with info or reservations, the host did seem too busy to offer help.

E o que mais me desapontou é que esqueci duas peças de roupa no apartamento. Entrei em contato algumas horas depois e simplesmente fui ignorada. Ainda estou na Itália e voltando para Milão. Gostaria muito que a administração me respondesse para que eu pudesse pegar minhas peças esquecidas, mas , apesar da minha insistência, não tenho resposta alguma. O serviço de aluguel de apartamentos acaba sendo manchado por esse tipo de situação. Se fosse um hotel, eu não teria esse tipo de problema porque me responderiam. Péssimo péssimo péssimo

But because it is so close to the Duomo you have to expect some noise coming in from the street below. It didnt bother us so much. A/C wasn't cooling enough and our unit was not done cleaning at the guaranteed 3 pm check-in. We waited for another 20 min but she did a good job cleaning the unit. They were probably having a busy turn over day.

Adorei porque há travesseiros de diferentes tamanhos no quarto. As fotos do Booking são fiéis às instalações. Atente só em relação ao acesso, a entrada para o edifício fica em uma galeria. Agradecimentos especiais ao atendimento simpático e prestativo de Davide. Gostei e recomendo a hospedagem.
• Ian (4/5): Be careful what you are booking. The main site only describes the most expensive suite. - The location is great You need to be very careful with what you are booking. Although the main page says terrace/balcony and jacuzzi. this is only available on a single room type. (even though they don't specify this on the main page). The response time was in the few hours range per enquiry as well. If staying close to the duomo is important, than this place is great, but overall I was disappointed, and would not choose to stay here again

Casa grande e accogliente con tutti i comfort: cialde per il caffè, prodotti per lavare i piatti, prodotti da bagno. Staff cortesissimo. Solo una piccola puntualizzazione, che non vuole essere una critica distruttiva: purtroppo la vasca da bagno non funzionava con l’idromassaggio e comunque mancava il tappo per riempirla. Alla fine, ho fatto la doccia. Per carità non è stato chissà qualche problema ma magari possono, in futuro, rendere la vasca più funzionale.
