- Jacquelyn (6/5): Great Staff, Not So Great Hotel - The employees I interacted with were amazing. Especially the woman at the front desk overnight. The hotel is incredibly NOISY, and there was not a secondary lock on the door. Anyone with a key could walk right in. I didn’t feel safe as a solo female traveler.
- Danial (4/5): - The hotel had a nice lobby, however the room was not very clean. There was mold on the wall and plastic from price tags on the floor. The breakfast was not fresh at all, the fruits were old and nothing tasted good. Even thought the staff were nice and helpful the hotel does not deserve 4 stars, barely even 2 stars.
- Emine (10/5): - The staff is so friendly and helps you with everything you need. Besides, the location of the hotel is just at the perfect spot, directly in the middle of the old town - nice bars closeby - good restaurants and great cafes just a few minutes walking distance!
- Sabin (4/5): - Elevator is in bad condition, AC did not work in the room (was repaired after 2 complains), the internet is weak and unstable, the shower head would not stay in place, the room and the access corridor was in bad condition of maintenance. Well an establishment that I would not recommend. Location is good.

Odalar gayet temizdi, banyo biraz eskiydi, konum olarak her yere çok yakın ve gece geç saatte bile gelsek güvende hissettik. Resepsiyondaki görevliler ingilizce biliyordu ve anlaşması kolaydı.

- Rachel (10/5): Great hotel - Loved our stay - front desk really cheerful and helpful. Located right in old town. Breakfast was great. Room was large. Parking available but only about 6 spots so need to reserve. Shower was very small and no hot water on first night until I complained

- Kyle (6/5): - The property was lovely, unfortunately when we arrived, only a ground floor room which was backed onto by a bar was all that was available. The hotel itself seemed quite modern. The shower was completely fine the first time that we used it in the morning, the same evening it was cold and the next morning too. There were several hairs in our bed and drops of blood on the carpet. I cannot say this is the best experience I have had. The staff tried to move rooms for us but were not able to due to the massive number of bookings. This is a great place to stay for the convenience to the old town making it all walking distance but definitely can make a lot of improvements. Would look to go elsewhere if returning to Sarajevo.

While my room was simple, it provided everything I needed at an affordable price. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the front desk is manned 24/7.
- Hrothgar Cynric (10/5): Joya en el centro de Sarajevo - Fue una experiencia súper en Sarajevo. Estuvimos muy a gusto. Las personas de recepción siempre estuvieron atentas. No pudimos usar el spa, puesto que estaba en reparación. Ampliamente recomiendo este hotel para futuras estancias en la capital de Bosnia.
- suzanna (6/5): Nice staff - Location good. Staff friendly. I would not recommend the breakfast, or was obvious the old breakfast from the day before where you could see for example the old cheese, compared the new fresh cheese add on top. The same 1 crushed croissant every day.

Rooms are quite eneough , breakfast is good. Only problem was coffe machine , it wasnt working properly. Cleaning was good. Location is very good nearby bascarjia.
- Silga (10/5): Başarılı Otel - Otelin konumu Başçarşı’ya çok yakındı. Gece de gündüz de hiçbir sorun yaşamadan otelimize ulaştık. Otelin lobisine mimar eli değmiş, çok modern eserler vardı. Resepsiyonda çalışan arkadaşlar o kadar tatlılardı ki her konuda bize yardımcı oldular. Odamız çok temiz ve ferahtı. Tek problemi ses yalıtım sorunu. Yan odada konuşan yabancıların sesi içeride gibiydi. Allahtan gece sustular da rahat uyuduk. Odanın kahvaltısı çok başarılıydı. Çeşit olarak da lezzet olarak da bizi tatmin etti. Bir daha olsa bir daha aynı otelde kalırım, çok memnun kaldım.

- Sara (2/5): Da evitare assolutamente - Hotel da evitare per diversi motivi. Scrivono di avere servizi che non hanno. Mandano mail di customer care e trattano male i clienti, senza trovate una soluzione ( facevano con tranquillità cena mentre il cliente era in difficoltà per una stanza senza aria condizionata e senza nenche gli asciugamani). Personale in reception inadeguato, inefficiente e maleducato per qualsiasi posto. Il parcheggio non c'è pur dichiarandolo (fanno pagare una strada interna stretta che è in fila indiana, forse utile solo per carico e scarico o se no si ha a 300 m in altro hotel in cui non prendono nenche la carta di credito!!). Non è un 4 stelle, forse un 2 ma caro come se fosse un 5 stelle!. Evitatelo e vi eviterete problemi. In centro ci so o molto altri hotel in cui soggiornare.

Karima’s smile is captivating and her helpfulness and ability to quickly resolve situations that some might find difficult, is what sets her apart from others. There was a staff member in the night shift that was equally helpful and friendly, and truly is them that made a difference and our stay at the hotel comfortable. Hotel’s property, even though we were in a superior and it seems recently renovated room, were just average, especially for the price we paid. Bedsheets and pillows were not clean, and that was very disappointing. We found that out at night when we were going ready for bed. I asked for the new pillow case, and when removing the dirty one, seeing how stained and disgusting the pillow was, I asked for a new pillow too. Unfortunately, after a super nice receptionist went on a hunt for a new pillow, what she got was also dirty and unusable.

- Rebecca (8/5): Great location, good room - Highlight is the location near old town and bazaar. It’s a little simple and dated bathroom but the location makes up for it. I was a first floor room so people periodically walked right past my room. Hair dryer didn’t work. Otherwise a suitable stay.

- D (10/5): - A well run hotel located in the Baščaršija area of Sarajevo, it's meters from the historic Latin Bridge, and the Old Town. It's a superb base for exploring Sarajevo by foot and there are lots of tea houses and restaurants nearby. The room was of a good standard, with a fridge and a kettle for use. The bathroom was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was available too, and was also very good quality and value. I would recommend staying here
