The balcony space was lovely but lonely -- nobody there. Bus stops right outside, Raffles Hotel down the road, lots of everything close by. Small rooms, great location. A deal.

- Annika (7/5): Gute Lage und Ausstattung, mit kleinen Schwächen im Komfort - Sehr gute Lage, Kaffee und Wasser sind inklusive, und das Zimmer war praktisch sowie gut ausgestattet. Die Küche in der Lobby war sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft ist allerdings wirklich sehr hellhörig – in der ersten Nacht waren unsere lautstarken Nachbarn leider deutlich zu hören, was sehr störend war. Zwischendurch gab es kein Warmwasser. Außerdem fällt nachts Licht aus dem Flur durch den Türspalt ins Zimmer. In der Lobby und im Gebäude selbst war es zudem sehr kalt. Der Check-in war etwas kompliziert, zum Glück war aber jemand vor Ort und wir haben Unterstützung bekommen.

Additional general sound proofing from room to room is poor. This meant I had very little sleep thru the night. Main purpose of a hotel room, especially when on a work trip

- Joe (7/5): The room is a bathroom and a bed - that's all. - It is clean but small. Walls are too thin, rooms are really small, there is no guarantee of a front desk - everything needs to be hanled with their App and the staff, while nice and friendly, are rarely seen beyond the housekeeping.

- Michael (10/5): Gute Lage, mit self check in - Gute Lage, und schöne Zimmer, wenn man zu zweit ist empfehle ich die Kabine M zu buchen da es im kleineren Zimmer etwas sehr eng wird mit 2 Koffern.

Also you can use a shared kitchen, including a microwave, dishes, a fridge in the room etc. Also the Hotel is perfectly located, just 5 min to the metro station. I really enjoyed staying here

- Andrea (7/5): - Das Zimmer ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Man muss sich auf so engem Raum einfach gut organisieren. Mein Zimmer war gut für eine Person. Für zwei Personen ist das Zimmer definitiv zu klein. Gut ist, dass es eine kleinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer hat. Das Zimmer wurde kein einziges Mal während dem Aufenthalt gereinigt. Die Reinigung ist bei so einem kleinen Zimmer tatsächlich eine Herausforderung. Das Selfcheck-In über die App ist eine Herausforderung. Tipp: Bluetooth und der Zugriff auf den Standort müssen während der Benutzung der App freigegeben sein.

Loved the ability to use my phone as the key card although downside is you need to download yet another app on the phone Needed to get tea and coffee facilities were downstairs rather than in room which made it less ideal if you were wanting a late night coffee or tea as you are winding down.

Rooms actually not that small given it is singapore, with a really great shower and very comfy bed. Its a "digital first" hotel which is a trend I dont lile. Minimal staff and self check in/ check out. No key - you have to use your phone and their app which I found to be SUPER annoying. On the plus side they give you wifi as soon as you get to the hotel which makes the process easier.

- Katsuhiko (8/5): - ロケーションとチェックインやチェックアウトの仕組みは素晴らしいです。フロントに人がいない時間帯でしたが、インストラクションを読めばそれほど難しくはありませんでした。シンガポール全体のホテル料金が高いので、このホテルは場所の割にはリーズナブルかもしれません。機会があればまた利用しようと思います。 タオルはバスタオルのみで、洗面用のタオルがありませんでしたが、それ以外は概ね満足です。日本語も対応して貰えるとなお良いです。
