• roberto (7/5): Sostituite il divano letto!!! - Posizione ottima per girare la città. Vicina alla underground Edwards. Abbastanza pulita e con tutto il necessario per cucinare. Bello il piccolo spazio esterno. Il divano letto era rotto e sfondato. Mio figlio ha dormito su un materasso a terra. C'erano le cialde e una macchina del caffè Nespresso che non funzionava.
• Mubasher (8/5): Very satisfied. - The location was ideal, close to Paddington St, the Main High Streets, Parking close by. Great atmosphere in the area from all walks of life, kept clean and well maintained. Apartment was well maintained, organised, calm, clean and effective. A sweeping brush or hoover would of made a big difference as my 3yr can't help but drop crumbs!! to which I ended up on my hands and knees cleaning with kitchen roll and baby wipes! Everything else was great 👍

Good location next to supermarket and a lot of restaurants and 10 minutes wake to Oxford street, clean apartment, everything was available in the apartment, helpful staff. الشقه جدا نظيفه لكن قديمه وتحتاج لإضافات مثل غساله صحون، ثلاجه اكبر حجم، تغيير الصوفا لان الاسفنج فيها منتهي تماما، احنا سكنه في الطابق الاول بغرفتين و حمام و بلكونه واسعه وطبعا ما فيها لفت ، المكيف متنقل وفقط في غرف النوم لكن بارد . The apartment need some upgrades like new sofa, adding dishwasher, bigger fridge.

• Petr (7/5): If you are traveling in two and don't mind the higher price, then it's fine. - The accommodation was close to a tube station, within walking distance of Baker Street, Oxford Street, Hide Park. The accommodation was clean and well equipped. Noise from the street through old leaky windows, from the refrigerator and from the neighbors with creaking parquet floors. Those who are light sleepers will not sleep well. The sofa bed was unusable for sleeping, we had a mattress on the floor. Smell in the hallway from the restaurant. We chose the accommodation out of necessity, but it was not worth the price.
• Karen (7/5): Great location, outside area a bonus, the property does need some refurbishing and new air con units/fans. - Great location Outdoor "garden" space with furniture You can feel the springs through the settee, very uncomfortable. Although clean and pleasant this property does require some refurbishment, re paint touch up. Sheet had holes in it on one of the beds. We did have to contact the Manager as the fan wasn't working. He was very pleasant and we found 2 air con units in the cupboard. One leaked all over the floor, one had a pipe that had been ripped. The other unit in the second bedroom didn't work and only pumped out heat.

The bath shower was leaking and the first night he texted us that the second floor complained about the leakage and he will come to fix the shower and asked us to not use it. He never fixed it. The sofa bed was the worse sofa bed I have ever tried. My 11 yr old son couldn’t sleep on it and I ended up letting him to stay in our bed and I almost awake all nights at the sofa bed. We rented another apartment for the second part of our trip at SOho . Much better location, very comfortable and trendy one with almost the same price. Avoid this rental property . Everything

The property owner completely misrepresented to booking.com (who is now acting irresponsible) and to us because there was no AC and dishwasher despite mentioning on booking.com (apparently booking.com doesn’t verify any apartment before confirming the booking). I have sent atleast 10 emails containing proof but booking.com accepts no responsibility for the refund. We had to book marriot overnight (i have proof) and even then booking.com acts indifferent and inhuman to customer’s grievances who are travelling with a 10 year old and a 65y old mother. My emails are not responded to. Unfortunately the call centre in philippines is only apologectic, without any actual refunds to us. No management is interested in grievance redressal. Failure of booking.com. Everything. Absolutely rubbish property. We checked out within 12 hours of our entry. The TV was connected to a makeshift antenna, which did not work even though the manager tried hard. Equipment was scarce and the drawers were falling apart. The fittings in the bathroom were old and leaking.

The attention to detail was exceptional, from the luxurious bedding to the thoughtful little touches that made us feel right at home. Our host was fantastic, friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. Check-in was seamless, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. It’s located in an incredible area, just a stone’s throw from Marble Arch and within walking distance to the heart of Mayfair. The neighborhood is vibrant yet peaceful, with top-tier restaurants, shops, and Hyde Park just around the corner. The property itself was beautifully maintained, stylish, and had all the comforts of home. Everything was spotless, well-appointed, and exactly as described. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient place to stay in central London. Will definitely return!
• Eitan (1/5): KEEP AWAY! unless you want to be ignored when WATER LEAKS FROM THE CEILING or THE WIFI NEVER WORKS. - My experience was extremely bad. The only good thing was the location, other than that - the apartment is full of problems and the host ignored the whole time, I had to get booking.com involved which fully resolved it. KEEP AWAY!!! Horrible experience. WiFi wasn't working since I arrived and the host did not take care through my whole stay, so I had to go work at a coffee place. Water leaked from the ceiling and electricity went on and off. The host never responded and I had to be in the dark through the rest of my stay. Floors above are squeaking due to old wooden tiles, extremely noisy. No elevator and very narrow stairs, wasn't mentioned anywhere. KEEP AWAY!!! Horrible experience.

I do not recommend the apartment for the elderly or those with children, as the stairs to the apartment require a lot of focus and the path is narrow, as was not written in the description. 2. Check the apartment pictures before booking as the general pictures are not the same as a specific apartment. 3. There is an Asian restaurant under the apartment, which caused foul odors inside the apartment, unhealthy air, and a strong cooking smell, which made us come to the apartment at night after the restaurant closed, which we did not enjoy the apartment, and we did not benefit from it at all. 4. Stairs are dangerous for those with large suitcases as it is very tiring to carry the bags up and down. 5. Overall, it's not worth it at all the money that we paid and over rating.

Felt safe to walk at any hour. Lot of places with healthy and vegetarian options. Facility will benefit from small improvements: the lock box for the keys hard to operate, bathroom heating, … They are all usable, functional - but will improve experience, and raise score. Will feel “upscale” if the bed will be bigger.
• Kira (7/5): Very good location but run down - It was a great location, close to public transport, but also about 30-45 minutes walk to some sights. The kitchen is fully equipped, comfortable sized spaces. It was run down a bit. Missing insulation in the window, uneven floors, the kitchen counter has a foil cover that was peeling away, all in all looked unkempt. Everything was in working condition but not the luxurious environment that’s in the pictures.

We booked for 6 nights and every morning I found bites on me from bed bugs which live in their mattress and blankets. Eventually I have got around 20 bites on my body. The manager is extremely not helpful in this matter and the rest of our inquiries. The pictures are placed from another ad and don’t represent the reality. In fact the apartment is old, need repair and smelly. The bed is small. It’s also not comfortable to use their tiny and old stairs. In fact to reach the Oxford street it took us around 35 minutes by walk.

• James (3/5): For the price I don’t expect a lot but for a good review, I expect the basics to be in working order - Great location. Clean. The apartment is at the bare minimum possible standard to not want to leave early and demand a refund. And whilst it is not expensive by London standards, we still paid a lot and in my view you have to make a slight effort if you want to get good reviews. Specifically: - it’s not possible to close the door in the double bedroom (because it hits the bed - see photo) - air conditioning units are not installed so you have to open the window and put the exhaust hose out of it (which lets the warm air / noise outside in). See photo - the WiFi is unreliable making it impossible to work from the apartment and make video calls - the sofa bed in the living room is super basic, even our kids couldn’t bear it. A cheap ikea futon would be 10x better. - the coffee machine was broken - it’s not practical to watch the TV because the sofa is facing in the opposite direction My family tried to spend as little time as possible in the apartment during our stay.

The steep stairways and low head room on the stairs were not mentioned previously and could pose quite a risk for someone climbing up with small children.

• Etta (2/5): - Review the confirmation very closely. There is no receptionist or checkin on site. I traveled across town to pay and had to wait past the checkin time to access the unit. There is also no elevator and the stairs are extremely steep with very little lighting. The unit itself may have had some upgrades done at some point but not high quality. The toilet didn't work well, nor the air conditioning. As someone else, stated, don't allow the pictures to misrepresent the unit. The neighborhood was decent but there is a bar at the end of the road and made for an interesting night. The location is the only plus side. Last but not least there are bugs in the unit. I reached out to the manager after our stay and didn't even receive an apology. Definitely not a place to stay with children or anyone with mobility issues.

Edgware Road, Hyde Park, Marble Arch, Oxford Street, etc. at walking distance. Lots of bus stations nearby from where the entire city can be covered. Not enough for 4 adults. Best suited for 2 adults and may be 1 or max 2 toddlers as both beds are smallish. The entire apartment is not Air-conditioned. There is one Mobile room cooler, which is not enough for both rooms if it gets hot. Otherwise, the apartment is quite airy.

Chest of drawers was broken Bed room was not big enough for the bed, so we both had to get in from one side. Front door had no snib or chain One set of keys only Sinks had no plugs WC didn’t flush very well Towels were very small Bedroom light shade was knackered Skirtings were water damaged Kitchen surface was repaired with sticky vinyl Much better options for the money ALSO they are offering dicounts to renters who give them a good review, so take the 5* reviews with caution

There is a broken lock on the bathroom, damp patches on the ceiling, exposed wires in the living room. At this point I wouldn’t say it’s worth £160. With a little work it can be though

It would have been nice to have had some milk so that we could have a cup of tea, but thats a minor issue. There were plenty of shops and cafes nearby. The location was great for tube and bus services. A very spacious apartment. The apartment was very clean, but was a bit "tired". Again, not really an issue as we were only there for one night. Nothing else to not like

Nice furniture and decor. Loads of hooks on the doors and space for stuff in the bathroom and kitchen. Flat was not ready on check-in (cleaner still busy, but doing a good job). Bit chilly in the night. Creaky floors!

• Boyd (1/5): No sleep - It is a good location The flat is extremely noisy. There is no double glazing and the flat is on the ground floor with the bedrooms next to the street. Traffic goes all night until 2 am. Then in the morning the church bells ring from 7 am every 15 mins

• Enkhmaa (10/5): Great stay in London - Loved the location. Close to Marble arch, Edgware Road, Marleborne, Baker Street and Paddington tube stations. Cosy apartment, had almost everything we needed. Highly recommended. If you have a lot of luggage, the stairs are narrow and no lift. However, the staff were helpful and brought my luggage upstairs.

• Homayun (8/5): Very good - The location of the apartment is very good and most of the tourist attractions are in 15-25 min distance by metro or bus. There is a super market right behind the apartment which basically has everything. The person who was in contact with us was always available for help. The cleanness of the apartment was delightful. Some of the facilities that were mentioned in the ad wasn't available in the apartment, e.g. game consoles. However they were not among necessary things, so we were OK with not having them in the apartment.
