• Iris42 (6/5): - Расположение отеля очень удачное - в старом центре города, рядом с достопримечательностями, прогулочными зонами, кафе-ресторанами. В 200 м находится торговый центр с платным паркингом. Удобная планировка номера с приятным интерьером и добротной мебелью. То, что будет шумно от ночного клуба мы знали и были готовы к этому. По прибытии оказались перед закрытыми дверями, пришлось звонить администратору по номеру, указанному на двери. Администратор пытался нас убедить, что бронирование они не получали, но потом согласился приехать. Ждали не долго, минут 5. Номер оказался неподготовленным для заселения - было очень холодно, стаканы и чашки были грязными, чайник изнутри покрыт толстым слоем кальция, в унитазе не работал слив. Оказалось, что какой-то веселый человек придумал новую систему слива - нужно было поднять крышку сливного бачка и тогда, привязанная цепью пробка поднималась и вода поступала в унитаз! В номере есть кофемашина, но она сломана.

• Izudin_d (9/5): - Lokacija je perfektna, u blizini svega što bi vam moglo zatrebati. Komunikacija sa osobljem je izvanredna. Parking je u dostupnim garažama sto moze podici planiranu cijenu putovanja, ali je zato auto na sigurnom. Ispod je bar pa onome ko nije navikao moze stvarati buku, ali ako ste i vi do kasno vani onda nije problem.

• Esved (6/5): Great location but extremely noisy - The location of the hotel is excellent, and the room itself was clean and cozy, which I truly appreciated. Noise levels made it extremely difficult to enjoy the stay. There is a night bar directly beneath the hotel that plays very loud music throughout the night—even on a Sunday—which made it nearly impossible to sleep. Additionally, the sound insulation in the building is inadequate; I could clearly hear people walking and talking in the hallways. To make matters worse, there is a construction site nearby. So even if you manage to fall asleep despite the music, the morning construction noise will wake you up very early. Overall, unless you are planning to stay out partying all night, I would not recommend it.

There are bars located underneath the hotel and is very loud if you are trying to sleep early especially on Fridays and/or Saturdays. The windows are not isolated or can’t be closed all the way so you hear everything. Additionally, the water pressure is nonexistent, I had to take a break from my shower because there was no water for like 3-4 minutes and then came back but very low pressure. Carpets are very dirty in the rooms. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, from what we paid, we could have paid a little bit extra and stayed in much nicer hotel.

• Christian (8/5): Zentrales Hotel mit Anschluss ans Nachtleben - Die Unterkunft hat eine hervorragende Lage. Gleich neben der Unterkunft gibt es drei super Kneipen. Ein paar Meter weiter eine klasse Bäckerei. Kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Unterkunft. Fußläufig schnell der Altstadt und auch bestens mit der Trambahn angebunden. Gleich nach unserem Aufenthalt wird das Hotel renoviert. Da war klar, dass man in der Ausstattung den einen oder anderen Abstrich in Kauf nehmen muss. Wir fanden die drei Kneipen nebenan Klasse. Sie sind gut besucht, andere stören sich vielleicht am Geräuschpegel. Wie schon andere schreiben: um auf den Parkplatz zu kommen, muss man einen sehr hohen Randstein überwinden. Das kann man umgehen, in dem man die Nebenstraße vorfährt und dann langsam über den Bürgersteig zur Einfahrt fährt.

• Leonard (9/5): Top Lage und sehr gutes Zimmer, aber ohne Frühstück und ohne praktikablen Parkplatz. - Das Zimmer war riesig, mit sehr guten Betten – wir haben selten so erholsam geschlafen. Selbst das Ausziehsofa war stabil und komfortabel, deutlich besser als sonst in Bosnien. Die Lage ist absolut genial: mitten im Zentrum, umgeben von Bars, Cafés und Restaurants, ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Stadterkundungen. Leider gibt es kein Frühstück und die Rezeption ist nur bei Anreise besetzt. Am meisten gestört hat uns aber, dass es offiziell keinen Parkplatz gibt – normale Autos schaffen den hohen Bordstein nicht. Man muss in teuren Parkhäusern in der Umgebung ausweichen, was umständlich und kostspielig ist.

• Владислав (3/5): - Было чисто Мы прожили в номере 3 суток, в номере было чисто, все розетки рабочие, все аккуратно, НО с первого дня мы мучались с тем, что очень плохой напор воды, горячая вода из бойлера и второй день бойлер не нагревал больше воду, на 3 сутки мы были без горячей воды, в номере не убирали за 3 дня, не обновляли полотенца, к Wi-Fi я подключится не мог. Так же на ресепшене персонал мы видели только при заезде, может там и не нужен человек 24/7, но если это место позиционируется как именно отель, то в моем понимании должен быть персонал. Главная претензия, что это место не соответствует цене, которую мы заплатили. Путешествуя дальше по Боснии мы за вдвое меньшую цену получали тот же базовый комфорт, но без проблем с водой и тому подобным

• Katarina (6/5): - Smještaj je na jako dobroj lokaciji, svega nekoliko minuta udaljen od pozorišta, što je veliki plus. Kreveti su udobni i u tom smislu smo bili zadovoljni. Problem je predstavljala velika buka – ujutru od obližnjeg gradilišta, a naveče od kafića ispod hotela. Takođe, morali smo posebno tražiti da nam donose redovno čiste peškire i toalet papir, što bi trebalo da bude standardna usluga. Poseban problem je prilaz hotelu – jako je visok i niža auta se teško mogu popeti ili sići preko ivičnjaka bez da ogrebu pod vozila.

A hotel that should not be presented on the Booking platform...let's start with the beginning: - I had no access to water, I tried to take a shower, and the water did not flow either in the shower or in the tap...I wrote to the person at the reception (who is almost non-existent...only comes when he has to accommodate someone)..I even sent him a video on WhatsApp, in which I showed him that I did not have water and that I wanted my money back to go to another hotel and he replied that he was talking to his boss and that it would be resolved in 5 minutes...but nothing, I went to bed unwashed (I also attach a picture of the conversation on WhatsApp)..he did not answer me at all... - There is no parking...we had to park at a nearby mall where for one night I paid 25 eur - Pets are also accepted in the hotel...when I returned to the room in the evening I had the unpleasant surprise that at the reception there was a person with a big dog to sleep...at that moment when I appeared us...the dog started barking...more than once we pass the hallway next to that room...the dog barks...horror...I don't even want to think about what was in the room the next day...for other guests.. - although the bed was comfortable, the linen left something to be desired. In conclusion...we do not recommend this hotel...although we raised the problem with the person who deals with accommodation...we were treated with indifference.

• eL.kC. (5/5): - Die Lage war sehr zentral. Das Auto brauchten wir nicht. Jedoch Achtung: KEIN PARKPLATZ für normale PKWs vorhanden. (Nur ein SUV kann über die Boardkante rauf, um zu parken.) Alle anderen Autos müssen Parkplatz suchen in der Stadt. Die Betten waren gemütlich und groß. Klimaanlage vorhanden und funktioniert auch. Das Cafe unter dem Hotel ist nachts lange laut. Die Leute hört man sehr lange feiern. Ein großes NO-GO: Das Wasser... die Temperatur wechselt während dem Duschen. Das Wasser ist oft einfach nicht mehr da. Man muss dann einige Minuten warten, bis es wieder kommt. Das ein oder andere gehört repariert, gereinigt oder ausgetauscht. Die Programme am TV funktionierten nicht. Wir haben uns aber auch nicht lange gespielt, da wir kaum im Zimmer waren. Der Teppichboden ist etwas grausig. Fühlt sich sehr und dreckig an. Wir hatten auch noch Pech mit der Baustelle. Die machte Krach. Somit konnten wir nie ausschlafen. Jedoch, wenn man nur ein "Bett" braucht, ist dieses Hotel vollkommen ausreichend.

Molto rumore dai locali presenti sotto l'hotel. L'acqua della doccia si interrompeva di colpo, impedendo di terminare la doccia. Impossibile fare due docce di fila per una coppia. Perdite d'acqua dal tetto durante un acquazzone. Personale dell'hotel difficilmente reperibile. Servizio in camera inesistente, nemmeno cambio asciugamani. Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo. E per giunta hanno il coraggio di chiamarlo "hotel boutique"...

Det var högljudd från baren under hotellet och nån slags larm från fastigheten bakom, vilket störde sömnen rejält. Det var inte så rent som jag förväntar mig. Rummet var mindre än på fotona. Parkeringen är inte möjligt att nyttja med vanlig bil pga alldeles för stor trottoarkant. Skulle inte besöka samma hotell igen.

• FATİH (5/5): - Only the location of the hotel is good, nothing else is good There is not even water to drink in the rooms, there is no fridge, hot water is cut off, room cleaning is not done, there is nothing to eat

• Curtis (9/5): Great price for a great location. - The staff were very responsive and because of delays they had to stay up very late to receive our group. Parking was not convenient for dropping off and picking up the group.
• AYŞEGÜL (8/5): - Konumu çok iyiydi sadece cumartesi gecesi biraz gürültülü idi alt katında bar olması nedeniyle. Ama yine de memnun kaldık

• Mustafa (4/5): Merkezi ve Gürültülü. - Çok merkezi bir konumda. Hem peşin hem kart ödemesi kabul ediyor. Biz haftasonu geldik ve gece 3:30 halen dışarıdan çok gürültü geliyordu. Otopark yok. Odalarda buzdolabı yok.

• Alper (7/5): - gezilecek yerlere yakındı banyo bataryasından su az akıyordu,yalıtım çok kötü gece aşağıda pubdan gelen müzik sesinden sabah ise otel yakınındaki inşaattan gelen iş makinalarının çıkardığı seslerden uyumak imkansızdı.

• Bernadett (5/5): - Nem lehetett parkolni 35cm magas padkán nem lehetett beállni az hotel parkolójába. Reggeli nincs , azt mondtak a közelben van sok étterem. Csak azt nem közöltek hogy vasárnap sehol sincs konyha …. Szombat éjjel semmit nem aludtunk mert egész éjjel beszélgettek az ablak alatti bárokban. Este már egyaltalan nem volt víz volt fürdeni egyszerűen nem folyt a csapból semmi…
• Şahin (7/5): Genel olarak memnun kaldık - Konumu ve karşılanmamız ıyiydi, temiz Otelin girişi bir barın yanından olduğu için gece kapının önüne de masa koyuyorlar, 1 numaralı oda, kapının önündeki gençler gece çok gürültü yapıyorlar, onun haricinde sorunsuz
