• Carsten (8/5): Perfect for a short stay - In the very heart of Little India, yet quiet at night. The room is tiny, but compact, contemporary and comfortable. All the mod cons. Shower is fine. Price is the best in Singapore. Great for a few nights. Bit disconcerting not having any welcoming staff - booking in happens remotely. Didn’t have any problems though. My key card didn’t work one evening, but it was early enough to be attended to. It’s a bit strange (and a bit cheap and quite inconvenient) providing a kettle but no coffee/tea. Add a $ or 2 to your fee and provide the minimum, please. Or at least make up a little package of tea/coffee/sugar/creamer and add it to the dispenser in the lobby (not 3-in-1 🥴)

• Paudel (6/5): - It's proximity to metro and south Indian restaurants. Nobody in reception. The lady managed everything remotely. For us it was difficult to find taxi as we did not use grabs. Besides we expected tips and advices for planning visits and that was missing.
• Ramez (1/5): Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Stay Away! - Nothing This hotel is by far the worst I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty from the start, there was no housekeeping or cleaning service provided during my entire stay, and the staff were tough and unhelpful. The whole area around the hotel is filthy and not suitable for a proper stay in Singapore. The absolute disaster was finding a mouse inside the room, can you believe that? Completely unacceptable! I even took a picture because it was shocking to see such conditions in a hotel. If you are thinking of booking this place, please run away and look elsewhere. This was a nightmare stay, dirty rooms, terrible staff, no service, and unsafe conditions. The worst hotel I have ever seen!

WORST Took a twin bed… We had a stay for 5 days.. even though the room cleaning switch was turned on… The room was not cleaned… bed spread was not changed… washroom & bin was not cleaned. Room bin was not cleaned. We kept room bin outside room service lady staff she said smell coming… so can we keep in room & stay with that… Who the hell will clean the room ??? Too much off automations is der but proper response or service is not there.. Not recommend to all!!!! Indians ever never visit this place!!!! Worst room service & the room service lady is rude even though she is an Indian.

• gabybali (6/5): If you have other option, please book somewhere else.. - Our staying experience at Dash Living Rochor SG with the pros and cons is: 3,5/5. Here’s why: Pros: 1. Quite close to Little India MRT, although you will need to lift your heavy suitcase once you get out of the MRT station as there are these stairs towards the rather-bumpy-pedestrian walk. You’ll pass by this Indian community gathering spots with locals liquor stores, and at night we feel a bit uneasy with this type of environment. 2. Nice room although small (standard for SG budget hotel), there’s laundry bag provided, water jug, a small desk to work or to eat. Clean bathroom, long tabletop so I could display my toiletries & skincare. They have bidet, yes!! For Indonesian travelers/tourist this is very important when considering where to stay. 3. We chose this hotel among other hotels in the area because that’s our last 2 nights in SG after a week of traveling to Malaysia and Singapore, we need a place with a washing machine (where then appeared a problem). It’s free to use but you need to buy the liquid detergent by yourself! - better prepare this from home or stop by to Fair Price Supermarket at City Square Mall not too far from the hotel (but you need to take an MRT, only 1 station away - stop at Farrer Park Station, you’ll arrive right at the mall). You will NOT find liquid detergent at any 7-Eleven near by - this store only sell food, drinks and some toiletries. 4. Vending machine at the lobby - easy to get cold water bottles, but they told us that the water from the water tap is safe to drink and they provide the water jug to refill with the water - still we prefer drink from mineral water bottle from the machine. This costs $1.20 per bottle. 5. Clean lobby, lots of sitting spots, quite instagramable. 6. Secure & safe as the door towards the room hall could only be accessed with the guest room key, as well as the elevator. Cons: 1. It’s a self check-in hotel, no reception staff. Scan the bar code on the reception desk and follow the steps there (in our case this didn’t work so we had to talk to the staff through this google meet on the tab) and you have to take a picture while holding your passport and credit card. The thing with this type of check in: Other (impatient) guests standing next to us could see and hear very clearly our room number from the Tab screen and from the staff online. To DASH LIVING Management: PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL THE CONFIDENTIAL DATA OF YOUR GUESTS ARE IMMEDIATELY REMOVED ONCE THEY CHECKED OUT. 2. Rooms on the 1st floor means : it’s on the same level of next door alley /street where one night around 00.30 at night we woke up to this loud noise of alarm from the building next to the hotel, for like 10 min non stop!! And there’s NOTHING we can do about this, it’s super torturing, and when I complaint about this to the hotel staff they could only say that’s something beyond of their control. The next morning? A garbage truck troupe picked up trashes from the neighborhood and ya…what can I say…this is the situation you have to endure and face if you stay at a budget hotel in this area of Bellios Ln, Little India. 3. Washing Machine SAGA: 
- Again, please provide liquid detergent even if we have to BUY that is fine, you provide washing machine and expect the guests who come from other countries, traveling to SG to bring a pack of liquid detergent without getting thrown by the airport officers, and we’re tired from the trip to your hotel having to walk and dragged our suitcases under the heat of the day of SG, unpacked our luggages with dirty laundry only to find we still have to go to a supermarket just to get a detergent. When I realized this situation, I then left the 900ml liquid detergent I bought at Fair Price (most of the product come in BIG TWIN PACK! Nothing is on a travel size) next to the washing machine with a note, that the next guests could use it. 
- As we had so many dirty laundry, we had to wash it in several batches and took turn using the washing machine and the dryer, we couldn’t help but wonder why it took more than 2 hours for the dryer to keep spinning, and because we felt bad for making other guests waited for us to finish, I had to pause the machine to check whether the cloths are dry enough to be picked up or not. But there was this Indian lady with a mean face who kept ‘lecturing’ us that it’s not right to pause the machine because it could spoil it. It literally written on the panel button “PAUSE TO ADD MORE CLOTH”!! So of course it is so OK to pause it. I tried to explain the reason but she kept arguing with me about the machine blah blah. Late at night when we tried to check our laundry in the machine, I noticed it was still on the run, so we went back to our room, this same mean lady appeared out of nowhere, like a ghost!! And tried to stop us and said that we should come back soon to get our laundry out of the machine. Aie..aie..what a nightmare. 4. Battery in the safety deposit box needs to be checked regularly and changed! We couldn’t use it. When we complaint about this, off course: they apologized - that’s all. Do you really want the guests also bring their own battery, liquid detergent when staying at Dash Living? 5. Dash Living Rochor Staff are available on the WhatsApp if you want to ask anything, but their conversations was just basic, template, not offering anything (it’s a budget hotel with no service, don’t expect anything more than just a room with AC) despite of a long complaint. If you stay in other hotel in SG, Bali, Jakarta, they would’ve offered something as a good gesture, this will make the guests come back and recommend other to stay here. Reading from LOTS of previous guests reviews on Trip Advisor & Google review, things that are even worse that what we experienced didn’t even get any compensation nor a response. So ya.. So if you have other option within the same budget, I would suggest to book another hotel in the area. One of my friends from Bandung told me to check this hotel located really across the Little India MRT station called Check-In @ Little India - no washing machine but better service. This is an honest review, I hope Dash Living Management not just replying to good review with basic boring blah blah template sentence not coming from heart and sincere, but really respond to all guest feedback - good or bad for valuable reviews.

• n_jaswant (8/5): Perfect location, great value - Dash Living: Location: The property is at a very strategic location just 180 m from Little India MRT station. Also 650 m walk from Jalan Besar MRT (blue line which connects to downtown & Changi Airport(Expo MRT)). Bus#857 can be taken from Joyallukas which directly takes to Khatib MRT(Shuttle to Mandai Reserve) Lot of eateries at affordable price and shops including 24 hours 7x11 store. Also nearby is 24 hrs bakery (Star Cafe) where one can purchase affordable water bottles/bakery items. We enjoyed Indian breakfast at Nandhana’s Restaurant, Sai Cafe and lunch/dinner at Village curry. Safety:The property is very high tech/ access controlled. Even the rooms at the ground floor are at the end of lobby which itself is access controlled. The lift wont work unless you tap your access card. Room: Booked courtyard room for family with young child. The balcony was not useful as it kept raining. The room is very small (when you compare it to any country that you arrive from). We had 2 large luggages and 1 cabin luggage however at a time only 1 large luggage can be opened on the floor (unless you want to open it on the bed 😄). The room had a open space to hang your clothes, safe, laundry bag. The TV area had chair/desk kind of setup kettle along with glass/cups were provided. The toilet had 1 mini bottle each of soap & shampoo and 1 soap. 2 dental kits. 2 towels. The items were not refilled and we also didn’t complain knowing their once a week cleaning policy. The room has to be self cleaned (unless you want to request them for an extra price) for our entire stay. Self cleaned in the sense just put your trash in a polythene bag at the bin near lift. Although some people kept it outside their room entrance which made the lobby look very shabby. Suggestion: Seems the cleaning staff was not doing their job well as have read many reviews of room carpet not being clean Verdict: Overall above average experience for the price paid. Will mark it in value for money category considering high cost of living in Singapore. Recommended specially for Indian Travellers. Please upvote if you found this review helpful

• Estella (7/5): Ok for its location, very central to everywhere you want to go via the Little India train line. - you could hear people walking upstairs. Also even after 10pm you could hear people talking. The wall was not sound proof. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not changed for 5 days. We requested to empty the rubbish bins because it was overflowing. Apparently to get fresh towels and have the room cleaned you have to request. Unlike other hotels, cleaning the room and changing of towels are done everyday. Also you have to speak to someone in the Philippines, no one to help you check in and out.

Mustafa centre is quite close by ..great for bachelors or solo travellers Not for families or with infants or kids..there is absolutely no space for suitcases of 20kgs standard just cabin bags perhaps. They don't give water in room ,bad quality soaps and shampoo and to clear the dust bins you need to leave it outside the door. There was flys inside the room and mosquito too ..guess it came from the bathroom sink holes. Bed is standard queen size or small double.

• Rebecca (7/5): Good - Close to the MRT station; the hotel has free washer/dryer for guests use. The reception was unmanned the whole time (you talk to a tablet hoping someone responds). Check-in instructions weren't clear. You have to inform the reception (tablet) each day for housekeeping.

Automated service at checkin which is a bit tedious filling out all of the forms. Also made checkout quite confusing as we left before service hours, which resulted in an increased taxi cost because they had to wait for us to work it out.

• Joanna (1/5): Not Suitable for Business Travelers - I had a disappointing experience with this property. They did not respond to my emails, and it has been extremely difficult to obtain a receipt for my accommodation under my company's name. I even paid an additional SGD 30 for a late check-out, but I still haven't received a receipt for that payment. If you're traveling for business and need proper, formal documentation to claim expenses, this is not the place to stay. The lack of responsiveness and professionalism has made what should have been a straightforward process unnecessarily stressful. I wouldn't recommend this property for business travelers.

• Saana (9/5): Superb - The room was clean and comfortable. Location was really good. We had some difficulties when checking in and did not receive clear instructions. There was a frustrating silence and nothing was happening when we were waiting for instructions. At the end, everything went ok.
• Kim (7/5): Not coming again. - There are no really drinking water provided, they should at least have a drinking water dispenser, rather then ask us to drink tape water. No receptionist, the worker actually is still working, but behind the scene. So? Don’t know why don’t make it face to face to the customer. Hotel is a customer relationship business, it is quite shock that there are no one at the front desk and expect customers to finish the procedure by themselves.

• Karen (7/5): Good enough - It was in a decent location in terms of getting around to places I wanted to visit. The air con kept the room nice and cool and the room was big enough for a family of 5 and bigger than I thought. Despite having no staff on-site, the self check-in was easy to complete and there is a staff member readily available online to assist. I wouldn't mind returning in future as it was one of the more budget friendly hotels. We had a few issues with little flies in the bathroom (probably entered from the drain). There is also a temple across the road which rings its bells around 7am, if you intend to wake up early then it won't be an issue. On the last day of our visit, there was heavy rain and it came through one part of our ceiling and dampened the carpet.

• Camper14651831144 (2/5): Bad experience. Book at your own risk. - My family and I did not manage to stay at the property due to a series of unacceptable conditions. Upon entering the room around 10:45 PM, we discovered that the air conditioning was not working. I promptly contacted their customer service agent,, who instructed me to communicate via WhatsApp. I sent a WhatsApp message and received an automated response instructing me to self-troubleshoot. Despite following the troubleshooting steps, the issue was not resolved. I sent another message, but there was no response for 20 minutes. When I reached out to her again at 11:15 PM, I requested a room change due to the room’s condition. She informed me that all rooms were fully booked for the night, and thus, I requested a refund. Given that the air conditioning was blowing warm air and the room was extremely moist and humid with poor ventilation, it was evident that staying there was not feasible. She then told me that I could not proceed with a refund as there was no proof of the air conditioning issue. I requested a staff member to come and verify the problem, and after waiting another 15 minutes, a staff member arrived. He attempted to service the air conditioning but ultimately offered only a fan as a solution, which was entirely unacceptable given the $156.17 fee for the room. The staff member later informed me that a new room would be available in 10 minutes, contradicting the CS’s earlier statement that the hotel was fully booked. This discrepancy raises concerns about the accuracy of the information provided and whether she was attempting to avoid resolving the issue. After enduring this prolonged and frustrating experience, I decided to check out and requested a full refund. She directed me to email Agoda for resolution. Thou I have WhatsApped photo of me in the hotel lobby at 11:53 PM as proof of my ongoing interaction with the CS together with screenshots of my conversations with the CS as proof and the inconvenience faced., Agoda merely wanted to refund me with USD 17.95 for a room I never stayed in and paid SGD 156.17 for. We booked a room because we needed a place to rest for the night as my house was undergoing painting. But it has caused us more inconvenience instead and we were unable to rest as planned. I am very disappointed with both the property and Agoda for the way they handled my issue. I have been regularly making bookings through Agoda and now, I am not sure if I will do it again via this platform. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY. Will you pay Sgd 156.17 for a 1 stay in a damp and moist room with poor ventilation and given a fan to use due to their malfunctioned aircon? Book at your own risk.

It’s really easy to arrive to there because of the underground, just less than five minutes walking. In some rooms there is no windows but if you wanna stay just couple of days visiting Singapore, it’s ok! Just a place to sleep spending not much money!!
