- Ben (7/5): Overall, my grandkids love especially the Bus Driver seat. - The location and unique features. Children love it. For the price we are paying, we expect a cleaner room. Overall still acceptable but with a little more attention to cleaning, It will even better. The toilet tap was shaky and needs to handle carefully,

- Diep (7/5): Fun for the little ones however it’s not close to the airport via any form of transportation - Fun for the kids and got an authentic local experience from the hawker center next door. Although it’s located next to the airport it’s still a 30+ min Grab/Taxi ride
- Asri (8/5): Amazing for bus lovers. Dream come true. - Love that the location is right next to The Changi Village I suppose a latch on the door on the inside will be good. The main door is closed, it is automatically locked so no one outside can enter. However it is never locked from the inside. A gentle nudge on the handle and push will open the door from the inside meaning toddlers can let themselves out on their own easily. Slightly anxious when i need to shower and use toilet when toddlers are in the room. I was the only adult. Other than that, I love the bus and everything else. So clean and so nice.

Unfortunately for brakfast only cash or local credit cards are accepted - not helpful for tourists just arrived in Singapore. But there is a nice cosy breakfast café nearby (Italian flair)

A little bit odd to charge a substantial amount more for parking - a bit of a budget airline add-on mentality to what's a generally beautiful property and surrounds. Interesting management decision - might be worth building it into the rate so it creates a more coherent vibe

- Janaki (7/5): - The bus for a room idea was great, the kids had a ball, and the adults found a lot of yummy food nearby! However, apart from small matters at the end of the day, overall the service was great, and we had a great stay! It would be nice to have a small play area/play ground/ pool for the little ones too, in the pics it looked like there was a lot of open area for play, but that wasnt quite the case when we got there, and there dint seem too much to do outside the bus for them... one more thing that was a little sore point was us was the parking charges for not only the guest, but also visitors... i mean after we pay so much for the room, is it really necesary to charge for parking within the facility?
- Nadia (10/5): Buscation in Changi - All of the bus experience and near to hawker centre for food. Kids had a blast and family friendly. Staff was very friendly and cleaners too. The entrance is around the bend and drivers keeps missing. Maybe add a sign and extra light before entrance? Breakfast was ok, better at the hawkers. Some parts of the bus are quite dusty especially at the front. Pathways to room has rubble to had to carry bags. Maybe a laundry room in the future.

- M. Saabanny (8/5): Fun staycaytion - Location is good. There's exit for us to go to Changi Hakwer Centre to buy food and drinks. The bbq service is good, the cleanliness of the bbq is acceptable. Good customer service by the front desk. Free flow of coffee but have to walk a bit to the front desk to get it. Toilets are clean, bathtub are clean. Just tat there's like no separation of wet and dry in the room as the bathtub is situated in the room. Maybe can have a separation as water tends to flow out and wet the carpet when the kids play in it. Other than tat its a good experience staying in a revamped SBS bus. Kids love it, playing driver at the driver seat. It an experience like none other. The cloth of the shelter outside the bus was torn and they didn't change it before we check it. It didn't bother me much as luckily it was not raining the night we did bbq. It rained the morning after and the deck chair and table got wet. imagine if it rained at night when we are bbq-ing. All will be wet.

- QR75 (7/5): - It's very good for travellers on a short trip, close to the airport. You can hear the planes taking off/landing. There's a local food court next door, accessible through the side gate with the hotel key card. Mini marts, ATM machine, etc. It's very exciting for kids because it's an actual bus, with all the buttons and turnable steering! The pullout single bed-chair is not a good idea, it's too thin, but the mattresses were comfortable. Decent space for a bathroom and a separate toilet with a sink. Lots of counter space for things. But it's suitable for 2 luggage bags, and not more, quite narrow and can't have anything more than 2 luggage open at any one time. Nice table and chairs outside on a patio. Barbecue pit available for a reasonable price, which can be purchased with a booking. Thick curtains on windows for privacy. Friendly staff. Coffee/tea machine at reception, easily accessible. Free water bottles available at the room and the reception. A bad smell was coming from the toilet, like it was from a manhole. It was quite overwhelming and we couldn't do anything about it. Staff mentioned that it's an ongoing problem and they've not been able to solve it. It's quite unpleasant to open the toilet door and get such a horrible stench. No room slippers.

- Hui Jing (8/5): A great place for a short getaway, offering tranquility, convenience, and friendly service. - I had a wonderful stay at The Bus Collective. The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable from the start. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to assist, adding a welcoming touch to the experience. I especially appreciated the tranquil location. It felt peaceful and relaxing, yet it was also very convenient as it is situated just beside Changi Village. This made finding food incredibly easy and accessible, with plenty of options within walking distance. The downside was that the bed was not comfortable, and the pillows were quite flat, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

- Na Kyung (7/5): A unique experience with small drawbacks - The place has a unique design, and overall it is clean with a quite comfortable bed. The surrounding area is also quiet. Since it is bus-themed, the interior space is rather cramped. The BBQ pit is quite small, and although BBQ items are available for purchase, no dishwashing supplies are provided. The ground is mostly covered with small pebbles, which makes moving around a bit inconvenient. The checkout time of 11 a.m. feels a bit early.

- Emma (10/5): Amazing experience near beautiful Changi park! - I loved the bus, the design, the rain shower and beautiful bath. The bed was comfortable, and there was a small fridge, two tvs, the driver's seat, a round bed, a sitting couch! Views from all windows were great. Staff was super friendly and accommodating and even got a little birthday cake for me. It was also very clean (contrary to many reviews read before). There is also an outside space and table, umbrella, and a barbecue. Only the pillows could be of better quality, but nothing else was bad!

- May (8/5): Unique Bus Staycation - 1) Unique Experience with the converted Bus Staycation. 2) Enjoy the Sunrise from the Driver Seat, Front of the Bus. 3) Staff is approachable and fuflifll request when approached. 4) Patio area with covered shelter for food and BBQ. Area is clean up daily by staff promptly. 5) Close proximity to the food center, restaurant, cafe that serve delicious local delight such as Nasi Lemak, Roti prata, Zhi Cha 6) Close proximity to the provision area to grab stuff etc. 7) Close proximity to broadwalk, park and the ferry terminal for short visit to Ubin. 1) BBQ pit is a bit rusty though Patio area is clean and well maintained with the washing area by the side. 2) Good if could be more handicapped accessible such as covered walkway without the pebble.

- Aggie (10/5): Very unique and handy way of overnight stay near the Singapore airport 🥰 - It was very unique, fairly close to the airport but still required a bit of a taxi ride. My little one absolutely loved sitting in the driver seat watching stuff on TV 😆 it was also helpful being by a small night market so we were able to have some food despite arriving quite late. The location while close to the airport still required a fairly long taxi ride so it ads up to the costs unfortunately.
- Molly (3/5): Not worth the money and the concept at all. - Almost nothing Most ridiculous thing is that BBQ package can't be ordered onsite, but nobody stated this to me when I posted inquires few days in advance (staff only direct to me to the website which listed all the package options but didn't say availability etc.). Facility was also not maintained well (i.e. no hand tower in the toilet, water tap is loosen, no much storage space, fence by the bunk bedside is shaking etc.). Won't be back again.

The table and BBQ outside was a great added extra. There was a Hawkers Market about 40 metres away, we found the food delicious. We found the round bed not very comfortable as we are both tall.
- Climber596259 (8/5): Very unique bus stayca experience - Mobile hotline David is so clueless when urgently need help. Apart from this, we have successfully manage to check in smoothly. Very unique experience with the transformation of Singapore public buses to your room to stay. All amenities are provided and indeed the shower foam smells great. After a 3d2n stay, we decided to give a better review rather than initial thought of 1 star. We booked 2 rooms with bath tub (208) and Duston twin (207) which I personally like it a lot as it has privacy due to the last unit. Then we (208) moved to 201 due to ants in room everywhere even thou we didn’t bbq or eat in room. 201 is a room with bunk bed and personally I feel it’s great for 4 pax. The bunk bed is so cozy and nicely design. Front desk and the ah neh skinny Indian house keeping is so helpful and accommodating even thou we keep complaining about the ants thingy (later we found out it’s common as it’s outdoor natural ambience.) Just right beside has the famous changi village hawker and plenty of supper places. So even no bbq, easily just grab your food with less than a minute walk. Complimentary beverages are provided 24 hours. Has some convenience stores that sell all your needs during the stay, from bbq to daily items. So not really need to get it before heading down. It’s an experience to stay but white goods are running old, needs to change specially the sofa bed. Compare to chalet or some container hotels in Singapore, I would say bus collective is way better.

- Shaun (4/5): Disappointing - The bus seat in the bus was a big hit for my little boy. The physical property did not match the online photos. We were instantly disappointed when we arrived, the outside area is not maintained, the grass and plants are over grown and unloved. Inside the bus, was quite work, bits of wood had fallen off the wall and the paint has chipped away. I believe our bus needed some aesthetic improvements. The online pictures advertising the property make it look quite appealing, but upon arrival it was not the case.

- Lesley (10/5): A fabulous experience in an unexpected treasure - Location was superb with proximity to food, bars, coast, airport. The bud was so cleverly & beautifully appointed, I was stunned. The gentleman who checked me in was kind, helpful, friendly and patient (I was sleep deprived and dysfunctional). Absolutely nothing. Obviously there was some airport noise, but I stayed because of the proximity to the airport so it was to be expected and wasn’t too disturbing at all - I slept well.

Room smell nice and reasonable clean Feels like a luxury chalet. Lots of food and convenience shop nearby (few mins walk) if you choose not to BBQ Big outdoor area with bbq pit and sink that sit 4-6 pax comfortablely Changi beach and boat to Ubin just walking distance away. Big tub That fit 2 adults easily. Room bit squeezy to walk side by side (as the room is longish) Walking around the compound can be quite hot during day time.

- Andrei (10/5): A one-of-a-kind experience that we’ll always remember! - This was a truly unique and fun stay for our family! Surprisingly spacious and very luxurious inside, it easily fit the four of us. The bed was super comfortable, and with the Singapore heat. The highlight for our boys was definitely the bus’s original steering wheel—they couldn’t get enough of it and nearly fell asleep playing! There’s a lovely patio with a BBQ, but the heat and humidity made it tough to enjoy. Daily bed-making and fresh water bottles were a nice touch. Keeping the AC on at all times was essential.

Its exactly as pictured and exceeded my expectations. The staff were extremely accommodating even at 11pm! Fast replies to any questions and upon check out, the front office staff helped us find somewhere to do a bit of shopping and even arranged a taxi and communicated with the driver. Such a fun and unique experience. Please Def try the changi hawkers markets for a meal if you can!, a 2 minute walk, cheap food and tasty too!.

An incredibly comfortable and luxurious stay within an incredibly creative and quirky way! The kids absolutely loved it. Perhaps a bed railing for the underneath bunk, as we had a 4-year-old and we were nervous he may roll out of bed. But he got to sleep in the master bed, and we was very happy about that!

Public transport seemed to take about an hour. It was a good place to sleep the night between flights, It was a little far from the airport.

- Pascal (9/5): Comfortable and fun stay - The hotel room and the location, near the more forested area of old Changi city was fantastic. The kids loved staying in a bus. The grounds didn't have much other than the buses. However, there is a little park just beside the complex so it wasn't a big deal that there wasn't much of a play area on the grounds.
- 65_Wander (8/5): 2nd Visit - Visited this place with family. Stayed in "Clarke Quay" bus. The staff is as caring as ever. Special call out Abigail for helping us change room when a blinking light cannot be switched off. It rained during our stay again. Previously when this happened, rainwater seeped into the bus. They have installed awnings at the door. It helps but does not completely solve the problem. I was somewhat surprised when the hotel needed to collect a S$50 deposit in case guests damaged their properties. Inspection of the 2 rooms I was assigned makes me understand why this is necessary. Overall, my stay had been comfortable and relaxing.
- Jody (10/5): Good layover spot - Cool concept - very clean and nice touches - close to hawker centre We had to leave at 4am and it was difficult to get an uber to the airport!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Fun to stay in a bus - Booked this hotel for the novelty. My 2 teenager kids still enjoyed the experience. The beds are ok but the small and thin pillows are a pain. The king bed only has 2 of these pillows. Bathroom and shower room are very nice but no hand towels and bath floor towels so it can get pretty wet and slippery.
- Helina (8/5): Overall is the staycay was still a good experience for a 1 night stay and we all enjoyed. - the location was fine and we had our own privacy as it wasnt crowded over the weekend. Meant to be a cosy party for small group. Welcoming & friendly reception while we check in/check out. Need not worry about food as it is just right behind the hawker ctr. The tv comes with netflix & youtube. the cleanliness was good until i found out some small little mushrooms growing outside the shower room door. It was not realised until i was kneeling down to wipe the floor. It was not obvious as it was only when you open the shower door against the tile so maybe the housekeeper also didnt realise.. Wanted to take a photo to feedback but find it too gross to even leave a image in my phone space. The bus seat was also torn till i could see the inner sponge. one side of light was also flickering on the main bedroom area but the room was still bright so didnt bother us much. The main light outside the dining area auto switch off at about 9 plus 10 while we are still BBQ-ing. We tried to switch on but it went off after awhile. The lights outside could be more brighter. The stand of the shelter was also hindering the BBQ pit which we had to stand at the side to BBQ. it can be quite noise disturbance if you are a light sleeper. but we understood that the location is near the airport and it cannot be control.
- Derek (8/5): A novel experience on the whole. - Location was good! Near the food centre and the Changi Beach Park. The fittings and interior of the bus were a little worn for a property this new.

- Mohammad (10/5): Great Stay - It was a rare kind of staycay . And the place was clean and so tidy . But maybe do something about the wifi there . The connectivity was lost some time .

- Cecile (2/5): Not great. Definitely not as advertised or as good as rated - Location near the market is nice. The chemical smell in the room was so strong I could not sleep. I don’t know if they had dropped some detergent or fumigated the place but it was way too strong.
- Shilpa (8/5): Overall stay was ok for one night. - The concept is good Ants were an issue. Despite not having any food in the bus, there were ants everywhere. The space is only sufficient for a couple, not a family as the sofa bed is small and can only fit a small child on it.
