- Reyna (9/5): Het was een fijn verblijf op een top locatie. - Heerlijk ruim appartement. Leuke kamer en keuken. Ook de ligging van de slaapkamer was erg fijn. Het bed was wel erg klein 135 x 190 is voor een man van 2 meter niet erg prettig. Ook het douchen in een (smal) glad bad is voor 70 + tikje eng.

- David (1/5): Not what I expect for £200+ per night! - The Urban Rest listing had photo showing a walk in shower but when I arrived I found a tub shower combination in a room with a ceiling less than 6 ft tall. I could not stand up in the shower. Urban Rest support agreed with me that it was unsafe for taller people but refused to refund the rest of my stay - almost £1,500. They have since removed photos of the shower from the listing but I have attached photos to show the problems. You should also know that the first floor apartment is up two steep flights with stairs that seem illegal. There is no handrail and the treads are only about 6 inches deep. I nearly fell twice on these stairs. Also, the thermostat was broken and the flat was very hot. The refrigerator was unusable- freezer full of frost. This flat was not what I expected for £200+ per night. Booking was no help when I complained - telling me that I could write a review. That isn’t compensation.

- Irene (9/5): Excellent location, cozy apartment and brilliant communication with staff - Excellent location: shops, cafes, transport around the corner. Stylised flat, well insulated and cozy, all amenities included, well equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The stair to access the property is very steep and narrow, and it makes it a bit dangerous especially in rainy days.

It was falsely advertised as having a sofa bed but in fact it was only a sofa. It would be good to mention that the apartment is below the street level in case others are looking for a view. The coffee maker was a Nespresso and they did not offer many coffee pods. Hard to find these pods around town.
- Margaret (9/5): I stayed here for two weeks in February, and I couldn't have been happier! - This location is perfect. It's a very short walk to the Notting Hill Gate tube stop, around the corner from two grocery stores, and down the street from the big Portabello Market and myriad bars and restaurants. The neighborhood is residential while still being centrally located. The apartment is also stylish, the furniture an bedding are comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Perfect, perfect, perfect! The bathroom ceiling is a little low. I'm not a very big person, so it didn't bother me, but my boyfriend is 6'1", and the shower was a struggle for him. Everyone got clean though, and I still loved my stay.

AI photos not accurate with what you eventually see. The flat was in the lower ground which was never mentioned in the booking or the information. No lower ground photos present in the property either. Not great value for money at all.
