M (10/5): A gorgeous stay in beautifully designed surroundings, with delightful service. - The hotel was in a great location and very well designed - lots of attention to detail and beautiful rooms and public spaces. We stayed in a corner room, which made very effective use of the space and was quiet, with a great view of the hotel's main pool, which was a good size and well laid out. We also liked the rooftop pool and the Mexican restaurant attached to it, with great views over the city centre. The service at the hotel was particularly outstanding, and we would like to thank Ryan at the Executive Lounge who really went out of his way to make us feel welcome and make our trip just a little bit easier (we had a very late night flight, and he invited us to come back into the lounge after our day out for a drink before heading to the airport, with the possibility of using the hotel showers and changing rooms to freshen up.) The executive lounge was a really great bonus to have in general, offering a relaxed space to sit and enjoy refreshments from all day, along with a more private breakfast and happy hour. We would absolutely return to the Pullman Hill Street. The breakfast in the main restaurant maybe felt a little busy even though we went early.

Manfred (10/5): Schönes Hotel in guter Lage - Immer wieder gerne, unser 4. Aufenthalt in zwei Jahren. Schönes Hotel in guter, zentraler Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Shopping- und Diningmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Metrostation City Hall ca 350m entfernt. Positiv ist auch der Zugang zur Lounge (Executive room/suite buchen lohnt sich), ein sehr angenehmer Ort um etwas zu trinken und eine Kleinigkeit zu essen. Das Personal ist im gesamten Haus sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Anne (8/5): Overall the property was very nice and suitable for a couple of nights, great pool - The pool area was excellent - lots of space and some shade which made swimming and relaxing there a pleasure. The executive lounge is by the pool which is different but not bad. The room was a good size. The shower was excellent. It's very close to a shopping mall with excellent food and easy walk to the MRT. It's in a great location and the fit out is pleasant. I didn't like the pillows at all. they hurt my neck and were not at all comfortable. the bed was lovely. I also didn't like that you had to exit the hotel at the back as the street frontage had a separate restaurant so if you wanted to exit to the street you had to walk through the diners which was weird. I also didn't like that the lobby was on a different floor to the exit and that there was no relaxation lounge area for this hotel. It's definitely more of a boutique property rather than a full 5 star hotel.

Olga_Vaks (10/5): We will stay at Pullman again! - Excellent service and facilities. We enjoyed the variety of two pools and the executive lounge, which had great snacks and free flowing drinks. A vast selection of pillows from the pillow menu which made our sleep even more comfortable than expected. We have a minor issue with bedding upon checking in but the staff fixed it promptly while we went out for dinner. Other than that, no issues with our stay.

La porte des toilettes qui fermait mal. Les rideaux automatiques et la tv qui s'allume à chaque entrée dans la chambre très pénibles. Les liseuses du lit sont trop fortes. Mettre des variateurs ou des ampoules plus faibles.

Un emplacement idéal pour découvrir Singapour. Le lounge est très accueillant avec de la place pour petit déjeuner dedans au frais ou dehors au bord de la piscine. Une excellente expérience. Le check-in à 15h est un peu tard. Pas de boisson fraîche au check-in.

The rooms are very small, bathroom is tiny and didn’t had a good enough ventilation and for that reason there was bed smell in the shower. Pillows were very hard and not comfortable at all. Összességében inkább 4 csillagos szálloda. A reggeli viszont kiváló, nagy választékkal. Metróállomás (City Hall megálló) kb. 8 perc. Vékony falak, néha zavaró áthallással. Furcsa megoldás a 3. emeleten lévő recepció.

Caroline (8/5): Great Location, Stunning City. - Very good location. Nicely designed, clean and comfortable. Very strange use and arrangements surrounding hotel pools. The main pool which had sun loungers hardly saw any sun yet the roof top pool, which did get sunshine, only had chairs and no sun loungers. The roof top pool was also hired out privately twice during our stay leaving us with no other option than to go elsewhere for the evening. I feel the exclusivity surrounding “member” areas should be examined, as other than breakfast hardly anyone used these facilities. Perhaps these areas should be made available to all residents when the roof top bar and pool is booked out for private use?

FraniG (10/5): Fantastic location and facilities - The Pullman Singapore is in a fantastic location. It was very easy to walk or use public transportation (bus and train). The staff were friendly, professional and made my stay very comfortable. Loved the rooftop pool and bar and the fact there are two pools to choose from. Triple check your booking.com details at the time of check in as one reception staff member told me I didn't have breakfast included but it was part of my booking.
Marian-Heinrich Dr. (9/5): Das Hotel würde ich weiterempfälen. - Die Lage super! Freundliches Personal. Auch das Frühstück reichhaltig. Etwas zu wenig Ablagefläche für Kleidung. Sogar für eine Woche. Eine Bemerkung: Mehr Werbung über örtliche Medien. Zwei mal haben die Taxifahrer das Hotel auf der Hill Street mit anderen Pullman Hotel verwechselt.
