- Miroslaw (2/5): DREADFUL PLACE, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! - Dreadful, dirty and falsely advertised. Terrible communication or lack there of really. Couldn’t actually get into our room as the door handle was missing (photo) We were shocked that Hotels.com were even affiliated with this DUMP! hotels.com did respond to us properly attempting to mitigate some of the issues but were unable to even get a reply either. We didn’t end up staying and were given an apology and a coupon from hotels.com

- Jennifer (1/5): Don’t stay here. - Do not, do NOT stay here. Throughout the lead up to my stay I was sent a couple of emails saying “this is subject to availability”. I cannot fully interpret what this means but take it as “your booking means nothing, we can take it away at a moment’s notice”. The initial address I was sent (close to Balham Station) was not the correct address. The correct address, which was sent without any attention drawn to it, was 30 minutes walk from this house. I get to the property eventually only to find the front door code wasn’t working. After a few attempts I realised this was because the front door was open, not locked at all. As I enter the hallway I’m greeted with the sound of somebody crying and vomiting. The room was actually clean and the bed looked comfortable. Pro. However there was a door in the room with a eye-sized hole in it. You could see daylight coming through this hole. I have today received a £450 charge request for damage to the property. The wardrobe apparently, an item I did not use during my stay. I was not even aware there was a wardrobe. This says one of two things, either the property owners a crooks trying to squeeze a significant amount of money from their users, or they do not inspect their rooms properly on a regular basis.
- Nandilath (4/5): Disappointing - We didn't have tea or breakfast If it better to send all information like how to get in to the propert after confirmation of booking.we have to wait more than 1/2 hrs outside and also once we got in there noticed same room allocated for 2parties.
Room was not cleaned ,no where to hang the cloths or jackets.

And they try to scam you with saying you broke something you didn’t.

I don't know if it's a standard procedure to make a customer look stupid, but it turned out that the accommodation was overbooked and we were reassigned without asking to another location 5 km away, which was of lower quality and not very clean. booking is not responding to my complaint yet.
- Miguel (1/5): The hotel is a robbery - Nothing They did not allow me to enter the room due to technical problems and cancelled my reservation, more than 15 days ago and now they refuse to return my money
- Sarah (9/5): Superb - Room had a smart tv with streaming. Quiet at night. Middle floor shower was very nice. Location was a little far from city centre. (One bus and two tubes to centre)
