• Sergei (10/5): Great night at the hotel - could stay even more - Great staff at this hotel - many thanks to Lisa for managing our booking. Cleaning personnel is also very friendly and smiling. The room was spacious and clean. All needed things - including shoes for swimming pool - were there. The pool itself is clean and enough for short refreshing swimming Hard to say - maybe the absence of creamier for instant coffee but it’s not the most important

• Niko (4/5): - The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was pretty good due to being close to services. Breakfast was disappointing. The room had poor sound insulation. You could hear noises clearly from the hallway and other rooms next door. Also the room was smaller than appeared in the images and the beds were so short that my legs were hanging in the air when trying to sleep. There were presumably other guests drinking right in front of the main entrance when arrived at the hotel which seemed a bit weird.

• Chiara (7/5): - Finestra grande e pulizia Stanza troppo piccola per un 4 stelle: il letto era incassato dentro il muro pertanto la lunghezza del materasso era inferiore alla norma e si faticava a passare da in fondo al letto al bagno. Inoltre il lavandino si trovava fuori dal bagno.

• Wolfgang (10/5): Sehr angenehmes und gut gelegenes Hotel. - Ein sehr durchdachtes Zimmer. In grossen Städten sind die Zimmer sehr klein da der Platz knapp ist. So auch hier. Das Zimmer ist aber sehr durchdacht und der wenige Platz sehr gut ausgenützt. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Der Balkon wertet das Zimmer enorm auf, das sind zusätzlich ca. 4m2 . Der Balkon hat verschliessbare Fenster und ein Tisch mit zwei Stühlen. Dadurch wird das kleine Zimmer zu einem vollwertigen. Auf dem Dach gibt es ein sehr schöner Pool wo man auch schwimmen kann mit nettem Garten. Öffentlicher Verkehr ist gut zu erreichen. Das WLAN: Wie so oft ist es unsicher, man muss also immer noch selbst ein VPN mitbringen. Ausserdem muss man sehr oft wieder Username und Paasswort eingeben.

• Agnes Maria (6/5): - Op zich was het een rustige ligging. Er was een lift. De douche deed het goed. ;-) Te korte bedden! Alle bedden in het hotel waren te kort. In Vietnam, waar we net vandaan kwamen, hebben we daar nergens last van gehad. De lengte van de bedden staat niet vermeld. Afstandelijk personeel. Deur in de kamer naar een andere kamer, waardoor we elk kuchje en meer van de 'buren' hoorden. Het was er net even te opgepropt ingericht. Geen leeslampjes. Al met al hadden we er spijt van er 4 nachten geboekt te hebben.

• Zhijian (9/5): the deluxe room is value for money. - The location was very good and close to the city. the staff are very friend and helpful, i requested for a smoking room and they was able to help. when i asked to change room as the power kept tripping in my room. i was attended to immediately. the initial room power kept tripping. instead of one single queen size bed they gave me two single beds. after changing room it is better.

• Gianluca (7/5): Völlig in Ordnung, aber gibt besseres. - Das Zimmer war sauber. Check In und Check Out war sehr einfach und schnell. Preis ist vergleichsweise günstig für diese Hotelklasse. Man muss mindestens 10min laufen zur nächsten MRT Station. Personal sagt nichtmal Hallo oder Guten Abend wenn man das Hotel verlässt oder wiederkommt. Klimaanlage ist sehr laut. Man hört alles vom Flur. Wasser im Badezimmer braucht länger zum ablaufen.

Zero insulation on that door, so we could hear the neighbour chat really loud and watch tv in the middle of the night. The hotel helped us to change rooms the next day, which we were so grateful for!! The beds + bedding were super short (shorter than Japan 😂)

We practically have to walk in the rain looking for the correct hotel due to the old sign is not taken down and it is the most visible sign on top of a tall building whereas the actual new I guess is on the other side of of the road haiz confusing!
• Tullio (3/5): Oltremodo deludente. - Non si tratta di un hotel di 4 stelle. Con il pretesto di adottare un sistema ecologico, non mi hanno fatto il letto tutti i giorni. In Bagno deve esserci un nido di moschito: ne ho ammazzati almeno 6. Il tappeto della doccia era ampiamente sfilacciato, tendente a diventare uno straccio; avrei dovuto fotografarlo. Non c'era un armadio, solo un paio di attaccapanni; non c'era una sedia, solo una specie di sgabello senza schienale. La sala dove servono la colazione era talmente refrigerata che per me era semplicemente insopportabile: certamente non sopra i 18°C. All'esterno dell'hotel c'è una macchina per cambiare valuta che paga 1.26 $Singapore per 1US$ mentre nei cambio valuta il cambio era di 1.47 - 1.48, per cui per pagare l'albergo anticipatamente mi hanno fatto cambiare il quella macchina: una rapina. Un po' tutto, ma certamente toglierei almeno una stella.

• Quentin (10/5): Excellent hôtel - Les chambres sont belles avec de beaux équipements et du matériel de qualité Les lits sont très confortable La piscine en roof top est vrai plus après une grosse journée de visite Le personnel est accueillant L'hôtel n'est pas central mais à moins de 10min à pied du quartier arabe et 10min à pied de 2 stations de métro, donc facilement accessible pour rejoindre les principaux points d'intérêts de la ville Le rapport qualité prix légèrement élevé, même pour singapour
