- JJ Goedhart (1/5): Bad and expensive stay in a dark cave. - In a nice but rough neighborhood. Kinda neighborhood many travellers will find too dangerous. I like the livelyhood The agency renting out the property only interested in taking as much money from you as possible. Extra person (4 instead of 5) 30 euro extra per night. check in a little bit earlier or later? 30.euro extra. check in May 1? 20 euro extra. And when you say something about it: ITS THE RULES. The apartment itself is a dark cave with no outside windows. No privacy as all beds are in the same space. Never again, there are much nicer and much cheaper options in Napoli.

The apartment is in a great location , few meters from the Main Street and close to everything you need . The apartment was fully equipped and it was not noisy , according to the fact it’s near a Main Street . It was warm and spacious . Highly recommend. The elevator was too small so if you have more bags and you are more people it’s inconvenient to use the stairs ,but that’s not a fault of the property ,but the building . Everything else was just amazing .

Las toallas eran o estaban viejas. Hemos estado 7 días,han tenido apartamentos en mejores condiciones y nosotros en el "agujero" Tuvimos que pagar 20€ por la entrega de llaves y nos enteramos por medio de un WhatsApp cuando llegamos a Napoles.

Świetnie dla podróży bez samochodu, jeśli wypożyczy skuter to można próbować zostawić go na klatce, choć można też przytulić go do ściany - jest bardzo ciasno, przez okna można obserwować co robią sąsiedzi i na odwrót, chyba, że przesuniesz zasłony...

- Roger (8/5): - Tolle Lage, im spanischen Quartier. Lift vorhanden. Wir hatten ein Willkommensgruß mit Pasta und Tomaten. Matratze war gut. Aber meiner Meinung. keine 1,90 lang. Keine Möglichkeit ausser am Esstisch um gemütlich zu zweit zu sitzen. Fernsehübertragung lief nicht gut. Das Bettgestell ist mitten in der Nacht auseinander gefallen. Die Bettumrandung ist aus Eisen und nur zusammen gesteckt. Sehr ringhörig, vor allem wenn in der Wohnung, neben an die Treppe hoch geht, oder in der Nacht hustet. Oben auf dem Podest wo das Bett ist hat es auch einen Schrank. Die Höhe unter den Balken ist weniger als 1.60.

- Jessica (6/5): Appartement correct avec un super emplacement - Super emplacement, proche du métro et du ferry. Beaucoup de restaurants et de magasins à proximité. Propreté de l'appartement Présence d'une chaise haute, lit et baignoire bébé sur demande gratuitement. Bonne communication avec l'hôte Il n'y avait même le minimum pour faire à manger : sel, huile, condiments. Juste vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine 0 réseau dans l'appartement et le wifi est un peu instable par moment. Nous avons réservé 3 nuits à partir de samedi, nous n'avons aucune chasse d'eau fonctionnelle pendant 2 jours (samedi et dimanche). Nous étions obligés de remplir un sceau d'eau pour faire une chasse manuelle... Aucun geste commercial n'a été proposé malgré notre demande. Comme il a été mentionné dans des commentaires précédents, aucune lumière extérieure car toute les fenêtres donnent sur le couloir. C'est passable pour 3 nuits mais pas une semaine. Très mauvaise insonorisation, on entendait tout le monde qui montait et descendait, prenez bien vous bouchons d'oreilles !

El espacio es diafano. Todas las estancías comunican entre ellas ya que no hay puertas de separación. Da a patio interior muy oscuro. Poca ventilación. Menaje justo (no habia platos y vasos del mismo tipo para todos). Eché de menos una tostadora y un micoondas.
- MONICA (8/5): Great Location! - We really liked the location as it was a block away from Via Toledo which is the main street in Naples. It is also extremely close to Piazza del Plebiscito and the port. The apartment had a small balcony which I honestly did not really use as the street is so narrow you can practically touch the other persons laundry, which is to be expected in the Spanish Quarter in Naples. It had high ceilings; great air conditioning and the kitchen was fully equipped for a short stay. It has an elevator which was extremely small but awesome if you have luggage and you don't want to drag it up the stairs. The host was very nice and made us welcome. It was also very safe. I didn't like the loft where the bed was located because we hit our head several times and I am only 5'4". I didn't like that the bathroom was located underneath us, and we had to climb down several stairs to get to the bathroom. The bathroom should have a better shower door as the water, if it is not hitting a certain spot, leaks out onto the floor. The towels were strange as they did not exactly dry you. The bed could have been a little more comfortable as I woke up with pain on my hip as I am a side sleeper. However, that being said, it was for a few days, and you can deal with anything for that amount of time.

- MARCELO (10/5): Cidade com alma - Nossa hospedagem foi ótima! O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, muito charmoso. É limpo e silêncioso. A localização é perfeita para quem gosta de tudo por perto, Bares, restaurantes, cafés e lojas diversas. Muito próximo à estação de metrô Toledo, considerada uma das mais bonitas, muito próximo também dos pontos turísticos mais procurados, como Piazza de Plebiscito, Galeria Umberto I, Quartiere Spagnole, Real Teatro Di S. Carlo e vários outros. A comunicação com a administração é muito boa, já que o escritório se encontra no térreo do mesmo edifício. Tanto o check-in quanto o check-out foram bem tranquilos. Fomos muito bem recepcionados por Ludovica, pessoa muito agradável que nos deu todas as orientações necessárias e ainda guardou a nossa bagagem enquanto dávamos um último giro na cidade. Nápoles é uma cidade frenética e que deixará saudades! Do teto do quarto ser muito baixo e do chuveiro que esquentava e esfriava sem temperatura constante.

- Fabio (5/5): Great location, but not restful stay at all. - Pros Location Communication with staff Cons Expensive checkin out of working hours (check before booking) Bed and pillows very uncomfortable Walls, floor and windows too thin, you can hear everything from everywhere. From our room, it's time to wake up at 4:30am, whether you want it or not, as the residents on the building are VERY noisy when starting their days. The only mirror in the room was the one above the sink in the toilet.

- Rebecca (8/5): Very good - The appartement is really nice! Beautiful high ceiling, all the equipment you might need, great location. Appreciated they have an elevator. You have to pay 20 euros to be able to check in on a Sunday (and even 30 or 40 euros if you arrive late). I find this unfriendly and untransparent to communciate this after booking. They say they are not a hotel and can't offer 24/7 reception, which I understand. But they have 15+ appartments in their building they are subletting and people travelling on Sundays is just part of working in tourism I would think. I could arrive at any time that suited them, so unnecessary to charge extra for just handing over a key. Also good to know that if you are taller than 1.60m, you won't be able to stand up straight in the bedroom because of the beams.

Everything has been thought of in the apartment. we never had to ask for anything. The place is very safe and extremely clean. The staff are also really pleasant. The only downside is lack of natural light but this would not put us off staying again.

The only downside there was no cleaning products or even a brush to sweep the floor, for who stays more than few days they should provide more things like extra bedding sheets, more toilets rolls, small sachets of oil, salt and pepper would be appreciated and something to hang the clothes when you wash them to hang on the terrace to dry ,the bed needs checking as when you turn around does do lots of noise .

- Luvlix (8/5): Spectacular location with huge terrace and amazing views. - Superb location, the terraces and views were incredible St Elmo Castel and Mount Vesuvius as well as a glimpse of the sea. Apartment was very secure and comfortable. Staff were responsive and welcome gift was also appreciated. Unfortunately there was very noisy building work being undertaken. Not major for us as we were out exploring mostly. The rain was also torrential for 2 dags which meant the sky light in the bathroom leaked a little. Again nothing major and all temporary.

The room had everything we needed. The location is amazing. At the time of our stay, the place was undergoing renovations that we were not warned about in advance. Every morning from 8am the work started. We had a very good hearing in the room, which interfered with our rest.
- Cal (8/5): Very nice place to stay in Quartieri Spagnoli - The location was great! It was my favourite area of Napoli. The staff (Ludovica in particular) were very nice and helpful. It was quite noisy. You could hear scooters going past in the street - which I suppose is to be expected - but you could also hear other people in the building, closing doors, etc.. Had to use earplugs at night.
- Jędrak (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing staff, speaking both Italian and English, very warm and welcoming! The place was amazing, spacious, but with the amazing character of Naples! The location is perfect, minutes away from Via Toledo, with all the restaurants, shops and important parts to see, in just a walking distance! Cannot recommend enough!

- Dean (10/5): Exceptional - The location was excellent, very close to attractions whilst still remaining fairly quiet and secluded. The balcony provided a lovely view of the local area. Our hostess was very accommodating and welcoming. The facilities were just what we needed, as a family of five it can sometimes be hard to find a place that suits us all but this location was perfect. Would highly reccommend.
- Shaikh (9/5): Wonderful :) - We enjoyed our stay very much. Stayed in the Studio Apartment, on the first floor for a week. Ludovica was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. She provided a lot of information and travel tips. We also had problems with our Air Conditioning unit, and she helped get it fixed very promptly. The apartment was clean and spacious. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was also clean. Shower was a bit small. 24 hours hot water shower. Had a balcony, was nice at night. Easy to find the building by using Google maps. Sometimes a bit loud outside, but we enjoyed the neighbourhood – which had an old feel to it, and nice atmosphere and buzz. Location was excellent – nearby to the hotel are: - Shopping high street. Many restaurants, takeaways, cafes everywhere. 1 minute away. - Ferry/boat port. 15 mins walk away. - Seafront area. 15 mins walk away. Overall our stay was very pleasant, nothing to complain about - would definitely stay here again. Many thanks Ludovica and Case Cosi Napoli :)
- Helena (8/5): Would come back as the property itself is amazing but would never leave any stuff with them anymore! - The property itself was really beautiful, perfect location, it was very clean and tidy! They charge way too much extra money for late check-in after 8pm for just taking a photo of our passports which we proposed to send it to them. They refused and charged us 20€ for checking in at 9pm even though we told them in advance that our ferry arrives at that time. We left our stuff with them the last day and their staff took coffee and some other stuff from our food bag which is totally absurd!

- Madis (9/5): Amazing stay in the middle of Napoli - Our stay at Case Così was amazing. The location just could not be better - shopping street next to it, lots of restaurants and bars, metro station and ferry are not too far either. The apartment was spacious and tidy. AC worked well. It had everything one really needed. The terrace was ofcourse the best part of the apartment. One could spend the whole day there. The communication with hosts was very good, everything worked out easily. We were shown the apartment by the hosts which gave a more personal touch. The bed should be bigger because people taller than 180cm just cannot sleep there. I had my toes stuck in the bed frame the whole night. So, the following nights I slept on the sofa which was not the best experience but better than the bed. Eventhough bathroom has a small mirror, one full-size mirror would be a nice addition to the place.

- Ariana (8/5): We enjoyed the helpful recommendations of our host and the facilities were overall good. - The host, Weronica, was easy to get a hold of, answered questions quickly, and provided helpful recommendations. The room was private, had good air conditioning, and was located in the middle of many activities. I’d recommend this place to other travelers The room had no natural light at all, all of its windows were facing in the apartment complex and you were not able to open them. The beds were a bit stiff too. I also expected to be slightly closer to the beach based on photos and description, it was about a 10 minute walk.
- Matthew (10/5): Perfect for a long long weekend to get a taste of Napoli with the kindest staff and best value for money - The location was perfect. Vibrant, safe, a little touristy but not too much. Close to the train station. But the highlight was the hospitality. Weronica was so so kind and responsive. I’ve stayed many places across Italy and the rest of Europe over the years and she really went above and beyond Like a lot of Napoli it is up a hill which my father struggled with a bit
