• KL (8/5): Fairly nice apartment, if you can cope with almost 0 water pressure - I got a message with the building code and the apartment code, as well as the instructions how to find and check-in to the apartment. Oh and having 2 separate bathrooms was a nice bonus as well. Several of the things that are mentioned that we disliked or that were wrong in the apartment description 1. The elevator did not work. This was not a big deal for us personally, but if someone with troubles climbing stares were to book it this could cause trouble. 2. There was no washing machine 3. The coach in the kitchen is very uncomfortable to sleep on. 4. Water pressure was so low that it was almost impossible to take a shower in mornings. And hot water lasted several minutes at best.

• Chathuranga pradeep (10/5): - Stayed 6 person comfortably good clean apartment & street cars are right infront of the entrance but if you’re light sleeper will hear it all the time but we didn’t had problems. Only thing is lift outside the apartment is smells old other than that good place to stay.
• Jur9 (10/5): - We had a great stay at this flat in Rome. The apartment was tidy, spacious, and in a very convenient location. I really appreciated the late check-in option and the smooth online process – everything was easy and stress-free. It was a bit noisy outside at night, but that’s to be expected in the heart of Rome, and it didn’t bother us much. Overall, a very good choice for a comfortable stay.
• Ioana (8/5): Loved Rome :) - House was clean and spacious. Kitchen appliances were enough. I liked that it had 2 spacious bathrooms. Very good for a short stay. Communication with owners was ok, easy and spot-on. The couch in the living room should be replaced. It is uncomfortable.

• Rute Vargas (5/5): Razoável - A comunicação com os proprietários foi sempre fácil e rápida. O apartamento tem um pouco cheiro a esgotos e o pior foi mesmo o conforto do sofá-cama e quando passava o metro a casa estremecia, a acústica é péssima. A porta de entrada do apartamento faz imenso barulho ao fechar.

La zona en la que se encuentra está muy bien comunicada y llena de restaurantes, las corneterias son lo más. Y en la cafetería de la esquina se pueden comprar los tickets del tranvía que para en la puerta. Bien equipado de toallas y ropa de cama. El olor desagradable al entrar al edificio. La ducha atascada. La segunda ducha sin presión de agua. El sofá cama incómodo.
• Patricia (6/5): Sin más. - Tenía la comodidad de dos baños, ya que estábamos 4 personas en el alojamiento. Tiene buena combinación tanto de autobús como de tren. Falta de menaje de cocina. Al pasar el tranvía por la puerta vibraba toda la casa al estar en un bajo. Poca limpieza en el baño. Puerta de salida a la calle muy ruidosa.

• Julie (10/5): - We stayed here with a group of girls for 3 nights. The outside of the property wasn’t very clean. Lots of graffiti on the walls, but that was the entire neighborhood, not just this property. The area is a little loud at night, but there is a tram stop immediately outside the property, which was very convenient for moving about the city. Inside, it was a really great apartment! Rooms were very spacious, three bathrooms WITH showers were great! Everything (appliances, WiFi, codes, etc.) seemed to work. Hosts were very kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in an hour early.

Rozkładana sofa była bardzo niewygodna, brak odpowiedniego wygłuszenia pokoi, bardzo było słychać to co się dzieje na ulicy, brak żelazka.

Está distante de estações de metrô (30 minutos de caminhada), porém tem ônibus que passa na porta. Tem um bom custo benefício, é um excelente apartamento, mesmo com uma localização menos privilegiada.

Les nuits sont bruyantes, d’un coté le tramway et de l’aute un Baxi qui se met en route en permanence... nous y avons passé un bon sejour et les instructions communiqué par l’hébergement sont claires, attention en anglais.

• Silvia (6/5): Pasable para pasar unos días en Roma. - La cama era cómoda y estaba limpio. Nos asignaron un apartamento en la planta baja y prácticamente no podíamos abrir para ventilar. Por un lado daba a un muro y por el otro a la calle. El tranvía pasa justo por la puerta y se oye mucho. También podrían poner un microondas que no tiene.

• Terrence (10/5): - Beautiful property with wonderful remote check in process. Two beautiful bathrooms, full kitchen, bathroom, and sofa bed were all amazing. Comfortable bedding and pillows. There is a train that runs in the street in front of the apartment periodically but we were so jet lagged it didn’t bother us. With the windows closed it’s not very loud.

La cosa che ha recato un po' fastidio è stata la mancanza di porte nelle due camere da letto , privandoci della privacy necessaria. Inoltre c'era stato detto che ci sarebbe stato il ferro da stiro ma in realtà non c'era. Era molto importante perché avevamo affrontato un viaggio e dovevamo indossare tailleur. Tutto sommato per il resto il servizio clienti è stato buono , la casa molto carina e ben situata, proprio sopra la fermata del tram.

• Yasmin (10/5): - It was a nice place. Clean and great for the family. Easy entry with two secured doors. The interior walls were sound proof but the exterior not so much. We heard everytime the front building door opened, people talking all night and the street car. It was still nice but if you are not used to all of the city noise, it may make it difficult to sleep well at night.

• Ewa (10/5): Świetne miejsce na zwiedzanie Rzymu! - Bardzo przyjemne mieszkanie, wygodnie urządzone i wyposażone. Doskonały system wejścia / wyjścia do apartamentu. Świetna lokalizacja - poza ścisłym centrum ale z komunikacją miejską w zasadzie pod domem. Blisko sklep 24/7 i doskonała pizzeria.
• D'Ippolito (10/5): - La limpieza, tener 2 baños, poder hablar con ellos via WhatsApp. Tenía muchas facilidades como la cocina, el horno, el lavavajillas, calefacción regulable, AA. La suite muy grande y cómoda. Había basura de los inquilinos anteriores y durante los días que estuvimos tuvimos que buscar varias bolsas para tirar basura. Si llamas el número de asistencia, no hay ninca nadie que hable italiano. Había moho en algunas partes del muro.

• Macarena (9/5): Amplio, limpio, cómodo - No tiene microhondas y no dejan pastillas para el lavavajillas para todos los días de alojamiento, en nuestro caso íbamos por 4 días nos dejaron 2 pastillas, era complicado comprar una caja para solo 2 días, además considerando que mi siguiente viaje era en avión y la caja pesa y es grande .

• GW (8/5): Very comfortable for a family of 4 - Very large clean and comfortable rooms. A little away from the center though.. At first glance i was put off by the exterior covered in graffiti but the interiors made up for it.
• DIBU (9/5): Great Value for Money - Big and spacious apartment, the location is great especialIy if you have rented a car to move around as there is easy parking all around. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants around that are cheaper than the ones located in the centre. The flat is located next to a tram station which can get somewhat loud in the night if you are a light sleeper.

• Giovanni Paggiaro (7/5): Discreta organizzazione - Struttura pulita e confortevole, buona posizione per accedere ai trasporti pubblici, Nessun contatto umano, accesso alle camere dalle 15:00, nessuna possibilità di accedere in struttura per depositare i bagagli, assistenza telefonica in italiano solo dopo le 10:00, per colazione solo 4 capsule di caffè per 3 persone, oltre ai vari tipi di tè, la tv in zona cucina e si vede solo canale 20, il resto segnale assente, divano letto scomodissimo.
