• Nathalie (8/5): Superbe, confortable mais un départ amer en raison d’une absence de courtoisie en finale. - Vue panoramique, confort des fauteuils et lit, propreté impec, design des espaces (spacieux) qualité literie, serviettes, beauté et design des salles de bains, bouteille de vin de qualité en arrivant, bouteille d’eau, café, cafetière, biscottes, confiture fournis, wow pour un premier matin. Instructions claires pour entrée et cartes d’accès. Ascenseur (quand les clients en referment bien les portes). Casiers verrouillables dans la salle de lavage pour ranger les valises le jour du départ. Il manque des instructions dans l’appartement pour le fonctionnement du four et de la plaque de cuisson, de l’emplacement et fonctionnement de la salle de lavage. Le bidet était bouché depuis l’arrivée donc inutilisable. Aucun contact humain lors de l’accueil, aucune réponse à des demandes par courriel ou textos. L’impression d’être « jetés » dès la fin du séjour. Difficultés pour récupérer valises dans la salle de lavage le jour du départ - on avait pas trouvé personne pour s’informer et pas de réponses à nos courriels et textos. On comprend que vous êtes excédés par les demandes des touristes mais ce n’est pas une raison pour manquer de courtoisie avec vos clients - la personne qui a répondu à notre coup de sonnette nous a presque traités d’imbéciles pour avoir laissé nos bagages dans l’espace prévu…merci! Oh, et peut-être réviser votre partenariat avec « Pâtisserie Madeleine » où un monsieur désagréable voulait me facturer plus que ce qui était affiché comme tarifs pour garder les valises. Ça ne donne pas l’envie d’y laisser quoique ce soit même si c’est du linge sale. Et aucune instruction dans l’appartement pour le jour du départ, contrairement à ce qui est écrit dans le courriel de départ. Pourquoi ne pas ajouter des sacs supplémentaires pour les déchets? Une fois la poubelle vidée une fois, on se retrouve sans sac…et on a pas envie d’acheter et d’y transporter un paquet de 50 sacs (à partir du supermarché, c’est lourd). Bref, un espace exceptionnel et magnifique où on hésite à retourner ou à recommander à des amis en raison d’un petit manque de courtoisie et de service surtout choquant compte tenu qu’il s’agit d’un espace « de luxe ». Une touche humaine aurait rendu cette expérience parfaite. Nous séjournons une fois par an à Firenze et votre emplacement est superbe mais tel que mentionné, un peu de courtoisie et d’humanité seraient appréciés.

• Jasmine (8/5): Really luxurious but noisy - The 3-bedroom apartment was very luxurious, clean, with 4 toilets, separate dining room and cooking area. It’s was located in a very central area, easy to walk to attractions. Our room could see the Uffizi gallery from across the Arno River. The apartment is very close to Ponte Vecchio. The thing that bothers me most is the noise. we could hear all the cars/motors, people talking on the street, garbage collection esp. at 515 am, etc. The room isn’t noise-proof. The workers in restaurants park their motors on the street and when they come off from work, they talk so loud and laugh so hard when they share their stories with each other. It could be at 10pm or midnight or 2am. Also, it would’ve been great to have the laundry facilities inside the apartment to truly say it’s luxurious because of convenience. There was an available shared laundry area in the building, though, but one would have to keep on checking the machines. We loved the apartment, however, the people staying on the room facing the street didn’t get enough rest due to interrupted sleep.

• Markus (8/5): Wunderschöne Wohnung aber kompliziertes Buchungssystem - Das Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem zu fußläufig erreichbar...auch ist die Wohnung schön und hochwertig, es war sonst alles vorhanden z.B in der Küche Kaffee und sogar Wein und Wasser. Leider war eine Toilette der 3 Bäder verstopft und es war niemand zu erreichen der sich darum kümmert. Auch die App die man extra für die Buchung braucht ist etwas kompliziert.

Upon arrival, there was no clear guidance on how to use the mobile key for both the exterior entrance and the apartment door. It took us nearly 30 minutes to figure it out, which is not acceptable — especially when you're working with international guests who may face language barriers. We attempted to call your customer support line, but the call dropped twice before we were finally able to speak with someone. For a property that charges $3,600, there should be readily available assistance upon arrival, especially for something as essential as gaining entry. Additionally, there was no clear instruction on how to operate the washer and dryer. Another tenant in the building also expressed the same confusion. This issue could be easily resolved by providing a simple video tutorial for both the mobile key system and the appliances. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

Location is ideal - just a short walk from the historic old town, cathedral, shopping/dining options, etc. There’s a full service grocery store on the next block, if you want to use the kitchen in the apartment - otherwise plenty of options for shopping and dining within a few minutes’ walk. The apartment is in immaculate condition and provided an elegant and comfortable place to crash at the end of a long day of sightseeing. I can’t recommend it highly enough - hope to return there in the future!

The receptionist was great. They accommodated our every need. It was more of a full serviced apartment rather than a hotel which we prefer with kids. There can definitely be some improvements that can be made though. The staff should be reachable much more easier, it was rather difficult to reach them right away.

It was located in an amazing area walking distance to everything and when we first arrived we were so happy. This being said, the entire place smelled like sulfur/sewage. We thought maybe the pipes just sat for a while and maybe after we had been there for a day it would ease up but unfortunately it did not. It rained during our time in Florence which only made the smell get worse. There were air fresheners set through the apartment which makes me think they know it stinks and choose to not fix the issues. Secondly, the AC system is locked to a certain temp and cannot be turned down. One night we were all warm inside and it was beautiful out so we slept with the windows cracked and got EATEN ALIVE by mosquitoes. Not the fault of the building of course but if you are going to lock the AC system, put screens on the windows. For $400 per night was not worth this experience.

Position of apartments super convenient and walkable to all sites, restaurants and shopping within the Firenze Centro. After travelling to Firenze over the last 35 years and staying at various properties I have to say this property is up there with the best’ Can’t recommend highly enough.
• Harpreet (1/5): Bad - It is centrally located We are seniors and we’re alloted 5 th floor. Once in apartment we had to climb steps with our luggage. Then bedroom we had to climb again. Every time need to to to washroom we had to come down. Staff was not helpful at all highly advice not to stay here or at least check the location of your room. The first time accessing the front door was a nightmare because the hotel uses a door code reader with a third party app. The third party app used my american phone number to text the access code. So I had to switch out my sim cards and use emergency service on the american line to get the access code so I could scan the app with the front door code reader.

(Our friends unit did not smell, but we were higher up and it was unbearable) Due to the smell we did not use kitchen or living area (thankfully the bedroom didn’t smell) If it did not smell, or if the odour was dealt with this would have been a 5star review! Loved the place, location & decor. But the smell was horrible unfortunately. Hopefully they can fix this.

We didn‘t like the fact that we had to check in and show our passports on line. Neither did we like having to download an app to access a‘key‘. We had great difficulty with this and it was very stressful. When we met a staff member she was very helpful but it would have been useful if she was at the building during afternoons when guests arrive.

I would definitely recommend. Only one little minus was staff , we couldn’t find second bedroom at first as it was hidden behind sliding door mirror . The apartment was spotlessly clean and absolutely beautiful with water and wine left it was a lovely treat. There were 4 of us staying in the apartment. We all thought everything was great. • Boris (6/5): Could be excellent, but there were a few issues - The Algilà Firenze Luxury Apartments could be a great option for a family stay in Florence. Our apartment (402) was large and nicely furnished. It had a nice view and was fairly close to all the key sites in Florence. The beds were decent, through a bit too firm for our preference. There were a few issues that really negatively impacted out stay. The main one was a really bad smell in the second bedroom. We could not figure out its source; it did not seem to come from the bathroom and we got some whiffs of it on the first floor of the building as well. It was really bad and unpleasant, making it hard to sleep in that bedroom. Second, the shower in the master bathroom was missing a shelf (it was clearly broken, as we could see silicone remains of where it was). Without it, it was very inconvenient to keep soap, shampoo, etc.

The apartment was very clean and extremely spacious with amazing views on the patio- great for pictures! There was a lift and the front desk was staffed the whole day. The beds were great compared to most hotels/apartments! We would absolutely stay here again! There was only one washer and dryer for a 5 story apartment; it was always in use. Also, at the end of the day there was limited hot water.

• Nergi̇s (8/5): perfect location and everything you need but a/c is like a horror story - The location was perfect. Beds were also so comfortable. There were everything in the kitchen that we need. A/c was automotic and when we arrived to hotel the degree is 18 and was so cold. I have twins at 4 years old and they got flu. We couldn't control the ac as it was managed by centrally. The only thing that we could do was opening windows however when we opened windows; all of flies and mosquitos were inside. Btw ceiling of the bedroom whic is located in the river side was full of flies.

The location is right across from the Uffizi and around the corner from Ponte Vecchio. It was a great choice. Everything was perfect.

Need to have some hooks by the shower for towels at present you have to leave them on the floor outside the shower. Also nowhere to hang 2 wet towels to dry. The mattress needs to be turned (River side bedroom) as I had a ridge in the mattress my side.

Has a lift (appreciated); AC was arctic in the best of ways after HOT days walking miles; loved a separate toilet and shower for each room and plenty of hot water; free laundry facilities; dishwasher; nice touches like water in the fridge, a bottle of wine. Mobile keys and keycards all worked perfectly. Beds SUPER comfortable, WiFi worked - seriously an amazing spot. So glad we found our favorite place to stay in Florence. Nothing

Spacious, modern, in an incredible location just 2 minutes from Ponte Vecchio bridge, Uffizi Gallery and more! And the views….WOW. Every morning we flung open the windows on the 5th floor and stood there with our coffees just taking in the stunning river, city & bridge views. This place is a must for people visiting Florence!

• Chia (1/5): Bad - In this building, we were given apartment #100. The apartment is on a bustling street level. It was nosy.Its right next to the main entrance of the building.Everytime when someone enters the buiding, we were disturbed by the loud alarm and banging of the front door. It doesnt provide any view of the vecchio but compromised our privacy. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage children. The living room was small and only consist of A TWO SEATER COUCH. We couldnt have family time watching tv together in the evening. The shower room in the guest room was the most pathetic and miserable design. I am 165 cm and 60kg petite lady. I had limited movement in the shower room and at time I had claustrophobic attack in the shower room. Please take note that the pics advertised on booking.com is not the exact apartment that they are selling here. When I contacted the admin at the time of check in,refusing to accept the apartment arrangement, the PIC kept insisting thatt they made not mistake and they do not guarantre the type of apartment and they did provide me a 2 bedroom apartment regardless of its design and size PERIOD ! Why put up pictures of spacious apartment when notting is guaranteed here. The pictures are confusing and misleading. I am expecting a large spacious living room, a good skyline view of Ponte Vechio and at least a decent shower room for my stay. If this is not what you are selling here please at least have the slightest honesty and I will take my money elsewhere.
• Hineman (10/5): Highly recommend! - Our stay was everything we had hoped for. Very convenient and accessible to all the sights and experiences that we had planned. The accommodations were very up to date and comfortable. Monica at the front desk was VERY helpful with any questions and concerns we had. Very upbeat personality and genuine. She also secured taxis to the airport for us when it was time. The taxis were on time and also easy. Highly recommend. Very safe & walkable :) So much more to see in Florence... we will be back!! • Lisa (8/5): Modern apartment in a perfect location - Perfect location, it's 5 minutes or less to the Ponte Vecchio Brand. Also, a quick walk to shopping and restaurants. This is a brand new modern apartment with all the amenities but minimal decoration. The beds are very comfortable, the Air conditioning excellent and the showers are perfect. A nice touch was the coffee machine with pods and a small milk in the refrigerator. Also when we arrived there was a bottle of wine and toast crackers with jam for a little snack before breakfast. The Manager let us enter the property early as we arrived before check in. It was much appreciated. The only issue is that our apartment smelled terribly- fumes coming from a bad drain perhaps. The apartment is located next to the river. We were offered to move apartments but chose not to because we were going out touring all day and then leaving the next day. Hindsight, we should have moved apartments. I would definitely stay here again as long as the manager could confirm there isn't a smell. Thanks for a wonderful stay otherwise. Best Regards.

• Gina (10/5): Our stay at this gorgeous apartment helped to make our visit to Florence extra magical! - We loved this place: the beautiful, immaculate apartment, the extremely comfortable beds, the peaceful quiet, the prime location, and the helpful staff. It was simply amazing! We would definitely stay here again! The only thing I didn't like was the extremely slippery shower floor, especially when there's soap and shampoo on it. To be honest, it made it difficult to enjoy the beautifully remodeled bathroom. I think an easy fix would be a bathmat available for those who need it.

We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back There wasn’t any Infortmation in the apartment about how to work appliances, the laundry, waste/rubbish arrangements or the checkout process. It would have been helpful to also have some information/maps etc for local landmarks, buses or taxis.

• William (9/5): We had a great time! - The location was perfect, very central and easy to get to all the tourist hot spots and great restaurants. We got locked out one night as all of our 'keys' that were on our phones got disabled. Luckily we managed to get into reception but it took us an hour to contact anyone for help as there were no obvious contact numbers. It was a good job we are young ( ish) and able to deal with technology. When we got back in to the apartment we realised that we could have taken key cards but there was no information in the apartment to explain this. It needs more information on how to access the property and other helpful information and less on how to sort the rubbish bins!

The new windows do a great job of keeping the noise out. The apartment was extremely clean. We stayed for three weeks, so the location was perfect for us - it was a 5-15 minute walk to everything. There are a bunch of really great restaurants very close. However, the best part was Monica. She keeps the place running and is always so very helpful and accommodating. We are planning on staying again when we're in Florence in November. Everything was great.

• Anthony (10/5): Gorgeous, spacious apartment with a spectacular view steps from the Ponte Vecchio. - This is the most beautiful apartment in which we've ever stayed. It is extremely spacious and has the most incredible view - several windows look directly out at the Ponte Vecchio and at the Uffizi Gallery right across the Arno. The apartment is modern, spacious, and secure. This is the place to book! Initial access the first time was a bit confusing. After that, though, it was very easy.
