Aimée (9/5): Beautiful hotel amazing location - Amazing hotel with stunning rooftop views - really clean, modern and design focused. The rooms were a decent size with lots of nice touches like a rainfall shower, good pillows and mattress. The rooftop pool and bar were definite highlights though The AC in the room didn’t seem to work very well - we had to put the temperature super low to get it cool enough compared with other hotels. A dehumidifying function might also be helpful

OK_123 (10/5): Great location, comfortable stay - Great location and very easy to get around from here. There were lots of good places to eat nearby, including hawker centres, cafes and small local shops. The area was also nice to walk around in. The room was comfortable and the bed, pillows and shower were all great. We also loved the rooftop pool and the carton water packs were a nice touch. The bar downstairs had an event Friday night so we could hear beats faintly but we’re heavy sleepers so it didn’t bother us.

Sarah (6/5): It was okay! - The location was perfect, right in the middle of Chinatown with great cafés and restaurants nearby, and very easy to reach by taxi. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the breakfast was really good. The hotel looks much older than in the photos and our room had a musty smell with very dusty carpets. The staff was not always very helpful, and some things felt overpriced and poorly maintained, like the rooftop nachos and the shower facilities.

Luca (6/5): Good location but not 5 start level, I would avoid - The location 8: amazing, room a bit small but really clean, they do lack some amenities but you can ask them to bring them up and they are quick to do so. Breakfast selection good and even though some reviews mentioned waiting times, we did not wait. The first thing, there is literally a club in the hotel on the 3rd floor closing at 2 am Thu-Sat. We were on the 6th and could not sleep properly between 12-2, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Soundproofing should be a must, the way that’s being managed is unacceptable. The room was literally shaking. When I called to complain they offered another room for the night but c’mon… Secondly, on the 3 days we stayed we had heavy rain. The hotel never had umbrellas, saying they were always gone. That’s unacceptable, I came early, late, afternoon. They never had any. At this price and 5 stars, you should have one in the room. Finally, staff were nice but the whole experience + what I mentioned above isn’t 5 star worthy. Location saves them but otherwise…. I would avoid.

Parfait pour quelques jours à Singapour. La piscine est agréable avec des cabanes transat sur le rooftop qui propose des cocktails. Magnifique buffet petit déjeuner varié et qui évolue chaque jour sur quelques plats locaux. Le rapport qualité-prix pour Singapour est bien également. Nous avons passé 2 nuits très confortables. Pas forcément utile d'être sur un étage élevé. La vue n'est pas grandiose, le bâtiment reste relativement petit comparé aux autres building.

Louise (10/5): - This hotel was lovely in every way, the pool was especially amazing. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were helpful and always friendly and polite. I have nothing negative to say about my stay and would recommend this hotel to others staying in Singapore. The location could not have been better. 10/10
Venkata karthik Reddy (6/5): i am sure there are better options around china town - great location horrible service, no one takes responsibility, i got my nike shoes shipped to the Hotel on my name, tracking says delivered but none of the staff are able to answer or locate my package, also they couldnt give me a umbrella, how can a hotel not have umbrella?
Sulina Yee (4/5): will not recommend - nothing The room and bathroom were extremely small, more like what you would expect from a 3-star hotel. In fact, this was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in Singapore. The staff were not very friendly or welcoming, which also affected the overall experience. Getting to the room was inconvenient as well, requiring two different elevators to reach the floor. Overall, the hotel does not feel like good value for money, and I would not consider it worth the price paid.

Emma (6/5): - Location and staff were friendly. Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The room was not cleaned properly on arrival, and there was hair everywhere which immediately made the space feel unhygienic. The room was also much smaller than it appeared in the photos online, which was very disappointing. Storage space was extremely limited and made it difficult to comfortably unpack and settle in during our stay. Overall, for the price paid, we personally did not feel the experience was worth the cost.

Jo (7/5): - The staff are the shining stars of this hotel. Always pleasant and very knowledgeable, especially the concierge staff. The beds were super comfortable and cosy. Whilst the rooms were lovely, the lighting is poor in respect to getting ready and using the mirrors to apply makeup etc. The lack of a lobby or a lobby bar to relax in is strongly felt. The only place we could go to relax together was the bar up next to the pool which wasn’t always open and even when it was open, it was very limited. If you are not going to serve food, you should at least offer some snack foods like chips and nuts etc. Service around the pool needs to begin earlier with food available.

forsilia (10/5): Wtf it's a ten :) - + the hotel location is great, nearby to big metro stations + you have a lot of choice for dinning around +the staff was very friendly , in particular the cleaning women at floor 5. A great thank you for the exceptional service and friendliness. +the breakfast food is great, with a huge choice of everything +the roof top pool is nice and relaxing -the very small negative point is the size of the breakfast room ,its a bit to small but the staff does everything to get you a table and having a relaxing start.

Cara (7/5): - Location, roof top pool. Variety at breakfast, lovely outside breakfast next to water feature. Staff and friendly. Our room smelt damp and musty they tried to fix it saying it was plumbing but it wasn't. the cabanas cushions felt dirty and old. The food at the club was below average. The breakfast room and cocktail area felt shopping centre food court.
Topuz (10/5): - We had an amazing stay at Mondrian Singapore Duxton! The entire team took such great care of us from start to finish, with exceptional attention and professionalism. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained, with a fantastic atmosphere throughout. A very special thank you to Azmi, who helped us recover my phone after it was left in a taxi and managed to get it back in less than two hours. Honestly, the whole team is extremely committed and genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure guests have the best possible experience. We recommend this hotel 1000% and will definitely come back on our next trip to Singapore!

Oliver (9/5): Schöner Städtetrip nach Singapur - Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, wie immer in Metropolen war das Zimmer nicht riesig, aber voll ok. Die Lage war für uns sehr gut, um das Hotel gibt es Restaurants und Cafes, in denen man frühstücken kann. Wenn man möchte, kann man sehr viel zu Fuß erreichen, wie Raffles Hotel, Orchad Road, Mandala Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, Chinatown und Sri Mariamman Tempel sowieso. Man muss nicht immer etwas schlechtes suchen.

Jeff (9/5): Stylish, comfortable and convenient stay - Central location Comfortable beds Appealing decor Rooftop bar and pool Good breakfast The gym is a little bit small. I like to stay fit while traveling. I did my work outs in the early morning to avoid other guests.
