• Mamiko (10/5): - 植物園に近いロケーションと内装の美しさに惹かれて予約しましたが、実際に一番素晴らしかったのはサービスとスタッフさんの気配りでした。 少し体調を崩した息子のためにお部屋とルームサービス、日本語で手書きのお手紙まで用意してくださり、息子も私も感動しました。本当にありがとうございます。 レセプションチームの皆さんは出会う度に体調を気にしてくださり、とてもありがたく嬉しかったです。また、ドアマンやルームクリーニングの方まで全員親切でフレンドリーでした。 息子も帰りのGrabで「次はいつ来られるの？」と何度も聞くくらい気に入ったようです😊 お部屋のインテリアはとても洗練されており、プールは美しく、とてもリラックス出来ました。ルームサービスも24時間対応のようで便利でした。次回も必ず宿泊したいと思います。 一つもありません。

Make sure to take a room that is not exposed to their night club bass that moves all the way to your room. Obviously earplugs do not help against bass from a night club. Might only be a weekend problem. But a definite no go and pointless to play full on till 2h if you try to sell out hotel rooms which are supposed to be for sleeping purpose. Singapore is not ibiza…. Also, as much as i love japanese toilets…. The way the setting is at the edition is not ideal, since the toilet is making all kind of technical noises to be heard in the room after being used ( by the second person in the room). Value for money was soso. We paid 426.- euro in mid november. Staff at front desk was super attentive to the issue. Also the restaurant manager at breakfast was outstanding!

• Isabela (9/5): An oasis in Singapore - The property is beautiful and calming. The pool is big and has plenty of loungers. Everyone was super helpful and accommodating. We felt looked after. To note, the breakfast is delicious and generous. This was for us an oasis of calm in Singapore. Location is easy to get to via taxi. We hope to be back! I liked everything. Nothing significant to note.

• Jade (7/5): average. - The garden view from the room and the le labo amenities. Was the second time back here and the service standard had dropped as compared to my first visit. The room is generally clean and liveable but the bedsheets and pillow case has a musky smell. What was appalling was that the concierge staff would easily disclose details of the guest when enquired. There seem to be a lapse in the communication and appropriate protocol of the staff in terms of handling sensitive information. generally disappointing becos the 2nd time back here werent as enjoyable / pleasant compared to the first. Food was overpriced and also the beef bolognese was bland and not to my kid’s liking and fries was overly salty. Apart from the aesthetics of the hotel, the other aspects of the hotel leaves much more to be desired.

• Claude (8/5): Some improvement, before a 5 star super hotel! - The Edition Singapore - A Mixed Experience The Edition Singapore is undeniably a beautiful hotel with a stylish and atmospheric design, but there were several aspects that impacted my stay. Rooms: The rooms are spacious, which is a rarity in Singapore. However, there was a persistent, odd smell in the room that I found very off-putting. Unfortunately, this alone would deter me from staying here again. Bar: The bar was a highlight, featuring lush greenery that created a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. However, the music was excessively loud throughout the day, detracting from the experience. While I understand the need for ambiance, a more subdued volume during the day would make the space more enjoyable. It could be turned up in the evening to set the mood for drinks and socializing. Swimming Pool: The pool was absolutely stunning, especially with its unique round glass-bottom design. Sadly, the pool bar suffered from the same issue as the main bar—the music was so loud that we had to move to another spot. Breakfast: The breakfast offerings were good, but it was puzzling that the gorgeous outdoor seating area remained closed. Coming from Europe, where it’s already cold, we would have loved to enjoy our meal in the pleasant Singapore weather. Overall: The hotel has many positives, including its design, pool, and bar, but the overly loud music and peculiar room smell were significant drawbacks. With some adjustments, such as better volume control and attention to details like outdoor spaces, this hotel could offer a much more enjoyable experience. • Justina E (10/5): Excellent customer service and care - We very much enjoyed our stay at The Singapore Edition. The check-in and checkout were both super slick and they made it a smooth process. We had a bit of a rocky start when getting settled into our room but I have to say that I was extremely impressed with how quickly they addressed it and then went above and beyond during our entire stay to make me and my family feel cared for. Both property managers Melissa and Chloe were amazing and I greatly appreciated their attention to detail and follow-up. The hotel is stunning and feels very luxurious. The food is excellent and the breakfast offering was particularly impressive.

• Xiaoyuan (5/5): 卫生一般，staff区别对待。不会再选择新加坡艾迪逊！ - 步行可至乌节路 卫生状况一般 但更差劲的是某些工作人员的不友好与区别对待！比如每天在早餐厅用餐选座位时，前台staff告知我们只有两位 不可以坐圆桌也不可以坐卡座，那是4-5人的位置，两位客人的话只能坐两人座的小方桌，我们欣然接受。但连着入住的两天都发现不管是卡座还是圆桌均有两人入座的情况，并且不是个例，基本每天的圆桌和卡座位置都是2-3人入座的，并没有满足staff说的4-5人才可入坐的情况。不同的就是入座宽敞位置的基本都是白人，在方桌挤的饭都快放不下的都是亚洲人罢了。不是不可以接受坐小桌子 而是不明白为什么staff做不到一视同仁？我们每天都是staff领进去指定位置，但白人住客却可以自由选座位不受任何限制，甚至有一个人独占一个卡座的情况存在，并且听他们和staff的对话也没有存在预约的情况。如此被区别对待真的让人很不舒服。除此之外大堂前台也有极个别staff不友好 check in时对华人旅客冷脸，转头就对欧美旅客笑脸相迎，种种细节均让人很失望。虽然也有很多有好的工作人员存在，但下次不会再选择新加坡艾迪逊。
