Vinod Punnamaraju (5/5): - Location 1. Towels were not clean 2. There was a leak in the toilet it was dropping and disturbing sleep whole night 3. My previous stays couple of times was good but this time was really not happy 4. Sound from the wall when some is flushing as if its inside my room.
Barca2018 (8/5): A good stay overall - I had a really good stay at Aqueen Hotel Lavender and honestly would give it close to a 10/10, with just a few areas for improvement. Check-in was smooth and front desk, Zhen Ying really made my day. She was professional and attentive, and she got my request for a quiet room, which I really appreciated. That said, the hotel has basic amenities, and the highlight is definitely the swimming pool. The Lavender pool was clean (clear water compared to Jln Besar), and I appreciated that towels were replenished promptly. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay, but improved cleanliness and housekeeping consistency would make the experience even better. On the second day, housekeeper came while I was heading out. I pointed out that under the sofa wasn’t properly cleaned (look like cockroach but it wasn't, it's just rubbish). I also requested bedroom slippers, but they were not provided when I returned. I also realized my food in its box, which I had left packed on the table, was cleared, even though I left it on the table and still had half left and intended to eat it later. I managed to get the bedroom slippers from the front desk and also informed them that my food had been discarded. She apologized on behalf of the housekeeper. That said, I felt the overall cleanliness could have been more thorough, as I had to wipe down some surfaces upon arrival. While the front desk handled the situation well, I believe management should ensure housekeeping maintains more consistent standards and is more mindful of guests’ belongings.

ASC110 (10/5): Aqueen prestige lavender a place to stay - It was a nice hotel with very cordial staff. The room looked small relatively. However the room service was good indeed. The cafe where breakfast is served gave Indian choices . There was a good deal of veg varieties to choose from. On the whole it was a very memorable and pleasant experience

Anne-Sophie (9/5): - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Der Pool ist ein echtes plus. Top Lage in einem ruhigen Quartier, viele Essensmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Nahe am MRT Zugang von zwei Linien + viele gute Busverbindungen In der Rezeption ist es sehr kalt. Die Temperatur im Zimmer lässt sich nur bedingt regulieren. Der Poolbereich ist relativ klein, man hat rasch das Gefühl von wenig Platz.

Noi abbiamo soggiornato qui dopo varie cancellazioni dei voli causa situazione in medio oriente. lo staff è stato estremamente cordiale, aiutandoci anche a contattare le compagnie aeree per cercare una soluzione. Rasey in particolare è stato molto amichevole. Camera molto pulita con servizio pulizia giornaliero. Zona tranquilla, un po fuori dal centro ma con food market e mall molto vicini. Ottimo anche il roof top con piscina e la possibilità di fare colazione a buffet

marie (9/5): - Very helpful staff, nice rooms, clean, comfortable beds, lovely swimming pool. Lots of water if you require. Windows don't open, so the room gets stuffy. Only 4 beds at the pool area and no chairs. No room for luggage storage, but kept in lobby area in view of reception.

Very comfortable bed, Bottled water every day. Laundry services outside hotel. Which was convenient for delayed travels. Also a money changing machine. Windows couldn't be open if the room got stuffy . Otherwise it's a really decent place to stay

Thi Thanh Thai (9/5): Tốt - Vị trí khá thuận lợi để đi lại, gần ga MRT và bến xe bus. Gần khu vực khách sạn có 2 foodcourt mở 24/7 và một số cửa hàng tiện lợi. Đi bộ khoảng 1.5km sẽ tới khu phố Ấn với nhiều mặt hàng lưu niệm giá cả phải chăng. Khách sạn không có sẵn điều khiển điều hòa ở trong phòng (chỉ có bảng điều chỉnh nhiệt độ) nên không chỉnh được quạt gió, chỉ chỉnh được nhiệt độ. Tôi đã liên hệ với với lễ tân để được hỗ trợ về vấn đề này.

It might have just been a bad time but there was a flock of really loud birds perched outside the room on a tree and they made loud screeching sounds all day. The shower’s water temperature would randomly increase drastically (seemed almost boiling) at random points throughout the shower.
