Das Personal ist mega freundilch, alles ist wunderschön eingerichtet und insgesamt herrscht einfach eine gute Stimmung. Die Lage hat uns nicht 100% entsprochen, wir würden nächstes Mal eher bei der Marina ein Hotel nehmen. Wer aber bei Orchard sein will, ist hier richtig.

- Malcolm (10/5): We’d definitely stay again and feel - We chose the Artyzen because it’s a smaller boutique style with lush greenery. The service was excellent, location was perfect for our needs. The style and decor was superb and gave it a special look. The roof top pool view was great and was not blocked by other tall buildings. Room was modern but stylish touches. Two of the three lifts we’re working so sometimes you needed to wait but that’s it really.

- Edward (7/5): Amazing design, room and view. The staff arent yet in the groove for a 5 star but it is brand new - The room is very well designed and the view and balcony are a real highlight. Nowhere else in Singapore will you get a view like that that looks over the botanical gardens and the greenery of the north. All other views in Singapore are of an urban, high rise landscape. The pool are on the rood maximises this too. There was a lack of staff on the front door in week one. Essential to make a good impression in such a small foyer. The staff on the roof need a bit more training in being attentive to guests. Clear plates more readily, especially by the pool. A few too many communication issues with the booking at the front desk. In room dining is ok but not amazing for a 5 star. There is also a floor where the restaurant space is. When i visited, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. Very odd for a 5 star hotel. Attention to detail is key in a 5 star!!

- Anna (8/5): Contemporary hotel with rooftop pool - Fabulous contemporary design Singapore hotel with rooftop pool, good wellness facilities, and dining options. Spacious rooms with balconies. Good location close to Orchard Road, the Botanical, Gardens, and Dempsey Hill. We had issues with the water temperature in the bathroom. It initially ran cold and once maintenance adjusted the temperature limit it fluctuated between very hot and warm. It’s important to note that the hotel staff were responsive and worked hard to try resolve the situation.

- Andrej (10/5): Great value, perfectly designed, true 5* hotel. - Property is state of the art. It's so well designed that every piece of it makes it beautiful and functional at the same time. The room is spacious with ~5m ceilings, rooftop is amazing especially during sunrises, they provided everything we asked immediately (such as iron and ironing board, eu socket adapter...). Everything was perfect, highly recommend. I like everything about this property.
- Nathan (10/5): Hidden gem. Went to two other 5-star hotels after this for business and both were dull and soulless by comparison. Canno - The design is magnificent throughout the hotel. The high-ceilings in the rooms. The bathroom design. The spectacular, swimmable rooftop pool, at least 20 metres long. That it wasn’t too busy and was well-staffed. Both breakfast and the rooftop bar and the ambiance therein were excellent. Not a lot, it was great.
- John (9/5): We visit Singapore regularly and very much hope to return to Artyzen. - Lots: The decor - especially the brightly coloured glass panel on the inside of the lift showing shop houses and depicting early Singapore life. The outlook from the roof-top pool deck / terrace which opened up different vistas and showed a different Singapore below in this quieter part of the central city. Very helpful staff. The convenient location - close to the bustle of Orchard Road and local MRT yet green and peaceful. It was difficult to understand the various dining packages being offered for breakfast and their prices. A document with available options to hand to guests on arrival at the delightful ground floor breakfast room / bar / coffee venue would have been helpful.

I have to say we were pleasantly impressed.. the area is quiet yet still near the Central Area.. Not so much about the property but the hotel might want to look into the menu and pricings of room service

I think the restaurant could do better, since it is not a very large hotel....maybe is not easy. There are plenty of options around the hotel.

- mubarak (6/5): unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. - The bed and the blanket I did not feel welcomed by the front desk staff — there was little acknowledgment or hospitality, which set a disappointing tone for the stay. Additionally, the housekeeping service was unsatisfactory. My room was not cleaned properly, and essential items such as towels and toiletries were not replenished during my stay. Despite expecting basic standards of cleanliness and service, these were not maintained.

- Tiago (7/5): Pretty Good 5* But a Few Things to Iron Out - The property itself it nicely designed and contains some nice details. The rooftop pool can be quite nice when it’s very hot and they do keep it open until 10pm (with bar service going until 9pm). The gym is also pretty new and clean but lacks 1 or 2 fundamental machines which could have made it feel complete (ie. Fly machine — not the seated hybrid). Breakfast options felt very limited, especially for vegans or plant-based Easters, so we skipped it and felt it was the right thing to do. Also, the bar at the pool felt a bit basic but served decent drinks and cocktails. I also felt it closed very early for a rooftop bar, potentially missing a trick. When going to the restaurant (Quenino) to book for a Saturday evening slot at around 3:30pm, we were told there were no spaces as it was pretty full. However, when we looked online they had plenty of availability and we ended up dining in a half-empty restaurant that very evening. It also felt like the front of house was just turning us away because we were querying about vegan options on the a la carte menu and he didn’t really feel like checking what those were with the kitchen. That said, the food itself was very nice but the drink service took an age (as it comes from the bar downstairs, in the hotel lobby, which felt a bit weird).
