Stephanie (9/5): Beautiful, quaint spot - The location is perfect if you want to feel like you’re in amongst locals and proper neighborhoods. The only thing we didn’t like is the shower floor - it is dangerously slippery.
Victoria (4/5): Nice property minus health & safety risk. - Comfortable, good quality furnishings, clean. The gentleman working in the nights we stayed was very good, helpful, polite. Clear health and safety risk. On our first night my daughter got stuck in the small bathroom, the door lock totally jammed and there were no windows. If we had not been there, or if this was a lone traveler, one could have been trapped for 2 days. It took 20 minutes before she was freed by the gentleman who was apologetic however it was not his fault. I messaged The Marloes and all I received was a customer service we sorry response. This caused distress to us & is a clear H&S risk. I was even more shocked to see a previous review a couple of weeks prior that someone else got stuck. Therefore The Marloes knew this was a danger. I would have exited a goodwill gesture for the distress & scare caused but nothing. Leaving this review due to the poor after response.

SHUSAKU (9/5): 快適に過ごせるアパートメント - 閑静な住宅街に位置しており静かでゆっくりできる。最寄り駅であるアールズコート駅の近くにM＆Sがあり日々の買い物には困らない。出かけた帰りに買い物をして部屋に戻る毎日だった。アパートメントの近くにテスコもあり初日に水やビールなどを買っておくのもよいかと。水回りはきれいで家電も新しかった。使い方を聞くとすぐにスタッフが説明にきてくれた。 5月下旬だったが、日中は連日30℃を超える暑さだったので冷房設備があるのは快適だった。スタッフはフレンドリーで対応はとても良い。キッチンの備品については少し改善点があるようだ。包丁が切れにくい、まな板が傷だらけなど。日本人なら100均のまな板を持っていくのもいいかと。私たちの泊まった部屋のバスルームにはトイレットペーパーホルダーがなくて不便だった。構造上、ホルダーの設置が難しかったのだろうとは思うが。ベッドの軋む音がするのは残念だったが、寝心地はとても良くて毎日ぐっすり眠れた。

Hsz (10/5): - الموقع راقي ورايق يوجد بالقرب منه على بعد 5د سوبر ماركت تاسكو و أيضا يوجد شارع فيه مطاعم ومحطة القطار ليست ببعيدة .. خدمة ممتازة والعاملين متعاونين موقع امان 24 ساعة يتواجدون والبيت مقفل ب قفل خاص. شكرا لهم وسوف اعيد هذي الإقامة مرة أخرى لوذهبت مرة أخرى للندن . الشاشة اتمنى انه يكون فيها قنوات عربية و أيضا اتمنى إضافة الشطاف للحمامات .

Kristen (9/5): Clean and comfy. - Clean and functional, great shower. Air con was great, kitchen worked well. The mattresses are very low quality and need a topper so you do not feel springs. The sofa bed was very lumpy.

Fabienne (8/5): Coquet appartement au calme - L'immeuble est bien placé, le quartier est calme et il est facile de se rendre dans les différents quartiers de Londres par les transports et à pied. Notre appartement disposait de deux salles de bain qui permettent l'autonomie de deux couples. Une personne est toujours présente à l'accueil pour toutes demandes, ce qui est sécurisant. Le descriptif annoncé dans notre réservation n'est pas complètement fidèle. Les photos reçues ne présentent pas cet appartement. Il était indiqué un grand lit double et un très grand lit double, alors que la grande chambre proposait deux lits simples non mobiles. Cela ne nous a pas dérangés, mais il faut le souligner. L'autre chambre est très petite et séparée de la pièce de vie par un simple rideau et il faut passer sur le lit pour accéder au balcon. Il était indiqué un salon, or il y a une banquette tout près de la table à manger, laissant peu de place pour circuler (la porte ouverte du lave-vaisselle touche la banquette). Il serait souhaitable de compléter la vaisselle. Six assiettes, six couverts obligent à un lavage systématique. Le double de couverts permettrait de faire tourner la machine à laver la vaisselle moins souvent, ce serait plus économique. Il manque également un ou deux saladiers, une passoire, une théière, un balai, une éponge dans les salles de bain.

Tena (10/5): - The Marloes is a great place to stay. Very clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfy and the showers were very good. The location is excellent. Just a short walk to Earl's Court Station, road with lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel is very quiet. The staff was great and very helpful.

SooWhan (8/5): - 대체로 편안했습니다. 직원분들이 항상 있는 구조의 숙소(서비스 아파트먼트)여서 필요한 것이 있을 때 바로바로 대응해주었습니다. 심지어 저희는 거의 밤 11시가 넘어서 도착했는데도 늦은 시간에 친절하게 체크인 가이드를 설명해주었습니다. 가격을 생각할 때 숙소의 크기나 퀄리티는 많이 아쉽습니다. 더불어 큰 비용을 지불했는데도 서비스 아파트먼트이기 때문에 쓰레기를 직접 비워야하는 것은 이해가 되지 않았습니다. 숙소의 위치도 역에서 그렇게 먼 것은 아니었지만 그렇다고 가깝지도 않았습니다.

Núria (9/5): Tornaria segur, però potser amb dues habitacions completes. - Ens va agradar molt la situació de l'apartament, a cinc minuts del metro (hi ha una de les sortides de l'estació d'Earl Court que està més a prop que l'altre), amb un supermercat a dos minuts caminant, el carrer de l'hotel és molt bonic, l'amabilitat del personal, no s'escolta gaire soroll des de l'habitació. L'habitació és molt bonica, amb tovalloles, sabó, llençols, sabatilles i bernús! En resum, tot molt bé. Ah! I el nostre tenia dos wc! La neteja, per cert, impecable! Nosaltres ens vam allotjar en un petit apartament; per a anar-hi amb nens/es està bé, ja que el sofà llit per a adults no és gaire còmode. Cal tenir en compte que l'espai per a cuinar és el mateix on està el sofà llit i no hi ha extractor d'aìre, per tant, cal pensar què es cuinarà. Si es fa ús del sofà llit ja no hi ha lloc on seure a banda de la taula per menjar.
Iris (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft in London, die wir gerne wieder buchen werden - The Marloes liegt sehr geschickt - nahe zu Bus und Tube, dennoch relativ ruhig dafür, dass man noch mitten in der Großstadt ist. Unser Appartement war sehr großzügig und geräumig, sogar mit einem süßen Balkon. Das Bad ist hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Küchenzeile ist gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine und für 3-4 Wäschen gibt es auch Waschmittel vom Hotel. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten - das Bett ist irgendwie in der Mitte etwas höher als am Rand, was sich für Seitenlage seltsam anfühlt. Die Tür vor der Waschmaschine hängt schief. Die Kaffeemaschine hatte ein Leck, so dass wir den Wasserbehälter immer nach Nutzung geleert hatten. In der letzten Nacht wohnten sehr rücksichtslose Personen über uns, die bis in die Nacht und ab früh morgens sehr laut trampelten. Da kann aber das Hotel nichts dafür.

pierre (6/5): Un bon rapport qualité prix mais c’est pas du 5 étoiles ! - La situation géographique car le quartier est calme, un supermarché est juste à côté, et la station de métro de Earl’s Court est à 5’ à pied. Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible Équipement Lavé vaisselle, frigo et machine à laver ; très pratique ! Nous avons loué pour 4 personnes un studio mais il n’y avait que 2 chaises pour manger … La literie du canapé lit était désastreuse La porte de la salle de bain était défectueuse, on s’y est bloqué plusieurs fois.

Anna (10/5): Wspaniały apartament na londyński city break :) - Wspaniały apartament w londyńskim stylu! Czyściutko, w apartamencie mieliśmy wszystko czego potrzeba. Przemiła obsługa na całodobowej recepcji:) w odległości 4-5 min metro i duży sklep Tesco. Sama ulica, przy której znajduje się apartament jest bardzo malownicza, spokojna - czuć angielski klimat! vincent (9/5): Le charme et la classe à l'anglaise - superbe appartement dans un quartier résidentiel, calme, sur et agréable, suffisamment grand pour une famille de 4 pers. proche de la station de metro Earl's court connectée à 3 lignes de metro; plusieurs restaurants à proximité et supermarché Tesco très proche. Pour les amateurs de foot, stade de Chelsea à 2 stations de métro. Idem pour les musées d'histoire naturelle, Victoria museum, palais de kensington... accueil et personnel très aimable. Présent en permanence. A améliorer : des ustensiles de cuisine, comme une passoire pour les pates, des assiettes supplémentaires et de quoi protéger la table à manger. une hotte aspirante pour la cuisine, pour éviter les odeurs dans le salon et des étagères dans la salle de bain, pour ranger ses affaires de toilette. la télévision dans une des chambres ne fonctionnait pas mais celle du salon fonctionnait.

Julien (8/5): - la chambre très grande, très propres. Tres bien equipé, il y avait meme un lave vaisselle ainsi qu'un lave linge. le lit principal est confortable. Grande salle de bain. A 5 min du metro, 2 min d'un supermarché. Gros probleme de bruit, très mal insonorisé. nous etions au RDC, nous entendions l'extérieur et les avions. Beaucoup de bruit qui venait de l'étage superieur avec les bruit de pas. Le pire était le bruit qui venait du couloir. La personne qui travail a partir de 6h30 à des talon dans un couloir en carrelage qui resonne.

Antonio (10/5): Alojamiento perfecto para disfrutar conociendo Londres - Alojamiento perfecto en una estupenda zona de Londres. Muy cómodo, tranquilo, cuya ubicación te pernite moverte sin problema por toda la ciudad. Sin duda cuando vuelva a Londres repetiré sin pensarlo.

Jellona (10/5): Siisti majoitus hyvällä alueella - Majoituspaikka sijaitsee turvallisella ja siistillä alueella. Tesco-supermarket 5 min kävelymatkan päässä ja melkein yhtä lähellä on metroasema, jolta pääsee ilman vaihtoja niin ydinkeskustaan kuin Heathrown lentoasemallekin. Katu on rauhallinen eikä sillä juuri kulje autoja. Huoneisto oli siisti ja varustettu modernilla keittiöllä. Kaksi aikuista ja kaksi lasta mahtui hyvin, kun lapset nukkuivat vuodesohvalla. Kaksi vesikiertoista patteria ikkunoiden alla piti huolen siitä, että ikkunoista ei vetänyt kylmää. Kylpyhuoneessa olisi voinut olla hieman enemmän laskutilaa tavaroille. Vuodesohva ei näyttänyt kauhean jämäkältä, mutta lapset eivät valittaneet.

Megan (9/5): Es war super! - Das Personal war nett. Die Gegend wunderschön und sicher. Die U-Bahn war in der Nähe und gut erreichbar. Es ist ein bisschen hellhörig.

Apartment had everything you needed. Stairs in the room were a bit slippery just need some strips on them. Sofa bed not too comfortable.

Edward (9/5): Excellent, convenient & safe - The property felt safe & was convenient. The 2 bedrooms & bathrooms were needed & convenient. Having a small kitchenette was also wonderful. Elevator easy & receptionist area again felt safe. There could have been extra towels, paper towels & extra toilet paper.

Rimma (10/5): Best hotel experience, wanna come back! - It was the best hotel experience I’ve ever head! Apartment has everything necessary (fridge, oven, tv, coffee machine, etc.), super comfy bad, cosy kitchen and chill zone with a big tv. Everything was so clean and smelled really nice! Stuff is super friendly, definitely would recommend everyone this place and wish I could come back one day.

Es war alles sehr gepflegt und ansprechend gestaltet.Das Bett war richtig bequem und das Frühstück in der Küche war sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt und hatten ausreichend Platz. Wenn wir wieder nach London kommen,werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder in dieser Unterkunft wohnen.Wir waren bereits 5 mal in London und hatten in The Marloes die beste Unterkunft von allen.

Apprezzato il check in anticipato. Zona residenziale molto tranquilla e supermercato a 2 minuti a piedi. Staff disponibile e professionale. Fuori dalle finestre della stanza c’erano parecchie ragnatele quindi suggerirei di cure maggiormente la pulizia esterna delle finestre. Sarebbe inoltre comodo trovare in struttura degli adattatori internazionali per le prese uk . Il resto tutto perfetto !
Sandra (10/5): Sehr gute Wahl in London - Die Lage in kensington ist top. Ruhige, gepflegte und sichere Umgebung. Sehr bequemes Bett mit 4 Kissen. Unterkunft sauber und hochwertige Ausstattung. Die Mitarbeiter waren stets ansprechbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das angegebene Schlafzimmer ist nur mit einer Schrankwand vom wohnbereich getrennt. Die Lüftung im Badezimmer läuft 24/7 und ist ständig zu hören. Die Schlafcouch vor Ort ist nicht empfehlenswert, hier fehlt ein guter topper. Die kapselmaschine in unserem zimmer war defekt und ist nur mit kapseln zu gebrauchen, die man an der Rezeption kaufen kann. 10 Stück/ 10,-£ Wir haben die kapselart in keinem Supermarkt gefunden. Da uns der Kaffee eh nicht geschmeckt hat und auch zu teuer war, haben wir darauf verzichtet den defekt der Maschine ein 2. Mal zu melden.

Sarah (10/5): Modern, clean, spacious apartment with a friendly team - The apartment was modern, clean, and super spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a quiet location with close proximity to Earls Court tube. Highly recommend.

Rosa (10/5): Ik ben 3 weken in The Marloes gebleven en heb een super fijn verblijf gehad. Ik kan dit adres iedereen aanraden. - Het was een zeer comfortabel en schoon appartement (1 kamer appartement) op een perfecte locatie. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en geven een uitstekende service. Het is iets gehorig alhoewel ik daar zelf totaal geen last van heb gehad.

Maxwell (6/5): It was convenient but I’m not sure we’d stay again. - The location was excellent and access was simple and easy from the Olympia Centre. It was also very clean. Unfortunately half the appliances in the property were broken. We specifically chose this property because we wanted to self-cater but the oven didn’t work, the coffee machine leaked, the locking mechanism on the front door was unreliable and the shower was also broken.

CJVfromVancouver (10/5): A highly recommended place to stay in London! - The Marloes has a new, recently renovated feel, and the rooms are clean and well laid out, with lots of amenities thay come in handy for a 7+day stay. The washer/dryer was very helpful, for example. The location is very convenient, in a nice, safe, quiet part of earls Court and with the train station entrance less than 5 mins walk away, and a Tesco 5 mins away in the other direction. The district and Piccadilly lines run to earls Court Station so you can be in central London within 20-25 mins total travel time. Earls Court Station is also in zone 1 so the fares are cheaper. The restaurants and pubs near earls Court are also very nice. All in all it was a great stay and I would stay here again in london. The TV channel options are a bit limited. That's literally the only issue I had.
