- SAQLAIN (1/5): Worst than 3 star - Nothing was normal to like about...if you want to sleep normally and pay that much then go ahead... Hole in blanket...no change.. Water heater broker... Charging socket broken need fixing first to charge your phone. Each and every glass and cup have ash like dusts inside.

- Pcmy (4/5): Close to Metro Station, but cleanliness can be improved - The location was located close to Karwan Bazar MRT station. It is close to Bashundhara City Shopping Complex. The staff were very helpful The room was not very clean with many dust trapped beneath the glass of the table. Getting to the property was difficult due to the frequent traffic congestions.

- Zameer (3/5): Avoid - Overcharged for a hotel that is not worth the advertised price - The room and the shower were nice. Although not worth the price paid. We were overcharged. The hotel has its own currency exchange rate with the US Dollar - which meant we ended up paying $7 more for our stay than was advertised. This is despite us being able to prove what we ought to pay in local currency according to booking.com and which was in line with the advertised price. They did not understand that credit card companies use the official rate - the hotel still charged more. It felt like the hotel uses this trick to make more money. The window in the room we were in did not close, so we were bitten by mosquitos at night. Upon reporting it, one of the managers said we should have checked when we were given the room. Eventually, another manager gave us a room where the windows closed. We picked this place based on the location on booking.com but it is wrong. We spent more time and money going to where we needed to. Despite mentioning it, one of the managers simply said it was not their issue - bit odd. Surely you want your hotel to be advertised correctly.

(3/5): Room, location good beside my office but disturb , not vslue my member level with booking.com and charge more one day re - property ask not to book through booking.com. they request to book directly with them since my office is beside the hotel. this is the story. In September booked for a friend says to book directly to avoid pay commission to booking .com. Such thing is not good. They discourage to book through booking.com then why they are member of booking.com. They charge extra USD 38 dollar from my guest

For urgent issue checkout one day early. Hotel in nice location, staffs good, restaurant good, rooms good and clean. good lift. New hotel.
