L’edificio si trova in una zona tranquilla e residenziale ed è molto vicino in auto a spiagge famose, negozi e ristoranti, a pochi minuti di distanza. La struttura è ben organizzata e tenuta molto bene, con ascensore, piscina e area barbecue. L’appartamento è esattamente come appare nelle foto ed è ben curato. Il parcheggio auto è praticamente sotto casa, quindi molto comodo. Lo consigliamo per una splendida vacanza ad Aruba 🥰!!! Unica piccola pecca: l’appartamento risultava piuttosto umido, con un odore interno non sempre gradevole. Inoltre, una delle toilette tendeva a bloccarsi frequentemente, all’arrivo erano già presenti due sturalavandini, uno per ciascun bagno, segno che il problema è probabilmente noto. Consiglierei di intervenire in modo definitivo 😉!!!

Katherine (9/5): Great Value in Aruba - Comfortable Accommodations - Good location a little bit away from the noise of the busy palm beach area. We loved having laundry, a kitchen, two bedrooms and our own bathroom each for our trip. The room was clean, the staff extremely responsive and helpful. Our own parking spot included in the rental. Next door is the Oak Restaurant which we had dinner at one night and it was excellent. We were too busy exploring so we didn’t use the pool or the gym, but those looked nice as well. Balcony was also nice but we did not sit out there - maybe if we stayed for longer. We would happily stay here again, it’s a good value for the space and amenities. This is specific to unit 25, but the blinds at night slapping against each other was a little annoying I had to mentally block it out. A lot of blinds were also missing in one of the bedrooms but one of the days they came in and fixed that so it looked a lot better. Some of the towels had set in stains in them, it looked like makeup of someone’s foundation. I knew they were clean though. Not all the towels are like that so if you’re picky speak up they will make it right. Around towels swap there was a miscommunication with the staff and they forgot to swap our towels but did eventually bring them next day. They brought a fruit basket as an apology. Unit 25 had a lot of plastic cups which we didn’t use - I’d suggest to the unit owner to throw them away. Also the pans were nonstick pans and should be replaced with a nontoxic option, one pan was already scratched. We also had a hard time using some of the appliances so wish there were user guides. Overall we would stay here again despite all that.

Dagmar (10/5): Would book again. - Clean, modern, and plenty space for family of five. We were in number 26 and the balcony is in the sun which was great. Combination locks at entry door, apartment door and safe in the apartment. Comfortable parking with dedicated parking space. 2 minute drive to beach. Really enjoyed the stay! Fitness room could benefit from more versatile equipment and weights, but honestly there are so many better things to do on the island that it didn’t matter.

No había sábanas para el sofá cama teniendo en cuenta q la reserva se hizo para 5 personas. No reposición de toalla en 5 días y solo 4 toallas y la reserva fue para 5 personas
Najle (10/5): - Our stay was absolutely spectacular! The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos — not a single detail was missing for us to fully enjoy our beach vacation. It was equipped with everything we needed and more: a cooler, beach chairs, paddle ball set, plenty of towels, and even a washer and dryer which were extremely convenient. The towel replacement service was great, and the apartment truly had everything to make us feel comfortable and at home. The attention and service from the company throughout our entire stay were exceptional. We definitely recommend them without hesitation, and we would absolutely choose to stay with them again if the opportunity arises!

Sonya (9/5): Modern, desert beach respite. - Aracari is located in Noord, close to the hotels, but not right in the tourist trap. 10 mins from the closest beach. Great place to have a respite and get a feel for local culture. I am an English speaking guest and had no problem if I needed assistance and felt very safe as a solo traveler. The condo has security codes you must have to enter the building as well as a separate one to enter your personal space. Great place, would highly recommend! N/a
Ramunas (8/5): - Everything you need is provided in the apartment - it truly feels like a home away. Good place for longer family stays - it is in the quiet neighborhood, spacious and has a private parking. The biggest problem for us was the waterfall in the pool running all day long until the night as it was directly in front of our bedrooms near the building's wall. The sound of non stop running water is so loud and annoying it is like living near the highway. The first thing we heard after stepping in the apartment is the running water and straight away we asked to change the apartment. The answer was that they are fully booked for these dates and they will turn of the waterfall until the end of our stay. We agreed about it. For some days it was off, but then they started to turn it on again. Many times we had to write to them and ask to turn of the waterfall. Moreover, around 7 in the morning every few days they start to clean the pool and make loud noises which is absolute not normal. at 7?! People comes here to rest not to be waken up like they have to go to work! So, what could be a wonderful stay it became a torture with the constantly running water on/of and pool cleanings which could be performed at later time/evening. It became a fight for the quietness in a otherwise quiet place. The running 'waterfall' in the pool does not create any value for the guests. It even looks awful. And the apartment becomes unusable. So if the only thing you want is quietness and rest, the apartments facing the pool is not for you. Second, there are no curtains just blinds which are transparent, so when the sun rises you rise as well. No quietness, no good sleep and no rest. The things we needed most. If these things are crucial for you, ask the apartment away from the pool otherwise it will be a torture.

We did have challenges using the appliances as there were no instructions. Air conditioning, stove, safe, door keypad and oven all needed step by step instructions. When we reached out to the staff we received information quickly. Once given instructions, all worked easily and well. Overall a nice place to stay! We love Aruba!

Muy cerca de Palm Beach, Eagle Beach y Arashi con muy buen snorkeling. Muy atentos en Bocobay para llegada, salida y cualquier duda que tuvimos. There was also a washing machine and dryer. They provided 3 beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Overall a very good experience. The only downside was we kept running out of toilet paper as we had 5 people in our party (4 being women) We would definitely stay there again.

EDITH JOAN LA (8/5): - The Aracari is a beautiful property, quiet, modern and well appointed. Our unit (24) had everything we needed and more, including full kitchen with new appliances, beach chairs, snorkel gear, towels, sun shelter, ironing board, 2 rolling coolers and more. The washer and dryer were a bonus and got lots of use. The condo is exactly as shown in the photos so there were no surprises. We did wonder about the big atrium window you can see in the living area and sure enough, people going up and down the stairs or using the elevator could probably see in if they tried but there are double zebra blinds you can lower to provide privacy so it wasn't an issue. We did have a few glitches while there but the Bocobay staff are very responsive and they got back to us very quickly. We were without wifi for the entire stay despite their efforts to track down the owner to obtain the password. It's because of this inconvenience I didn't award 5 stars but without us asking, Bocobay extended us a generous credit, which was much appreciated. We would definitely recommend Aracari and other Bocobay managed properties in future.

Ray (10/5): Exceptional - Bocobay Aracari was great. It was not in the Hi-Rise hotel zone, but was close enough (2k) to take advantage and it was quiet. The 2B/2BA had plenty of space and a balcony overlooking the pool. It was well-stocked with every kitchen gadget one would need. Also, it had plenty of beach gear including chairs, floaties, coolers and snorkeling gear. Staff was quick to resolve a small issue with the television. I would stay here again without hesitation. I visited Aruba from the USA. Nothing a small bit of touch-up paint wouldn't resolve

They welcomed us at the airport and provided a WhatsApp contact for any questions we might have. They assisted with car rentals, suggested restaurants and activities, and helped us find taxis at any time. The location was convenient, within walking distance of Palm Beach, but I strongly recommend renting a car if you're staying here. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, there was AC in every room, and it was quiet at night. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay. They no longer provide parasols due to frequent damage. We were really counting on them based on older reviews, so it was a bit disappointing.

The kitchen was well equipped so that we enjoyed cooking there. In addition to the dishwasher, there was a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the apartment, including washing powder and dishwasher tabs. There was plenty of room for 3 people and we loved the luxury of having 2 bathrooms. Everything had been thought of, including beach chairs and a cooler bag. Small snacks were provided as a welcome gift. The on-site service was excellent. We were always helped immediately. The location was ideal for us, not far from beaches, supermarkets and restaurants. -

Everything in it is good quality, quite new and therefore in good shape. For a family of 4 also this was enough space. The pool was very nice and not busy at all the time we were there. We had a rental car and used it to drive to restaurants but still we felt the location is relatively central and a lot is around it without driving too long. The communication with Bocobay-team was exceptional! Great service! Details for checking in at arrival day and using door codes was very well communicated. There was one major issue with the apartment on arrival but it was resolved in full satisfaction. The balcony we had was facing inside the building complex and had no wind. This resulted into being quite warm there so we could not really used it, even not during late evenings to just sit outside. We used the pool with our kids more than every 2nd day so we recognized that the area around the pool could have been cleaned a bit better. But this is complaining on a very high level! The facility is great, we had a fantastic stay there and felt very welcome.

We didn’t walk to the beach since it was too hot but lots of options for beaches which were 5 to 10 minutes drive away. Issues with communication between orbitz and rental property. I kept getting email and messages to my orbitz email from the rental company but was unable to respond. Make sure you communicate with the company directly to update your email for easier communication. The rental property office was a block away. Everyone was friendly. You should ideally get an email 1 day prior with check in instructions and a list of recommendations for first time visitors, however, we did not. I had contacted orbitz several times prior which was a disaster and not helpful. I gave it 4/5 stars due to poor or lack of communication from orbitz and Bocobay.
