• Amy (7/5): Lovely property and staff, but advertised views of The Tower aren't accessible. - Great location near Tower of London, great wheelchair accessibility including step-free shower, attentive staff who weren't the least bit surprised or bothered by a guest in a wheelchair, close to groceries, Tube, and bus. A kitchenette is essential for us due to food allergies; this one is small and slightly under stocked, but staff happily provided additional pans, knives, and cutting boards as needed. The room we stayed in had a barrier that covered the lower half of the windows, likely as a safety precaution, but it completely blocked me from seeing the view (that we paid for) if I was in my wheelchair. The property should consider this when describing accessible rooms as having a view.

• Mahua (8/5): Apartment in a luxury location! - Location. Just across the Tower Bridge, all offices nearby for meetings, restaurants and Pubs downstairs. Family Room was spacious, with two bathrooms. Staff was helpful and responded promptly. The Air Condition is not there. The mobile coolers provided were with big pipes without any outlet. The exhaust pipe needs to be put outside while keeping windows open. Which frustrates the objectives of having AC.

• Andreas (9/5): Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt - Die Lage war sehr gut, in ein paar Minuten waren die U-Bahn und ein paar Sehenswürdigkeiten (Tower und Tower Bridge) gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war äußerst großzügig bemessen und sehr sauber. Nach einer kurzen Gewöhnungsphase ist auch die U-Bahn, die direkt unter dem Hotel fährt schon gar nicht mehr zu hören ;-)

Hairdryer cuts out after few seconds of use. Told this is Health and Safety feature! Required ID but not told this before. We are English and do t carry passports or driving licenses with us. Made to feel uncomfortable and worried we would not be allowed to stay.

The Hop skip n’ jump to my favourite food place Borough market. Didn’t really bother me, but there is a spa and other bits and bobs, but you have to go to another of their locations

• Tavia (10/5): The suite was lovely, we had so much space and the hotel was really clean and in such a great location! - The property is in a ideal location, the rooms are exceptional and really clean. The staff are really friendly and helpful We could feel the vibrations from the underground but this was something you’d quickly forget about and wasn’t an issue for us. We only stayed for one night and didn’t find the bed overly comfortable but were informed we could request for a softer mattress which we will do when we return for a longer period. Overall this was a fabulous hotel and I will definitely return

• Abimbola (7/5): - Close to Tower Hill Train station The breakfast is underwhelming. They brought one banana, one cup of granular yogurt, one croissant, one 150ml orange juice every day for the 10days I stayed. I complained at a point and they substituted the banana with apple on few days. It was not worth paying for breakfast at the property, it was a complete waste of money. The toilet is extremely tight, no place to even put sponge, the big towel cannot be freely hanged to dry. Towels are constantly moist. The fridge didn't have a freezer, don't bother buying ice cream, it will end up wasting. Cereal and milk are complimentary but you must always ask before they give you. There's no parking space for cars to drop you off at the residence therefore be sure you don't have any heavy item when checking in or departing the hotel

• Zoran (8/5): We didn’t get the room that we originally booked, but after complaining to the receptionist they accommodated us and gav - Location Train line running under the hotel and the building is shaking when they pass - and there is trains going every 30min or so.

La fermata della metropolitana Tower Hill (dove si prende la metro circle quella che porta in tutte le zone del centro) è raggingibile a piedi in 2 minuti. Il residence è anche adiacente alla City di Londra ed ha nelle vicinanze i principali grattacieli, tanti pub e supermercati per fare la spesa. L'appartamento che ci è stato assegnato soddisfaceva tutte le nostre esigenze e godeva di una meravigliosa vista sulla Torre di Londra sul Tower Bridge e sul grattacielo The Shard. Personale molto gentile sempre pronto a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Un ringraziamento speciale a Roxana e Aroona.

• Yusara (9/5): The staff was accommodative, place was clean at arrival and ample space in this self contained unit. - I chose it due to ease of booking (book now, pay later), central location, and other amenities including kitchen. The staff at the check-in and check-out time was particularly helpful (Leila, Aroona and Roxana). They showed flexibility in check out time and allowed luggage drop off. Thanks. The allocated suit didn't have the Tower view which I would have preferred otherwise.

• NAZLI hilal (8/5): - We had a very comfortable stay at Tower Residences Blue Orchid. The rooms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean, and we really appreciated that our breakfast requests were accommodated. Having a well-equipped and practical kitchen in the apartment was a big plus for us. However, we were disappointed to learn that the rooms are cleaned only every three days, as this information was not clearly communicated at check-in. That said, all the reception staff were extremely helpful and kind, which made our stay much more pleasant. Aside from the room cleaning not being done daily, everything else was excellent. Would we stay here again? Yes, absolutely — mainly because of the comfort and the great location. Aside from the room cleaning not being done daily, everything else was excellent.

• Azara.Sal (7/5): Overall, we wanted a very relaxing time away from home and that is what we got. - We particularly liked the location of this residence- it wasn't far from pubs, bars, restaurants and shopping. There was a Christmas village opposite the residence. Tower bridge (London bridge) was also a walking distance. Wonderful location! The apartment itself was cozy and comfortable -although we would have appreciated a bit of space especially for the children. The customer service was decent! The front desk were friendly and welcoming- and this cuts across the day and night time staff. When it was time to leave the staff helped in taking our suitcases to the car too. You don't get that everywhere. The cleaners were super helpful although we always had to prompt for a change of bedding -for the pull out sofa. My only complaint will be the poor water pressure in both bathrooms- taking a shower was actually annoying as the water wasn't flowing properly. I hope this gets fixed.
