No funcionaba el lavarropas, y no lo solucionaron. Pedí toallas adicionales y me dijeron que no las proveían, solo 3 toallas para 3 personas, sin lavarropas. Tuve que ir al lavadero y no se hicieron cargo del costo. Ni siquiera había repasador para la cocina. Me pidieron 3 veces entrar por problemas con una obra en la planta baja. Les pedi, check out un par de horas más y me lo negaron. El servicio de televisión era muy malo, les comentamos y no lo tomaron en cuenta. El wifi, señal deficiente.

• Lucie (9/5): The apartment is a great size and was very comfortable for our family of four. Great value. - The host communicated with us well and was very accommodating. We were able to pick up the apartment keys and leave our bags before the official check-in time. The apartment was clean, and the host provided bedding for us to use on the sofa bed as well to accommodate our family of four. The location felt very safe, and there are many cafes and restaurants on the street. The bathroom was very tiny.

Buena vista y cercano a la estación de metro La mejora es en detalles como por ejemplo la humedad en el piso del baño ya que se caía el agua por una orilla desde la tina, la placa donde están los botones para la cadena del baño está suelta, no nos funcionaron las luces de la cocina.

Comfortable beds. Terrace overlooking inner quartyard. We arrived at 8.30 pm due to 1 hour flight delay. The appatment policy is a 50 pound fee for late check in. We also lost our free airport taxi due to this flight delay. The appartment was tidy but the shelfs were dusty and the floor too. It could be cleaner averall. It has pretty narrow steps to reach the appartement, but it did not pose any significant problem

Very loud ventilation system facing the bedroom in the inner courtyard operated late for two nights. It is really difficult to fall asleep with such a noise.

Kitchen was surprisingly well equipped. Location was 10/10. Only thing that hurt a bit was the "late arrival" fee. I get charging extra for early check in. But charging at 10pm seems a bit hefty. Other than that it was amazing.

• Lidia (10/5): Un apartamento precioso en una zona excelente. - Estuvimos en el apartamento de la planta 3. El apartamento es precioso, todo muy nuevo y bonito. Cocina completa con lavadora, horno y lavavajillas. No faltó de nada, tiene detalles como productos de limpieza y de higiene, secador, plancha, aspiradora...en el dormitorio hay enchufes con cargador de teléfono directo a la red electrica (solo teniamos que conectar el cable!). Salón con ventanas a la calle, muy luminoso y terraza privada amueblada en el dormitorio principal como extra. Calefacción y secatoallas. Armarios suficientes para guardar todo lo necesario. La zona es excelente, muy bien comunicada por metro y autobús con todos los lugares de interés, hay supermercados, restaurantes, tiendas... pero no es ruidosa, se descansa bien. La verdad es que nos resultó mas caro que otros en la misma zona, pero a pesar de eso estamos muy satisfechos por haberlo elegido y lo recomendaremos a amigos y familiares. Es importante señalar que el edificio es antiguo,(aunque todo reformado) y por ello no tiene ascensor. Para nosotros esto no ha supuesto ningún problema ya que viajamos con maletas pequeñas pero quizás para personas mayores o familias con niños muy pequeños si lo sea. Esto debe ser advertido con anterioridad. El baño es muy pequeño, pero para un apartamento turístico no nos ha parecido mal. De hecho es muy bonito y tiene mucho espacio de almacenaje.

La stazione della metropolitana è vicinissima, permettendo di raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione senza stress. Anche la fermata dell'autobus è a pochi passi. Inoltre, intorno ci sono tanti ristoranti, market e caffè – comodissimo per ogni necessità. L'appartamento è un altro punto di forza. L'arredamento è nuovo e moderno. La cucina a induzione è fornita di tutto: pentole, stoviglie, macchina per il caffè americano, bollitore, tostapane, forno a microonde e persino un forno tradizionale. Ho trovato tutto il necessario per cucinare senza problemi. In più, l'appartamento è ben riscaldato, un vero piacere nei mesi più freddi. Il principale problema è stato l'appartamento assegnato al 4° piano senza ascensore. Salire e scendere tutte le scale ogni giorno, soprattutto con valigie o dopo una lunga giornata fuori, è stato piuttosto faticoso. Chi ha problemi di mobilità o bagagli pesanti farebbe meglio a evitare. Il bagno presentava qualche piccolo difetto di disposizione: il lavandino era in una posizione un po' scomoda, poco pratica da usare. Inoltre, avrei preferito un box doccia invece della vasca. Insomma, niente di drammatico, ma sono dettagli che avrebbero reso l'esperienza più confortevole.

We got an early check-in, which was very friendly and welcoming. The hosts stayed in contact at all times and sorted out every request. The apartment was very clean, newly furnished and had everything you might need. We had a 4th floor apartment and climbed a lot of stairs.

• Mohammed (1/5): Not recommended - Location was good Everything was bad except the location. It was on fourth floor with no life and very tight stairs. They mentioned it has AC, but turned to be portable AC. The facilities inside the apartment outdated and some of them didn’t work well.
• Susan (8/5): Large quiet apartment in great location - This apartment was in a great location and reasonably priced for the district in London. Easy to find, and get key. The apartment was super roomy with a good kitchen and comfy bed with robes and slippers as a bonus. Everything was clean. You do have to negotiate a set of steep stairs, but that is pretty standard in London. The apartment had limited ventilations but they had installed a pseudo airconditioner which helped to cool the rooms but unfortunately left a gap in the window which increased the noise. The bathroom was pretty small, and the toilet flush was under-repair. I was a bit put off at having to put my hand into the wall cavity to activate the flush which meant getting your hand wet from the cistern. This was really a bit off putting.

The porters (custodial staff) are friendly, professional, and pleasant to deal with. Overall poor-- uncomfortable mattresses and incorrectly sized mattress for the toddler's cot, incorrectly sized bed linen for the couch bed. Multiple things broken: shower door, toilet lid, painting holder, bed frame, skirting in kitchen, a leak which affected the people downstairs, and no sign of anything getting fixed. AC ineffective, laundry detergent, and cooking essentials like oil and chopping board not supplied. Very loud due to location, no insulation, and very creaky floors. Issues communicated to management but no sign of remediation.

I did not like that we could not check in until 14:00 & ended up having to take our bags to the Park Lane in Mayfair. This was most inconvenient because we intended dropping them off at the Park Lane we booked at. I liked that the kitchen facilities were well provided for & that it was spacious. I disliked the couch with the covers on & all the dried out dusty flowers. I did complain that the door to the bathroom needed to be fixed as well as the shower pipe but no one ended up coming to fix it. We spent the week with no door to the bathroom. Initially I did want to move out but then just appreciated the position & fortunately was only in the room to shower in the morning & shower & sleep at night. Having to take our suitcases to another apartment that was totally out of our way. No door to the bathroom & leaking shower pipe. Dusty flowers Furniture with dusty covers.

After requesting Jeremiah maid sure it was fixed. Also needs to noted that the air conditioning is a devise that makes noise and doesn't allow the windows to be fully closed.

The lights in kitchen and bedroom kept flickering so had to turn off. The bathroom sink tap gushed out water haphazardly and splashed us each time. The security of main door to apartment didn't seem great.

• Avrom (1/5): Unacceptable treatment after we showed them the room has bed bugs. - We booked a 5 night stay, had to leave in the middle of the 3rd night when we discovered the source of us getting bitten - we found visible bed bugs in our room. Disgusting. This was reported to the property. Instead of a refund and assuring us that they will fix the problem, we were offered 1 night compensation which means we are expected to pay for 4 nights stay when we only stayed 2 nights and had to leave because the room was not fit to live in. We sent them pictures of both the bed bugs in the room and the bites / swelling. This is totally unacceptable in my opinion. I am now wasting loads of time following up and waiting for responses in what should be a simple refund issue. I can't imagine anyone would stay in a room infested with bed bugs and equally why would they not refund us!

• Kasia (1/5): This experience can only be described as fraudulent. We did not stay there ! - Upon arrival at the property, we were immediately met with an appalling and unacceptable sight—a mountain of bin bags completely blocking the entrance to the building. We were forced to physically climb over piles of putrid, rotting waste, seemingly discarded by a food establishment, creating an immediate health and safety hazard. Once inside, we were overwhelmed by an overpowering stench of rotten fish, which permeated the entire building. As we ascended four flights of narrow, unkempt, and filthy staircases, the smell only intensified. Upon reaching the apartment, it became clear that the odour originated from within, resembling that of a poorly ventilated fish and chip shop. The conditions inside the apartment were outright hazardous. The kitchen was in a state of severe disrepair, with broken cabinet doors hanging off their hinges, posing a significant safety risk. Additionally, the noise levels were intolerable. The sound of a screaming infant from a neighbouring unit was so loud it seemed as if it were inside our apartment. Furthermore, other neighbours could be heard screaming and arguing, making it impossible to experience any level of privacy or peace. The environment was chaotic and deeply unsettling. The final and most unacceptable issue was the sleeping arrangements. Despite our booking, only one bed was prepared for the entire group. A deteriorating ripped leather sofa was present, but no pillows or bedding were provided for the pullout bed, rendering the stay impossible for us. This was a blatant misrepresentation of the listing, making the accommodation entirely unsuitable. Given the clear violation of Booking.com’s customer protection policies, we demand a full refund and compensation for this ordeal. I tried to contact the property and Booking.com few times, left messages but heard nothing back !!!

Price was very competitive. - Difficult to judge the setting as the road outside was undergoing major works and there were barriers and scaffolding around the route to the entrance, but that problem is obviously not permanent. Some drilling and workmen noise in the morning, but again not a regular thing I'm sure. Coffee and tea provided but no milk, even some powdered milk would be useful, travelling alone on business people do not normally carry their own milk!

He clearly had a spare key already and if he didn’t I don’t know what sort of business they are running. I brought the key back as fast as I could. He said he will leave my luggage outside the property on the streets if I don’t hurry up and then he also said I won’t get my luggage unless I pay him £150.Could have been handled better. He was scared and didn’t show the same energy when I brought him the key back. Will most likely contact booking and see if I can get reimbursed for this awful experience I had with him.

• Amanda (7/5): The host was very accomodating and the living room was comfortable and warm. - Loved the space in the apartment and the access. I felt very safe and secure. The apartment was right in the middle of Mayfair so all good resturarants were available. The keys were in a lock box which was a little bit stiff and it took a few goes to open the box. Kitchen was a little dated and small for the size of the rest of the apartment but had all the main kitchen equiptment needed.

• Claire (9/5): All in all, a wonderful experience. We hope to come back. - Well thought out with attention to detail : slippers and bathrobes etc Kitchen that is well equipped. Property well heated and comfortable. Contact with the manager was smooth. Everything was clean. A little wear and tear with the paintwork and bathroom cabinet and worktop in the kitchen. Fake plants aren’t necessary, the decoration is pretty tasteful otherwise.

• Stewart (7/5): Needs a few things altered, otherwise great stay - We stayed in Apartment no.4 which is located on the 4th floor and stayed for 1 night The staff/manager was very approachable and was quick to reply to any queries we had. On entering the apartment it was very modern, clean and appeared to have everything we needed for our stay. We were left a little hamper of chocolate and biscuits which was a nice surprise. Lots of tea bags, sugar and a coffee machine with pods too. Plenty of towels and bedding as it was my husband, daughter and myself staying. All kitchen appliances were practically brand new/immaculate. The stairs to apartment no.4 are extremely steep and exhausting. We struggled carrying our luggage up the stairs. What was meant to be a double bed was more like a small double. It was so uncomfortable and squeeky. The matress has seen better days. The flooring through the bedroom creaked terribly. And the evening we stayed i had a fall whilst coming out of the bathroom resulting in me badly bruising and grazing my arm.There is a step down out of the bathroom so id suggest some sort of lighting along the step to make guests more aware of it.
• Sianade (10/5): Spot on! 🤩 - Very clean and spacious. We stayed for 2 nights here and its ideal location made the stay even more enjoyable as it’s very quiet despite being round the corner from all the busier places of shops and restaurants. Would stay again🤩 Modern, clean and ideal location

• William (8/5): Good place to stay for 2 nights - Great location, friendly host, plenty of space, clear communication, flexible arrival time, easy check-out process, comfortable bed, fairly quiet, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. There were some issues with the boiler.

• Katja (8/5): Great location with easy access to the tube, making it easy to explore the city - We had a great stay in this lovely apartment! The location was great, in a nice area with easy access to the tube station, which had frequent departures making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Added bonus that electrical adapters were provided in the apartment. Despite booking for four people, there was no bedding for the fourth guest on the first night, so we had to share until the host kindly provided it the next day. Additionally, the hot water tank, which also powered the heaters, stopped working on the last day. Although we didn’t have hot water for about a day, the host responded quickly and got it fixed that evening.

• Senia (5/5): Semi pleasant. - The rooms were pleasant You have to climb 47 steps to get to your room. It is not accessible for older people and is not mentioned anywhere. When you leave the room you have to take a bus to another place to store your luggage. It is uncomfortable and not mention on the site.
• Magdalena (5/5): Passable - Great location We have spent the night on top floor and for October it was extremely hot in apartament and you could notice very weird smell in apartament and I would describe it as mould.
