• Séverine (8/5): Séjour très confortable. J’avais un peu peur au vu des autres commentaires mais nous l’avons trouvé parfait en tout poin - Le rapport qualité prix nous a semblé imbattable. La chambre était spacieuse pour nous 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants). Les enfants avaient le canapé lit et un lit d’appoint avait été ajouté sans que nous ne le demandions. Notre chambre était sous les toits. Malgré une fenêtre qui donnait sur un mur, il y avait un velux et la chambre était lumineuse. Le coin kitchenette est un plus. Un peu plus de vaisselle pour le coin kitchenette serait bien : une passoire et une casserole. Quelques crochets de porte manteaux pour suspendre les manteaux à l’entrée et des crochets également dans la salle de douche.

• Mi Jung (9/5): Consiglio per chiunque desidera muoversi con i mezzi pubblici. La location è stupenda - Posizione eccellente, vicino alla metro, quartiere gradevole. Appartamento molto carino. Leggermente poco pratico (bagno senza appoggi per gli asciugamani o nella cabina della doccia (bellissima) non c’è nulla dove poter appoggiare i saponi o detergenti.

• Leonie (9/5): Fantastic location! - Absolutely brilliant location. The little flat is more than acceptable for a weekend away. The bathroom is bright and airy, there is a sofa and a small tale and chairs. The kitchen thing is behind what looks like wardrobe doors with everything you need. The mattresses and some of the pillows feel like stone! I really hated getting in to bed. My other little gripe is that no wine glasses were provided.

The interior is cozy, with good-quality furnishings and a comfortable bed. I also liked the small kitchen neatly built into the wardrobe — it has a kettle, microwave, mini fridge, and dishes. The lighting is good, and there are plug adapters available. The self check-in and check-out system is very convenient and easy to use. The street has a nice atmosphere. Small downside: the building and the rom are quite old, you can sometimes hear sounds from the corridor.

• David (8/5): Amazing - I was genuinely impressed. I paid a very reasonable rate, and what I received in return was absolutely worth it. The room tended to get quite hot, even when it wasn’t particularly warm outside. It seemed like the heat couldn’t escape. There was an air conditioning unit, but it lacked a proper exhaust pipe to vent the hot air outside, which made it feel ineffective and counterproductive.

• Felix (7/5): Tolle Lage, schöne und geräumige Zimmer mit ein paar Ausstattungsmängeln - sehr schön für einen Kurztrip. - Die Lage war großartig - Notting Hill eben. Schön gelegen in einem tollen Stadthaus. Die Größe der Zimmer ist angemessen, schön dass es eine Küchenecke gibt. Zimmer 302 war sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte alles, was von uns benötigt wurde. Schönes und seltenes Detail, dass es ein Bügeleisen gibt. Ein Wunsch wäre, dass es eine Möglichkeit gäbe, Gepäck sicher abstellen zu können, falls man etwas früher anreist, aber vor allem auch am Abreisetag. Es gibt zwar viele Anbieter in der Umgebung, die sind aber teuer, wenn man nur wenige Stunden überbrücken möchte. Leider war eines der Zimmer (101) nicht sauber, hier ließ sich auch das Fenster gar nicht öffnen. Zudem fehlen Abstellmöglichkeiten im Bad und auch ein paar Kleiderhaken für Jacken wären sinnvoll. Die Kitchenette könnte etwas mehr Ausstattung vertragen, einen Flaschenöffner und auch Korkenzieher haben wir uns dann im Souvenirshop gekauft 😅 Auch ein paar sinnvolle Details wie Abwaschlappen und ein Geschirrtuch wären hilfreich.

WC papier was ook wat karig. Geluid/feestje bij het Bangladesh Institute in zelfde pand was wat luid maar hield gelukkig voor 12 uur op.

Also, there was stuff stored in the room, why? There was an ironing board in the corner of the room but no iron, why!
• Juan Carlos (9/5): Excelente alojamiento en Notting Hill. - Excelente ubicación, en pleno barrio de Notting Hill. Literalmente, a 5 minutos del mercado de Portobello. Nos alojamos en el apartamento 101 cuatro personas. La kitchenette es pequeña, pero cumple. El baño, fantástico. Las cámas estaban bien y las dos noches que pasamos dormimos bien. Repetiría sin duda. No estaría de más una escoba y un recogedor, pero es lo único que mejoraría.

Además, la ubicación del hotel es muy práctica, ya que se encuentra cerca del metro, lo que facilitó mucho todos nuestros desplazamientos por Londres. No tenía desayuno El hotel no dispone de ascensor y nuestra habitación estaba en un cuarto piso, lo que resultó bastante incómodo. Lo más decepcionante, sin embargo, fue la atención del personal. A pesar de que se anuncian como hotel, no había nadie en recepción y toda la comunicación debía hacerse exclusivamente a través de mensajes de Booking, con tiempos de respuesta que en algunos casos superaron las 8 horas. El check-in fue demasiado tarde (a las 15:00). Llegamos a Londres a las 11:00 y no nos permitieron ni siquiera dejar las maletas en recepción, por lo que tuvimos que utilizar un locker externo. El check-out, además, fue muy temprano (a las 11:00) y tampoco nos aseguraron la posibilidad de dejar el equipaje después. Esta falta de atención y la lentitud en las respuestas resultaron muy frustrantes. La experiencia en este aspecto fue pésima y, por este motivo, no volvería a alojarme en este establecimiento.

It is quite run down and untidy inside (stacks of laundry etc). As others said, the beds are hard. My room was clean enough, but a bit dusty, stray hairs etc.

Der var et fint lille køkken på værelset, men det var ikke et vi benyttede os af. Overnatningsstedet lå tæt på metroen, for enden af gaden, så det var dejlig nemt! Uden at tøve så ville vi vælge dette overnatningssted igen i fremtiden!

• Pauline (8/5): Établissement très bien situé - La situation géographique Pas d’accueil, une seule grande serviette de bain pour une chambre de 3 personnes, un sèche cheveux qui ne marchait pas, un matelas beaucoup beaucoup trop dur. Chambre mal isolée. Pour rentrer dans l’immeuble le 1er jour il faut contacter le téléphone portable affiché sur le mur de l’hôtel car aucune procédure communiquée en amont.

Heard men talking from nearby room late into night. Had to put a chair under the lock of the door. Bed was too hard to sleep on. No water tea or coffee

• Ludovica Stella (7/5): Buono per i prezzi di Londra, ma fa un po' accampamento - Posizione ottima, molto vicina alla metro, lo staff tutto sommato cordiale sia nella praticitá del check in che nel farci lasciare i bagagli (dopo notevole insistenza da parte nostra). La nostra camera era molto piccola per i 4 letti che c'erano, gli asciugamani pochi e piccoli, la stanza aveva questi letti disposti in maniera piuttosto arrangiata e davano l'impressione di un campeggio.

The Chinese gentleman who works there was very polite and helped me with my luggage. He carried it for me. The apartment is wonderful, the bed, everything small but luxurious, first-class entrance and exit, the guests were young and polite, I loved it, I will definitely return, everything very clean inside and out. When sending the request to change the room, no response received.. it was a very poor experience I have and I don’t recommend it.

• Pippa (8/5): Great location for a night close to central Notting Hill - Great location just off the main road through Notting Hill so away from street noise etc. Sent instructions for getting in and the room key was on the desk waiting for me to pick up. Large room and small kitchen facilities and fridge were really good. Bed is hard and not that comfortable- two small singles pushed into a small double with just a sheet over so you could feel all the joins. Two thin pillows only - you’d want more if there were two of you. Room itself locked and was fine but I didn’t feel entirely safe / secure as fireexit door right next to my room on the basement level was kept constantly ‘on the latch’ so could be accessed opened by anyone outside. I closed it a few times but it kept being reopened. I didn’t ever see any staff and keys were just left on desk for people to take - very trusting! However, there were no issues and everything was fine, fortunately.
• Valerie (8/5): Comfy room, quiet location but only minutes from tube and main road with shops, buses, cafes. Not cheap but it’s central - Brilliant location, comfy bed, nice building Reasonable size room. Efficient check in (no staff met so no review for them) Quiet overnight. Would stay again Couldn’t find switch for light in ‘kitchen’(facilities all in a cupboard!) but we didn’t want to cook anyway. Kettle and fridge worked. Slightly odd pillows.
