- Sébastien (8/5): - L'accès depuis Milan centre est simple comptez 30mn. L'entrée est sécurisé il vous faudra donc sonner a votre arrivée (ensuite votre badge permettra L'accès). L'accueil a été pour nous en français ce qui est bien pratique. L'hôtel compte un nombre impressionnant de chambre recente et agencé pour des étudiants mais nous y retrouveront tous les critères d'un hôtel (Literie simple ou bouble, salle de bain avec serviette et gel douche)ais pas de TV. A votre étage 1 salle a manger avec micro-ondes. A l'étage-1 vous trouverez egalement un billard, un baby foot, une salle de sport.

- Jocelyn (8/5): Good spot in Milan! - This was a good stay. The front desk was exceptionally helpful and the location is in a very walkable neighborhood with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. We didn’t take the tram, but it stops right on the corner. We walked everywhere instead, and it was about a 30 minute walk to the duomo for reference. A point to note—the building is also used for international student housing, so there is definitely a young vibe. However, it was very quiet and not a party scene at all. We would stay again.

- Martha (10/5): - This place is a student residence property but it was surprisingly quiet we had no problems with noise. It was also good to see a lot of student movement which gave it a safe environment around the area. The room is spacious and if you need a blow dryer you can ask at reception. It is not near the duomo but you can take a metro line which is a block away from the place. Overall good for price.

- Renata v (2/5): Péssimo… corram disso - Péssimo, fujam, não é hotel e sim uma Residência Estudantil, muito barulho, não tem serviço de quarto, horrível… me fez ter uma péssima impressão de Milão. Mas coloco 90% dessa culpa no hotéis.com, pois me vendeu como hotel e em momento algum me informaram que era residência estudantil. Roupa de cama suja, não tinha toalha de rosto e ainda deixaram um papel higiênico usado que deu apenas para a primeira noite. Não vale a pena, estou muiiito chateada por todo constrangimento sofrido nessa estadia
- Qais (8/5): - Perfect location everything is walking distance including the canal Naviglio and tramlines connecting you to metro and trains. It’s a 20 min walk to duomo The property was good but we hoped the shower and equipment was better. Our AC kept changing by itself / was malfunctioning and the water pressure in the showers and taps were very low. Aside from that everything was good. Aside from that a good place to stay, you’ll see lots of younger people / students as the property is also used by students needing accommodation.

The only thing which we have to comment about is that the roof in the did not look pleasant, looked like mold or it was realy dirty. The shower had no storage area for ex. soap bottles. But all in all I would recommend it for the next time.
