• Martin (8/5): Apartment clean, location good, fair value for money - Room was reasonably comfortable, pool good, gym sufficient, pleasant river walks close by, as was rail network, easy to use as was hire car services. Room a little small, lacking comfortable seating, the fitted bench was way to long ( seating for 6 plus?) and poorly padded. Lack of practical storage space. bedside light that couldn't be turned off except by pulling out the wall plug. Breakfast food choices were adequate , but choice somewhat limited.
• Keiko (9/5): 多分リピートします - 総じて良かったです。静かでのんびり出来ました。川沿いを朝歩くのは本当に気持ちが良かったです。近くのホーカーにはミシュランを獲得したワンタンがあり、すごく美味しかったです。隣にあるヤンキーチキンライスも美味しかった。 ホテルは清潔で混んでおらず、朝やハッピーアワーもゆったりのんびりとみんながそれぞれ過ごしている感じでした。ビールと白ワインはちゃんと冷えていて、量もたっぷりありました。お酒の揃い方は概ね写真通りかと。部屋には赤ワインボトルがついており驚きました。シンガポールはお酒がとても高いのでこれらのお酒の潤沢さは大変ありがたいと思いました。プールサイドでワインやビールを飲みながら何も考えない時間をゆったり過ごす事ができて本当にリフレッシュ出来ました。汗ばむ事が多いのでドラム式洗濯機乾燥機と浄水器が部屋にあるのも本当に良かった。 ホテルスタッフは清掃係含めて気持ちよく接して下さいました。帰国してから忘れ物に気づき、無事着払いで返送を手伝ってもらいました。ありがとうございました。 ここを選んだ決め手はラウンジアクセスと洗濯機、浄水器だったのですが、食事のバリエーションは口コミ通りです。朝はともかく、特にカクテルタイムの軽食は温かいものは基本全くないか、あっても冷凍食品レベルなので期待ゼロにしておく方がいいです。飲食に関するサービスレベルが落ちている事を示唆する様子が見える(炭酸水サーバが使用停止になっているなど)ので、多分ホテル開設当初はもっと良かったのではないかと思いました。部屋にあるカプセルタイプのコーヒーは私の好みではなかったです。ロビーにあるコーヒーは美味しかったので良かったです。ハウスキーピングが毎日ではないのですが、振り返って見ると問題ありませんでした。アメニティの質も含めてトータルで考えると5つ星には多少疑問ですが、これも長期滞在型ホテルとリゾートホテルで持つべき期待値が違うという事だと思います。色々書きましたが、私はこのホテルでトータルとても良い経験をしたので多分リピートすると思います。
• Yustina (9/5): Comfortable and pleasant stay - It’s a serviced apartment which has all the amenities of home. Every appliance in the room is of very good quality brand. The pool is lovely, water temperature is just right. Complimentary breakfast, evening snacks and all day beverages are definitely a plus. Best of all, the staff are friendly and helpful especially the 2 ladies at the front desk. If I have to be picky, I would say it’s the location. Singapore is so humid and the nearest shopping mall is Great World. It’s more than 10 minute walk for me. Other than the above, everything else is excellent

• AnshulGupta828 (9/5): Wonderful Serviced Apartments Centrally Located In Singapore - The property was centrally located with easy access to restaurants, malls, parks and the MRT. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and equipped with all essential amenities. The breakfast spread was decent, and the 24/7 access to free coffee and juices was a huge plus. We were travelling with a toddler, and it was a very convenient stay for us. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, and they allowed us early check-in and late check-out when asked for. Nothing major. Just that the room we stayed in was a bit on the smaller side, and the translucent bathroom and toilet doors were a tad bit inconvenient.

Centraal gelegen en vriendelijk personeel. Kamers worden 3x per week schoongemaakt en zijn van alle gemakken voorzien Het enige wat ter verbetering is het ontbijt. Uiteraard is dit persoonlijk, maar we vonden dat het aanbod wat beperkt was voor de gemiddelde Europeaan.
• Andre (10/5): A cosy comfortable start for settling down in Singapore - We had a month’s stay for work and leisure. This is our first long stay in Singapore. I’m happy I found Fraser by the river! The service crew and manager are very professional and warm-hearted. The breakfast with sufficient variety combined east and west did cater for us well. Our room has been always cleaned so comfy with pleasant smell. Minutes walk to the mall (connected to MRT) we enjoyed different food and snacks each time. Swimming pool and gym very spacious and peaceful to use. Everyday before evening they serve free drinks and snacks. We just feel so homey and thanks again for your hospitality! Nothing really makes me type

Guests are treated with care and respect, which adds a personal touch to the overall experience. One area that could be improved is the breakfast. While it’s decent, the selection feels a bit limited. Adding more variety, including different styles of eggs instead of just boiled ones each day, would make a noticeable difference.

Das Einzige ,es wäre gut wenn mehr Ablageflächen im Zimmer gäbe. Man kann seine Sachen sehr schlecht verräumen. Und ein Wäscheständer wäre auch nicht schlecht.

Restaurants und Geschäfte ebenfalls. Die Zimmer sind modern und gut ausgestattet, Pool und Fitnessraum sind vorhanden. Nachmittags gibt es Snacks und Getränke in der Lobby. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

It is pleasant to take a walk along the river down to the Marina.Excellent pool. Room was not big but well equipped and comfortable. The afternoon drinks and snacks were great. My partner found the bed too stiff, I found it just fine. The staff could perhaps have explained how housekeeping worked a bit better. The bed was not made up every day like we would have expected. The music in the living room could be a bit more quiet during day hours.

Tolles Frühstück und zwischen 17.00-19.00 klein Snack mit Wein , Bier oder anderen Getränken . Man konnte auch Fahrräder ausleihen . Und in einem 27 m langen Becken schwimmen. Viel zu kurz .

До метро метров 300, через проход в метро можно попасть в большой шопинг центр с большим супермаркетом. Есть бесплатный буфет с 16-18:00 с вином. Вообщем остановится на несколько дней советую! Скудный выбор на завтрак, но наестся можно

Eine perfekte Ruheoase aufgrund seiner kleinen Größe mit schönen Appartements, tollem Service und entspannter Atmosphäre. Es gab nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat.

• Bren Jen (9/5): Fab facility with personal touches, better than an overly busy hotel, good for longer stay - Roderick is a wonderful ambassador for the hotel chain as well as this specific hotel. His cultural sightseeing suggestions were ideal for us as repeat S'Pore visitors. By example, he is training the staff to a high professional and personal level. Hotel is quiet, super clean, lovely location, short walk to mall and MRT station. Loved the insuite washer, quality bed linens and coffee machines. Wished we had tried the bicycles. Allot of areas for computer work. -Minor comment - hesitate to raise this - although the breakfasts were interesting in a good way and quite adequate yet evening snacks were inconsistent quality and replenishment. Drinks decent enough. Would say either do it well or not at all. -One guest kept leaving his dirty dishes behind and used his fingers to touch food. Instructions were clear at checkin about placement of used dishes/glasses. -Some lounge areas were occupied with temporary events/special clients and there were no signs to make regular guests aware of that. Again, minor issue.
• Alexander (9/5): Great place for medium to longer stays in an amazingly quiet and serene central location - We chose this property mostly for the location and it didn't disappoint. Right on the river within walking distance of downtown in a very quiet, clean and well connected area to public transportation. A welcome and cute bonus was the Bishan otter family living nearby which provided smiles and urban connection to nature as nowhere else. Rooms are great with excellent facilities and you would prefer to have one on a higher floor and overlooking the river for the best experience. Not nearly as tall as most other hotels in the city, just 4 stories high, but this is what makes it even more special and connected to the garden-city. Excellent lounge and pool area with snacks and drinks every evening to kick off your late walk around the city. Breakfast is modest but more than enough to experience later the rich local variety of foods and street delights. Welcoming and friendly staff to address all the questions you might have. In brief - amazing and highly recommended. As it's a residential style accommodation with studio-like rooms - there's a bit of a trade-off between kitchenette and smaller bathroom facilities as well as limited storage spaces for your clothes and belongings. For shorter stays shouldn't be a problem at all. Aircon and dehumidifier should constantly be in operation to avoid quick liquifaction of everything and can get noisier than tolerable.

Thank you Fraser residence …we will be bac - Lovely quiet location along the river…. you’d never know you were walking distance to downtown. Fabulously clean. Good breakfast with an addition of free snacks between 5 and 7 pm. Great multi use area for breakfast and workspace. Free bicycles to make journey times even more favourable. Lovely clean showers and toiletry brand ‘1969’. High-end accessories for that added touch. Nothing! Only a suggestion…. could be a little bit more greenery around the pool and dining area to give us that lush Singaporean rainforest vibe & the benefit of privacy☝️
• Audrey (10/5): Fraser Residences are beautiful, well equipped suites, perfect when you’re staying for a few days. Lovely quiet location - Fraser Residences are in a quieter area in Singapore, up the river from Clark Quay. Beautiful residences and fully equipped . Our room was stunning, beautiful decor with a ‘hidden laundry’, (very useful if you’re there for a few days), Dyson hairdryer, modern bathroom, desk area, coffee machine, TV and small neat kitchen area. Everything you could want ! Included in our stay was breakfast and evening canapés and drinks. For breakfast there was always a hot option, tea, coffee, juices, toast and various other continental breakfast options. In the evening there were small plate options, cheeseboard, wines, spirits and various soft drinks to help yourself. These were set out on the large island at the bar area for everyone to help themselves. You could sit inside or outside near the pool area. We chose to sit outside which was lovely in the evening. Roderick, the manager was there to meet us on arrival and make sure everything was comfortable for our stay. He was always around to help in any way. He is an asset to the hotel for his exemplary service. All the staff were very friendly and lovely. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent location on Robertson Quay, giving direct access to the riverside footpaths. The complementary bicycles and drinks/snacks were both very much appreciated. The hotel staff were top notch. Good pool, but a couple more loungers would have been useful at busier times.

• Chern Wey (10/5): When visiting family in Singapore the Fraser River residences is the ONLY play we will stay. - The room, staff, amenities, and location is exceptional. The complimentary breakfast (including unlimited coffee) and Happy Hour hors d'oeuvres (with various alcoholic beverages) was outstanding. The main lobby/lounge is a perfect balance between comfort and productive for those who tend to work on laptops throughout the day (e.g. quiet, cooling, and peaceful). It is in a perfect location between the Great World mall and Clarke Quay and easily accessible by foot, bicycle, or the various MRT entry points.
• Matthew Van Niekerk (4/5): - The hotel is nice and offers ample working space. Rooms are well appointed and spacious for Singapore. Location is convenient with lots of dining options close by and shopping if you are staying for a while. Breakfast is included but is a very limited/sad selection. Same spread of limited options (hope you like hard boiled eggs and granola) and when you are staying for weeks in a row, it gets repetitive/mundane fast. Moments of truth like a family medical emergency requiring immediate departure are where companies either shine or fail dramatically. In this regard, unfortunately, all the great things about the accommodation were replaced by a completely unsympathetic policy and unfriendly staff. Got the news that no traveller wants to get, accident back home and spouse is in hospital. I informed reception that I needed to check out early due to medical emergency back home and before I could hand my key over, the staff were very insistent that I would be charged the complete amount and no refund would be provided. No, "Sorry to hear that", "I hope everything is ok" or "can we help you to get to the airport" or "can we assist you in arranging return travel". Just we will charge the full amount. I did not even ask, but the receptionist (i suppose wanting to proactively address the question she was anticipating) felt it most appropriate to clarify their early check out policy. My thoughts were all about how to get home as quickly as possible and praying that things were going ok back home. Could not have cared less about the policy at that moment. Left immediately and will use an alternative accommodation during my next trip.

Room was well equipped even with its own washing machine. Perhaps include an iron and ironing board in the rooms

Un happy hour est offert tous les soirs par l'hôtel. La piscine est très belle. Le petit-déjeuner est un peu décevant.

• Hans Jürgen (9/5): - Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Der neue Duty Manager ist besonders hervorzuheben. Die zentrale und sehr ruhige Lage und Anbindung an öffentlichen Nahverkehr sind perfekt für jedwede Unternehmung in Singapur. Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal in dieser Unterkunft. Auf hohem Niveau erfüllt sie nach wie vor unsere Erwartungen. Wir mögen die große Lobby in den traditionellen, hervorragend restaurierten ehemaligen Warehouses; dort werden auch Frühstück und Snacks präsentiert, man kann dort verweilen...prima. Von dort hatte man einen tollen Blick auf den Singapore River, dem das Haus auch den Namen verdankt. Diese gesamte Blickachse wurde nun innerhalb der Lobby mit Büroräumen geschlossen, die zwar sehr homogen das Interieur der Lobby aufgreifen, die man auch nicht einsehen kann, den loftartigen Charakter der großen Lobby jedoch verdunkeln und das Highlight, nämlich den Blick auf den Fluß, versperren. Das ist eine unattraktive Veränderung und aus unserer Sicht großer Negativpunkt!
• Louise (10/5): relaxing and convenient - The thoughtful features like filtered water in the room, a glass water bottle to take out with you during the day, hessian shopping bags and the self serve lounge room area with drinks and the snacks and alcohol in the evening. washing machine in the room was also handy ad good selection of TV Channels. The staff were friendly and helpful and the manager greeted us each morning at breakfast and was always willing to chat and offer recommendations or assistance. The location was good in close reach to transport and a lovely canal lined with restaurants and where we even spotted wild otters. the only thing was the lighting in the bathroom was a little dark above the mirror and without another mirror in the room it was a little tricky to do makeup
