Nowhere to hang or unpack clothes or store suitcases that we constantly had to move to get into bathroom or out of the door. Had to carry heavy suitcases to 4th floor because there was no lift. No-one on reception on arrival or departure so didn’t meet anyone.

Can make breakfast inside our room, overall very convenient. Friendly and helpful staff. A smallish room. No shower screen. Morning shower water is cold, evening shower got hot water. A walk up studio with No lift.

• Sarah (8/5): Affordable and modern studio accommodation in a convenient area of Singapore - We found the small self contained studio very useful. We were able to make our own breakfasts, keep drinks and snacks chilled and prepare/cook a couple of evening meals although we preferred to eat out either locally or in other districts of Singapore. Our room (401) did have a hairdryer (based on previous reviews we took a travel size hairdryer and didn't need to). There is a large flat screen wall mounted TV (didn't use so cannot comment). The accommodation made a very good base for our week plus stay. Mostly used the very efficient MRT (a 10 min walk up/down a hill) but we also used the buses (had to change one or two times to get to destination) as an alternative as they stopped very near to the accommodation. The staff on reception (until 7pm) are all very friendly and helpful. I had my larger suitcase carried up and brought back down which was a great help given we were on the 4th floor (no lift). There are two malls nearby, the one opposite includes a McDonalds, chemist, bakery and a large grocery store, I also used the Chinese bakery opposite the mall several times. There was a cat cafe a five minute walk away with the largest, fluffiest cats imaginable. It is a small size so be prepared for that, however based on our research it was a similar amount as a basic hotel room without the self catering facilities. The person sleeping nearest the wall (me!) would have to shuffle to the end of the bed and shuffle along the 30cmish gap to get out. We didn't try to open the window to freshen up the room as we didn't want to alter the air con. The towel change is once a week, given how many showers were necessary we probably should have asked for clean towels in between, we did however ask and receive the extra toilet paper we needed for the duration of our stay. There is desk/table space for one and although adjustable I would have preferred a chair without armrests which meant the chair did not fit under the desk when not in use, so even less room to get past. It may be that all booking.com guests are given the fourth floor so be aware of that as no lift (which is clearly stated in other reviews anyway)

• Amelie (7/5): Good Studio - I spent 4 weeks in this Appartement. Novenas location to city center is okey, the bus takes around 40 minutes. Very small room, but got everything you need to prepare a small meal and sleep. Friendly staff and free drinking water in a small coworking space. The room was poorly soundproofed, other guests were quite loud sometimes. Bad smell from the drainage in the bathroom. No elevator.

• Yury (2/5): - This was by far the worst travel experience in a long while, starting with a lengthy back and forth trying to arrange a check-in after 7PM, took many messaging platforms, emails, phone calls, etc, to get anything out of them. I specifically booked a Premier Room for this trip, and on arrival they shoved me into a windowless stuido on the first floor, trying to gaslight me that I was "upgraded" because the shower had in my original room was broken. It took a lot more effort and arm-twisting to get any compensation out of them, making this overall a horrible experience that I'll never do business with Habyt at any location ever again.

• Shengxi (8/5): - The hotel was comfortable, but customer service needs to be improved. Especially, it was very concerning that no one at the front desk after 7 PM. This time, I left my key in the room and couldn't find a front desk staff to help me, Unfortunately, I had to leave for the airport at 6 AM the next morning，but the staff starts work at 10 AM. This meant I would not be able to retrieve my luggage until 10 AM and would have to sleep on the street. Finally, I found the emergency room card in the mailbox and retrieved my luggage, so I escaped the disaster safely.

Bed was hard, pillows uncomfortable. First night stains on bedsheets, staff were able to organise fresh sheets. Walls peeling, chips and black marks all over the wall. Water in shower not drying still wet in the morning, water from shower went all over the toilet as there was no door to prevent. Overall was a really gross and upsetting stay in SG, will never return to this hotel or recommend to anyone else.

Everything not in the right position My room is a triangle shape I paid upgraded end up all the so call better rooms are on ground floor very noisy as on Main Street. Ottima posizione x raggiungere comodamente qualsiasi punto della città con i mezzi pubblici. Stanza fresca e letto comodissimo, bellissimo bagno. Cucina perfetta x cucinare regolarmente. Appartamento x 2: solo 1 sedia. Abbiamo dovuto mangiare 1 seduto sul letto. Meglio pensare 2 sgabelli piuttosto. Solo 3 grucce in armadio, quindi ne abbiamo comprate un pack da 10 a 2S$ (pochissimo!)
• Edward (4/5): I won’t go back ever! - Location for me was perfect Basic but way over priced for what was offered. It is basically a bed with minimal facilities. It should be priced accordingly. The fact that there are no assistance after hours is poor. During a massive downpour of rain teller entire passage and entrance to the room was flooded. As this was Wally in the morning there was no one to assist. The attitude of management - quite insensitive to the client needs.
• Arthur (8/5): It’s clean and has all you need. - The room is clean, everything works, hot water comes on immediately and has everything that’s needed. Last year I stay here twice and both ton the second floor. I would have stayed a third time but I had a suitcase and this property has no elevator. This time I stayed for 6 nights and was put on the fourth floor. My knees did not appreciate it.

• Kyle Albert (10/5): Enjoyable and clean stay at Habyt! - The staff was friendly and approachable. We had a hiccup with our electrical system on our last night. They were able to provide us with great service by giving another room when they informed us that we the problem in our previous room could not be solved immediately. They were fast and efficient in providing us solutions. Thanks to the team! The only downside of Habyt is the lack of lifts. I think it will be wise to provide a preference of staying on the lower level especially when staying with younger children and older people.

• Jovelyn (9/5): our stay was worth the while, maybe next time i’ll book a bigger room. - it’s short distance to malls, convenient stores and hawker centers. the hotel is situated in between two mrt stations and is just a bus away. the hotel only cleans once a week. we stayed for 5nights and sometimes i feel the urge to change sheets myself. the floor needs sweeping, maybe if there is available broom nearby i don’t mind sweeping it myself. also there is no lift, so me and my partner were out of breath carrying our luggage.
