- Disha (7/5): Good -
- Novisi (5/5): Passable -
- Ernesto (8/5): Very good -
- Oleksandra (7/5): Good - The noise from street. All day and all night
- Amira (5/5): Passable - The location was good, easy to commute. The beds were uncomfortable. I was on a bottom bunk and the top bunk was so low it wasn't possible to sit up. Other beds in the room were higher, but the staff refused to let me switch, even though several people had already checked out. It was also very loud due to the street noise, and since there was no A/C, the windows had to be open all the time.
- Anonymous (9/5): This is my second time here, I loved it 🥰 - For breakfast i would like to have more food to choose from, but otherwise okay:)
Location is perfect, near the kings cross and pancras stations
- Anonymous (2/5): Very poor -

- Kevin (9/5): Superb - Great location as heading out early on the eurostar and went to the water rats bar the night before which was just up road. Great coffee at the hostel cafe. Managed to check in a little earlier which saved us money. Food places nearby. Shared dorm with bathroom but only with 2 others and the bunks didnt squeak so you didnt notice others there Area noisy but we were so tired didnt stop us sleeping
- Victor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joseph (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nina (8/5): Very good - Very central. The wobbly bunkbed.
- Tom (10/5): Exceptional -
- Meg (7/5): Good -
- Lewis (7/5): Mixed bag - Great location. Very nice staff The room was in sufferably warm,
- Antoine (7/5): Good -
- Tiana (6/5): Pleasant - Great location right near St Pancras station. Having a coffee shop downstairs was also great. The shower drains didn’t appear to be functioning properly. Each time I used the shower, water would quickly pool at the base due to clogging. I often had to turn the water off mid-shower to let it drain before continuing. Because of a buildup in the drain (likely hair and other debris), this material would sometimes resurface when the water backed up.
- Anna (7/5): Good -
- Po-min (7/5): Overall it's a ok hostel consider how much I paid. - The location is brilliant! Friendly staff and very efficient check-in, good enough bathroom (I stayed in a 5 people room) The room is very hot for summer in London, 5 people share a small fan, but to be fair that's maybe the common issue in London, I just wish we have two fans in the room. The bed and the pillow was really flat and not comfy at all, it's hard to fall asleep with the combination of the bed and the temperature there. Just one thing got improved would be better.
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ibrahem (10/5): nice quiet place.. - receptionist was sweet and caring. room was good with a shower n toilet. location is great. staff is helpful..
- Antony (8/5): Good location near to King's cross station. - It's very close to the St. Pancras and Kings Cross station, 5-6 minute walk time. Super location. No curtain for each bed for the privacy and only a white sheet provided as the cover.
- Christian (9/5): Superb -
- Ruth (3/5): Poor - Nothing Bunk beds at price of hotel room, noise
- Christian (9/5): Superb -
- Vanessa (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, simple, quick check in, location is unbeatable and value for money great. Bed privacy curtains would be perfect
- Kimberly (8/5): - Loved it Would stay again. Very convenient.
- Marjan (7/5): Good -
- Cabrera (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wouter (7/5): Decent simple hostel - The rooms are quite simple but the hostel is fine. There is a locker to put away your stuff.
- Katherine (6/5): Pleasant - Very clean and well maintained. Close to Kings Cross/ St Pancras and Euston stations. Lockers are not very useful (actually flat cages under the beds, can’t fit luggage in them and they just take up space where luggage could hide).
No doona or blanket provided, just a sheet (TBF it was quite hot in the room).
- Kevin (9/5): Superb - all and relax lounge nothin
- Chiara (1/5): Terrible - Location is fantastic, is possible reaching every location with 5 minutes walk and few stops of tube. We booked a private room hoping for a comfortable stay, but it was truly terrible. The mattresses were covered in plastic, causing us to sweat profusely even when the room wasn't warm. The absence of even a basic fan made the heat and humidity unbearable, and we barely slept. We tried opening the window, but the noise from outside was so disruptive it made sleep impossible. However, with the windows closed, the room became incredibly hot and stuffy. Adding to our discomfort, the room was noticeably dirty and had an unpleasant smell. We had booked for two nights but had to leave after the first because the conditions made it impossible to get any rest.
- Maria (2/5): Too hot, slow staff - Location Staff were very slow to check both myself and my friends group in to the room, weren’t very friendly and were speaking to each other as if we weren’t there. The room was boiling hot, the fan was broken, when asked for a replacement fan we were given a rickety noisy and very weak one.
- Christianah (8/5): Very good -
- Martin (8/5): Great location friendly and helpful staff - Hotel was easy to find. Reception staff and indeed all staff were very helpful. As an added bonus, there was a secure area to lock up bicycles. Not the hotel's fault but being opposite St Pancras International where there is a lot of construction work currently, it was very noisy through the night. I wouldn't dock the hotel any stars for this because it's not their fault. Also, they provided a huge fan which masked much of the noise as well as keeping us cool.
- Amine (7/5): Good -
- William (8/5): Very good - SO convenient.
Was trying to look elsewhere, but had to lower my class of hotel when I found London hotels doubled their prices on Saturdays.
Wife & I shared a 4 bed bunk room with a pleasant Japanese lad who had only been in the UK for a couple of months. Nill.
- Passamonti (8/5): Very good -
- Divya (10/5): Exceptional - Location, staff and facilities.
- Isabelle (9/5): A great value for money hostel in the heart of London - I always stay here when I'm in London for 1 or 2 nights. It's so convenient and fairly priced. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the wifi speedy and the cafe/bar downstairs is great.
- Goma (6/5): Stay was lovely, staff were great, check in was easy, location close to King’s Cross & Euston - The staff were very friendly. Check in was straight forward. The location is great as it close to King’s Cross St Pancras station and Euston station. The the bedding was clean and single bed and mattress were okay for me. The bathrooms could be cleaned better, but they are alright. Just bring some flip flops to use in the bathroom/shower.
- Anonymous (9/5): Great hostel - The room was good, with lockers and a fan. The shower was clogged.
- Giulia (5/5): Not Recommended - Location: PERFECT. 3 mins from the tube station
Staff: VERY NICE. kind and always ready to help. Unfortunately it's a big disappointment.
It's not properly structured to be a hostel, what I mean is:
- not having hooks in the right places (rooms and bathrooms),
-lockers make horrible sounds because they are in metal so at any point of the night and day you can't rest
- no fan or Aircon, it's so damn hot and you cannot open the window fully (suicide block and extremely loud on the street)
- Shared bathroom outside in the common areas has 1 toilet, 1 sink, 1 shower that's it. You constantly have to wait your turn
- the room is in really poor quality, in terms of painting, lockers, furniture, bunk beds... It feels almost abandoned.
Other issues:
- my bed lamp wasn't working, because light bulb was missing, shouldn't maintenance check before a guest arrives (had to wait the day after to get it fixed
pillow super thin, hardly a pillow.
- the shared bathroom, inside the shared bunk bed room gets cleaned once a day, and never early in the morning so it's smells and is not feasible to be used - imagine 8 people showering and using one toilet (consider that because the shower drain is clogged all the water floods the toilet) - NOT CLEAN too my standards
- as above, too hot to stay in for the summer - I sweated all night - no fan no Aircon. Super small room with 8 people breathing.
Last but not least, now everything you need extra you need to pay for, I can understand the padlock and the towel - all over the world is like that - but that you charge also storing the luggage is a bit TOO MUCH in my opinion. Today I paid 4ÂŁ for a luggage and I said can you keep my back pack and they wanted extra 3ÂŁ.
Unbelievable cheap attitude.
I wouldn't come back unless they would improve tonnes.
- Chesca (7/5): Great hostel - Great location, 3min walk from King's cross St Pancreas.
- you can leave your luggage there after check out for ÂŁ2 (medium bag).
- VERY clean, cleanest hostel I've ever been in.
- Quiet
- Big bathroom with toilet and sink and shower (woman's shared dorm)
- Friendly staff.
- Sockets on the wall by each bed It was SO hot, there was a fan but unfortunately it only made noise and there was no cold air coming from it and being in a 6 person dorm with no open windows, you really need a working fan.
- Charlene (5/5): Great location but wouldn’t return. - Location was a 5 minute walk from King’s Cross so great & staff were pleasant No duvet, bed old, no hangers, wardrobe was a locker, bed sheet had blood on it (not mine!) so had to go down to exchange it at nearly midnight when making the bed after coming in late and then wait for a replacement, room was as hot as the centre of the sun which explained the lack of duvet, window didn’t close so loud traffic outside all night, shower water ran out all over the bathroom rather than down the drain, luggage lockers didn’t work so had to leave bag behind reception all day not securely locked away. Paid over £120 for a bad experience for one night!
- Laysse (7/5): Good -
- Christiane (6/5): Pleasant - The property was good. Hostel style, but open bunkers, numbered but no curtains.
Unfortunately one person decided to reorganise her whole luggage throughout the night keeping the light in her corner on. It was noisy and very disturbing with the light. My first room and bed I was given was already occupied. So I had to relocate to another room.
- Bryn (4/5): The Pros and Cons of a London Hostel - The staff was nice, it was clean, the little shelves on the bed, are actually rare as it turns out, they're very practical. The shower was too small, so we're the cupboards, I couldn't fit my rucksack, investing in lockers might be worth it, it was right next to the main road so at night you couldn't sleep much at all, I can't really blame that on them at all but if there was air con, then we could have shut the window
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Rebecca (8/5): Very good -
- Yash (8/5): Very good -
- Meurs (7/5): Good -
- Davies (8/5): Very good - Lovely communal area and spacious en-suite bathroom Too noisy outside (I wanted to close the window but others were too hot)
- Terry (6/5): Adequate -
- Mehdi (8/5): Good place for discovering London at your own pace - I really liked the location and cleanliness of the hostel. It’s very well connected, whether you want to get to central London or to the airport. Super convenient and easy to get around. The hostel was nice overall, but it wasn’t very social. There weren’t really any activities or events to help travelers meet each other, which was a bit disappointing for someone traveling solo.
- D (7/5): Good - Friendly staff, excellent location (for the nearby train stations). Surely impossible to get better than this in central London at the price paid. The building is not so good in very hot weather. Also, the bathrooms were not in very good condition.
- Anonymous (8/5): nice hostel. great location. - second time staying at this pleasant and centrally located hostel. few minutes walk from euston train station. not too far away from the great camden market area also. great value hostel for london. rooms are good. facilities are good. nothing to see here.
- Anne (7/5): Good -
- Blokeproof (10/5): Exceptional - Check in and check out.
Shower was clean, with plenty hot water. I requested a floor level bunk, but wasn't allocated one. Since it was only one night, I didn't request a change.
Lockers were broken, but reception mentioned on checkout that the entire hostel was due to undergo a refurb in the coming weeks.
- Nelson (2/5): Very poor - It's hard to like anything when you sleep with bedbugs. Bed with bedbugs.
- Henrietta (10/5): Great Stay - Great stay Okay
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Henrietta (10/5): Great Stay - Great Stay Okay
- Sanako (7/5): Good -
- Fernando (9/5): Superb - Great Location across St Pancras International. Staff was friendly. They assigned a top bed, and they changed me to a lower bed when I asked. The bed was ok. It had a metal frame, so it was noisy and was moving a lot when the person on top was moving too much. The shower drain was clogged. Towel not included. You had to pay ÂŁ3. There were signs promoting travelers to meet other travelers, but I was in a room with 2 other people who were not travelers. It looked like they were in London for work. They were very respectful and quiet and minding their own business. However, the fact that they were not travelers changed the vibe of the atmosphere completely.
- Bennett (9/5): Superb -
- Sarah (5/5): Disappointed with bed and room, loved the location. - The location was excellent for trains. The beds. Just not as comfortable and modern as other places I’ve stayed for the same price. Ones that had privacy screens and convenient charging points of all sizes. The duvet was scratchy and plastic. The room was warm without good air circulation.
- Simon (10/5): Exceptional -

- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Godwin (7/5): Good -
- Kai (9/5): Superb -
- Joshua (9/5): Superb -
- Christianah (8/5): Very good -
- Simon (10/5): - Its the best hostel I've stayed in in london
- Jason (10/5): Great service and was allocated a whole room to myself - Great stay as usual, and got extra special treatment due to being a regular customer, including a 50% discount on a snack I purchased, and being allocated bed 1 in room 101 which was a 4-bed room where I was the only occupier. I basically had a whole room to myself with a fantastic view of King's Cross.
- Kuo (8/5): Nice and convenient - Nice location Too hot in summer
- Kai (8/5): The location and price were low but the lack of wardrobes is awful. - They kept arrange me in the upper bond because I don’t ext-rally pay the fee though the lower bound is empty. The wardrobe wasn’t sufficient which I couldn’t lock my belongings.
- I-hsuan (6/5): Pleasant -
- Nicoletta (1/5): Bad - I had no idea it was a room in a unisex dorm with 6 people sharing one bathroom! I arrived & asked not to stay. Staff refused to refund me. Not fair.
- Yolina (9/5): Superb -
- Jason (10/5): Great stay as per usual - Great stay as usual with clean facilities and accommodating staff.
- Zoe (3/5): Poor -
- Jonathan (5/5): Passable - Location can't be beat. There is no air conditioning; in the summer months this makes sleeping difficult (and the smell of a roomful of strangers harder to bear).
- Anna (9/5): Superb -
- Julie (8/5): Very good -
- Muhammad (9/5): Superb - The drain was clogged after check-in, the staff immediately responded to the complaint by putting the drain cleaner for unclogging.
- Kim (8/5): Great location - Great location Talk of renovation has gone on for so long ,there is no certainty when and if it will be temporarily closed.
Overpriced for this stay
- Paul (1/5): Bad -
- Rose (10/5): Noche in London - Very good Hostel nice nad clean I am was there before and back again very closed the St Pancras Station, perfect for take train. Staff very attentive High recommended. Nothing
