The two major selling points for this property are its prime location and the exceptional service. The hotel’s location is outstanding. The convenience to get to eating, dining, and all the other places of interest around the city is unparalleled—everything you could want to see or do is within easy walking distance. This saved so much time and made exploring the city incredibly easy. Beyond the perfect location, the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, helpful, and highly accommodating throughout my entire trip. They genuinely went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. I must give special thanks to a few individuals who truly made a difference: Shediah, Shelsie, Mickiesha, and Nissandro. Each of them helped me out every step of the way with a kind word, a helpful suggestion, or just ensuring a smooth experience. I am truly grateful for their professionalism and warmth. - Shaniqua (8/5): Elements is a MUST! - Very centralized to the floating bridge, Curaçao and Dushi signs, markets, souvenir shops and more. Great location. The staff was AMAZING! Eesh literally walked me to the street to assist me with the parking setup and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Chelsea was great as well and the housekeepers were helpful and had great energy. The rooftop bar was such a good time Friday and Saturday. The restaurant downstairs is delicious and has great ambiance. Jose is delightful and kind. I would definitely stay here again!

- Anthony (6/5): - Decent hotel.. Ish on the front desk should be used as a model for exceptional customer service. Super smiley, goes above and beyond and an absolute pleasure to encounter. The staff up on the pool deck early evening - not so much. Not even eye contact, let alone a hello... but I guess they are too cool for that. Be aware, certainly on the Friday & Saturday night that I stayed there, there was loud pumping music which permeates into the rooms until around midnight. Other than that - decent hotel and the steak & seafood restaurant on the ground floor was great. Spot on customer service and delicious food.

- Tyrell (8/5): - Pros: - Extremely convenient location to the downtown/tourist areas (Punda, short walk to bridge to Otrabanda). Good for a solo traveler or anyone not planning to rent a car. - The property has some food/bar options which is a plus, especially the rooftop bar that’s a vibe from Thursday-Saturday especially. - Staff were always friendly both at the front desk and throughout the common areas Cons: - The carpet in the hallway on the 3rd floor was quite dirty which was off-putting but nothing crazy as long as you have shoes I suppose. - They have a nice DND/clean room system which was adhered to all but once where my room wasn’t cleaned for the day. The staff did an alright job cleaning but did not replace the comforter for the duration of my 6 night stay, not sure where it was communicated that this is the expectation but this would be the only hotel I’ve encountered like that. - The music from the rooftop can be loud but not an issue if you’re not in your room much from around 4pm to 11:30-midnight. Overall, Elements is a solid pick if you want to be close to the touristy areas and explore for the first time, but as a returning traveler I’d probably stay elsewhere.

The hotel is in downtown so you have a lot of walkable options for restaurants, shops, casino, and landmarks.
- Michel (4/5): - I usually enjoy Elements, where I have stayed (I believe) 4 times before. This time I was given room 214, which is below the toilet next to the lobby, where I was able to hear every single flush. Extremely noisy. Within 5 minutes I requested another room, but according to the reception none was available. Customers should be made aware that 214 is not similar to the others

However the hotel could use some updating, there are zero phones in the room, the chairs in our were soiled. We explained the concerns to the staff and they asked if we had the service call light on? Well staff that was not explained to us upon check in. I explained it was just an FYI before the next guest arrives. Casada is on the rooftop, but just know that you will not get any sleep until they close. If you’re 40 and up I would not recommend staying at Element. Expedia stated VIP, I received the same treatment as any other guest, so I need Expedia define the VIP process in detail.

- Padmini Julie (8/5): - The hotel is ideally situated in the town, within walking distance from restaurants, stores and the Queen Emma Bridge. Within the hotel there are three restaurants Cascada restaurant on the rooftop with great views, ZOH restaurant and Mar & Tierra restaurant, there is also a cigar & wine lounge, tea shop locatedon the ground floor. Staff are friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the room also has a mini fridge. My only negative comment is thst some of the towels are old and consideration should be given to changing them out.

- Leslie (10/5): Gem - We loved our stay at this boutique Hotel! The people are outstanding! So friendly and accommodating and helpful. The rooftop deck was so fun and the food delicious. Don’t miss the happy hour drink specials! We have stayed in a lot of hotels and this hotel is up there with the most comfortable beds, and we had the best sleep. The shower is huge refreshing, and we love the extra eco-friendly features of the hotel nothing wasted we would absolutely stay here again. I would recommend it to anyone front counter staff or especially helpful.

It’s in a great, safe area and within walking distance to many of the country’s main attractions, which made exploring super convenient. The rooms are basic but functional, and the overall cleanliness was okay. What really stood out was the staff ,they were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The hotel also has a pool, which was a nice bonus after a day out. Overall, it’s a workable option for travelers looking for a well-located and friendly place to stay.

- Jose (10/5): - The overall attention of the staff, the recommendations they offered, made the stay a perfect moment. If you have a rental car, you'll need local coins. There are parking meters in the area near the hotel, and the hours are Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. There's a Flowbird app, but we couldn't get it to work. An additional note: you can deposit money (1 florin per hour), and you can deposit it the day before, so you don't have to go before 8 a.m. to add coins. If you're staying for several days and need to do laundry, there's a laundromat half a block away where washing and drying are very quick and the staff is super friendly.

- Mani (6/5): - Let’s started with the first impression of this hotel when I arrived, I arrived 15:22, I see the check in time is 4pm but there’s no one at the front desk to greet us as you see on the last photo. When one lady arrives she didn’t say hello or welcome, she used unfriendly tone to talk to me “ checking in ? Have a seat “ I was shocked and almost walked out but because the booking was non- refundable and I only booked for one night so I was just going to stay one night and leave a negative review to express my disappointment. Next thing , the bed is very soft wrinkles and some stain on the walls and bed sheets, there’s no toothpaste or soap provided in the bathroom except toilet paper, not the good quality. And next thing the towels looks old and dirty. The next day I asked them for pool towel around 8am , the front desk said “ ALL RAN OUT” . We actually booked for another night even with the bad experience because of the convenience of location, that’s the only thing good about this hotel is you can walk to all the tourists area and it’s safe . Last thing is the rooftop bar, the food was disappointed and overpriced, they required reservations but didn’t meet the standards, and it’s for public which means so you will meet some rude people from outside. Anyway I won’t choose this hotel again because of the lady gave me bad taste of first impression, please treat your guests with a smile and simple a hello with ease the stress of long day travel. gentleman at check out was great.

However, we felt like there were minor things that were sacrificed in order to keep the price decent. Like there was not AC in the elevator and sometimes the hallways, the sink in our bathroom would take a long time to drain. However, the staff was really helpful and accommodating. They did a great job.

Root top bar is a plus, gets busy during fireworks, make reservations!! Room has fridge, plenty of water, and coffee refills. Loved balcony and view of water. Mirror in our bathroom was strange. Way too high. I’m 5ft 5in and could only see from about my nose up. Luckily my friend had portable mirror with her. Would stay here again .

Comfortable soft top beds Armani was an amazing front staff member Close to the Old Market Overall amazing stay Only downside was the en suite bathroom is attached with a sliding door, most likely for ventilation purposes, so very environmentally friendly but not privacy focused.
- Trond (8/5): - The property is in a good location and has tons of potential. Went upstairs to the pool and ALL THE FURNITURE WAS DAMAGED. It was really an eye sore for the property. The interior of the rooms were nice, the staff are nice beautiful people, but they need a better after hours process. You receive a form with a WhatsApp number to call for issues/ emergencies. They did not pick up AT ALL. If these minor issues are fixed then it can be a Gem!
- Cynthia (6/5): - I like that you can walk the city and across the bridge. The breakfast service ans food wete great at Mar and Tierra. Syagfveas great and everyone in the city is friendly. The facilitys however seemed a little unclean and had bad furniture . On one occasion the elevator had fish blood on the floor. Not a few drops. A couple splahes. So it smelles gorrible and got on the shoes which you then had to take into your room. My room had an ac drip over one of the cabinets to store clothes so it was not functional . The tv had issues with volume . The beds where horrible quality . Some parts felt like the entire springs were missing. Just holes scattered in a thin matteress . The bed only had 1 loose sheet covering the mattress. And the bathroom door did not close and was a sliding door. I wouldn't recommend even though it close to the city and has great staff. It does not makw up foe the low quality overall in the rooms.

- Cecilia (8/5): - Parking was not included in stay. We had to pay the meter between the hours of 8am-6pm, expect Sundays are free, meaning we had to get up out our sleep to go pay the meter to not get booted and finding a spot was not always easy and they had no coins for us at the hotel. The rooftop is ridiculous, all the furniture is old, ratty, and dirty. Not at all what the pictures look like. Overall though: room was clean, when did interact with staff, they were very pleasant and the location is good but place could us a sprucing up.

- Lotte (10/5): - We enjoyed our one night stay at Elements. The staff was very friendly and check in was simple. Quite convenient to many restaurants and shops. The A/C worked great and kept us cool all night (hard to find that sometimes). We were on the 1st floor, which isn’t actually ground level, we did hear some noise from the band playing across the street but it wasn’t late or enough to bother us. The small rooftop pool is a nice touch, with a lot of seating. We enjoyed our drinks at the bar up there as well. We would definitely stay again when returning to the island.

- Orlando (10/5): - I enjoyed this hotel as it was very central. My only issue is with the parking. It’s public parking so you have to drive around until you find a space and pay the meter constantly. If not, your car will get booted. Otherwise great hotel as it was very central to the Emma bridge and close to a lot of attractions. Very modern bathroom too which I liked.
- Rachel (6/5): - The hotel is in a walkable district with lots of shops & restaurants. The staff was courteous, friendly, and very accommodating. The pmeter pay parking was very stressful and inconvenient. The pool was not exactly as described, it was too small. There was no walkable beach. Unfortunately, we left early to find a more relaxing accommodations.
- Yee Ting (8/5): - The hotel is right in the center of the city. Everything is in walking distance. Dont need a car. Great location. The floor in the room is not properly clean. When walk barefoot in the room you can feel your foot is dirty. Also the a/c is not cooling properly. Although you set the temp. to 16°c the room remain 21°C. I've reported tobtge F/D the issue remain the same. Just wish the room could have be more colder.

I enjoyed the stay here would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. The area was very safe always lively and very close to liming areas as well as restaurants. Curacao owes me nothing.
- Jerry (10/5): - I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I was here on a solo trip. The room was very clean. I thought the hotel was clean and well kept. I appreciated that they came and cleaned the room everyday and changed the sheets, towels, etc. The hotel is located in a convenient location. It is walkable to many different restaurants and shops. The staff were very nice and helpful! Be mindful you might hear noise at night, however that didn’t bother me at all. The hotel does provide earplugs if the noise gets too much for you. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again!

La ubicacion es excepcional para disfrutar la noche, para las playas si hay que moverse en auto. La terraza del hotel es la estrella de las noches. Super agradable todo.
- Alex Keith Don (10/5): - This hotel is a great place to stay for your visit to Curaçao. The location is ideal and a couple minutes walk to the Floating Bridge, where there are many restaurants and shops in the immediate area. I love the 3 restaurants located in site as well as the rooftop pool that is a great addition. The room is quite a nice place to sleep and freshen up. I would recommend it to anyone staying in Curaçao.
- Kyra (10/5): - Staff is really helpful and amazing. They also hooked us up with a taxi driver since we weren’t renting a car, and service was very good! Additionally the location of the hotel is 10/10 and you can walk to most restaurants and shops in Willemstad. It’s also a close drive to the beaches in Curaçao which makes it convenient for day trips to the shore. Highlyyy recommend :)
- John (4/5): - Location was nice and central, but parking was a bit of a pain: outdoor street parking with coin machines, or you can use a poorly designed App to pay (app did not work for me). Room was clean and staff were nice, but hotel is VERY noisy, especially Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights (nightclub on roof). No shade on balconies or rooftop so these areas are basically unusable during the day (too hot).

- Carleen (10/5): - The staff were very friendly and helpful. Elick from the bar made me feel at home every time. The only downside for me was the breakfast options. It is very limited especially for a 5 days stay. Even though it’s well prepared and tasty after the second day you can get fed up. But overall I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay again.

- Kristine (2/5): Poorly maintained and impossible to sleep - This is not a 4 star hotel. It’s not clean and poorly maintained. In addition there was loud music till after midnight and also noice during the night.
- Merelyn Nicholls (6/5): - This property is nicely located, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The lady that checked us is was very welcoming and cordial. Room at first seemed nice. However, during the 2 nighte we spent there, we encountered 3 little bugs (looked like baby roaches) on the nightstands. Bathroom was dirty with mold, very cheap toilet paper. The hotel should inform guests (prior to checking in or while booking) that they do not have their own parking facility.

- Lori (8/5): Perfect for us. - We spent 5 nights here and it was perfect for us. We like a soft bed and the one at Elements was like a cloud. The AC was a great relief when it felt like 104 in the afternoons. There was the parties from the roof but the sound didn’t bother us on the 2nd floor. Location was perfect for exploring the town and the parking garage next door is where we put our car rental. It’s not luxury but it was what we were looking for.
