• Angel Manuel (7/5): Buena estancia - Hotel nuevo en el centro de Sal Rei, probablemente de lo mejor en el centro. Cercano a bares, restaurantes , supermercado y a la playa Taxis disponibles siempre a la puerta. No había ruido en el interior por pasillos. Cama cómoda En general limpio y cómodo La habitación aunque era espaciosa, le faltaba un sofá o algo para rellenar. Armario sin puertas ni cajones, por lo que estaba todo a la vista. La ducha del baño con mampara de un solo cristal a ras de suelo lo q hacía que saliera el agua por fuera al menor descuido. El desayuno , un poco repetitivo, todos los días la misma fruta al igual que el dulce. La piscina en la 4ª planta , muy pequeña, bar cerrado y al hacer viento allí arriba se notaba más, por lo que no la usamos, y normalmente no había nadie. La zona de gimnasio, se limitaba a tres máquinas. No se ve el mar desde el balcón, desde mi balcón se veía la gasolinera y al ser una calle principal y no estar bien insonorizado había ruido de coches por la mañana temprano.

Die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Anliegen wurden direkt erledigt. Unser Zimmer hattet den Balkon zum Innenhof, mit direktem Blick auf eine Baustelle

• Lisa (9/5): Séjour très sympa - Le personnel est très gentil et essaie de répondre au mieux à nos demandes. Chambre bien entretenue et qui sent toujours très bon. Petit déjeuner tres copieux et bon dans l'ensemble. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. On le recommande J'aurai aimé du shampooing et de la crème pour le corps. Mais c'est un détail. 2 lits simples à la place d'un lit double. Très confortable mais pas pratique en couple. Ça aurai été un plus que l'établissement nous donne des conseils sur les activités à faire sur l'ile voir nous en propose.

Bei Fragen zu möglichen Informationen über und der Insel war leider keine zu Hilfe zu erwarten. Lieber wurde zu viert geratscht, als eine Unterstützung angeboten. Das Frühstück war leider jeden Tag das selbe. Wer sich bewusst und gesund ernähren möchte, ist leider hier an der falschen Stelle.

• John Kevin (7/5): Breakfast felt quite basic and a coffee machine would be a great addition to improve the morning experience. - I had a pleasant stay at Oasis White Hotel. The hotel has a modern design, a relaxed atmosphere, and a very convenient location close to the beach and the center of Santa Maria. The rooms were comfortable and the staff friendly, making it a great option for a relaxed stay on the island. Breakfast felt quite basic and a coffee machine would be a great addition to improve the morning experience.
• Marie Françoise (9/5): Bel hotel - La chambre spacieuse bien au calme avec un hotel situe a 300m de la plage est un atout. Le personnel est adorable, et le buffet petit dejeuner varie et copieux. On trouve tout pres de petits restaurants et certaons permettent de prendre des repas les pieds dans le sable. A recomander La piscine est un petit caisson qui ne permet pas de nager et le traitement de l eau est hyper chlore...peu d espace autour du bassin...et le personnel qui devrait etre present pour prendre un verre est quasi invisible. La vue est degagee mais la ville est en chantier avec bon nombre d immeubles en construction. SAL REY est sur la voie touristique mais il reste beaucoup a faire...y aller avec un esprit baroudeur ou sportif s impose. Lieu vente et avec des courants lors des baignades sui peuvent se reveler dangereux. Prudence oblige.

• Bruna Remelgado (8/5): - Quarto grande, espaçoso. O ar-condicionado estava avariado, mas logo no dia o técnico foi ao quarto arranjar. A limpeza dos quartos é feita todos os dias por funcionárias fantásticas, muito atenciosas. Pequeno-almoço completo e muito bom. Poucas espreguiçadeiras na piscina. Bar só funciona por pedido ao telefone. Hotel só oferece duas águas no quarto, podiam ter uma oferta mais variada. Tem um mini-frigorifico, mas não é muito potente. A zona do ginásio é pequena e alguns equipamentos não estão a funcionar.

• Scholz (9/5): - Ein sehr modernes und sauberes Hotel in der Nähe vom Strand. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, man kann am letzten Tag das Gepäck dort lassen und nach einem Strandbesuch sogar noch duschen. Die Terasse mit Pool war auch sehr angenehm. Wir waren im obersten Stockwerk und in unserem Zimmer war die Klimaanlage des Hotels sehr stark zu hören obwohl unsere eigene Anlage ausgeschaltet war.

• Nency (9/5): The service, cleanliness and location of the hotel is splendid! - The hotel was splendid, the rooms were clean, the employees were very kind. It has a nice swimmingpool in the 4th floor, breakfast is very tasty, the restaurant is open for lunch and diner as well and the bar was open in the evening. The beach is very closeby and also the restaurants. The hotel is located in the middle of everything what happens locally, that makes it very nice and full of joy. cannot mention anything!

• Naomi (7/5): - Location was great (5 min walk from the beach and most of the restaurants), supermarket on the other side of the street, lovely staff, breakfast is great! Pool was too cold to use :( Mostly the view of the balcony was bad, bar on the rooftop was almost all the time closed and when ordering there it takes a long while before receiving your order.

• Tímea T. (8/5): Ár-érték arányban remek szállás - Tágas szoba nagy erkéllyel. Jó elhelyezkedésű a szálloda. A fürdőszobában bidé is volt. A reggeli nem változatos, de bőséges és mindig volt cachupa! A medence pici, de nagyon hangulatos, a napozóágyak kényelmesek voltak. A szoba kicsit lelakott, a matrac két kis matrac összetolva, nem pedig egy nagy. Utcafronti szobában voltunk, kora reggeltől nagy volt a forgalom. A hajszárítót külön kell kérni.

• Elizabeth (3/5): Poor customer service - Once I was finally given the keys to my room, it was to a decent standard and reasonably easy to get around. I requested an early check-in and that message was ignored. When I arrived at 11:30am, they told me to wait in the lobby while they made up my room. To summarise, my room was ready at 15:30, half an hour after their stayed check-in time. They could have just told me early check-in was unavailable. I then decided to request a later check-out and that was agreed with the front desk. I decided to double check the validity of my key on checkout day and they hadn't applied the late checkout to my key, so one of the managers fixed this. When I returned to the hotel to check out before the agreed time, I was accosted by staff who told me they had been knocking telling me to check out - they hadn't applied the late checkout even though two members of staff had agreed to this. They confirmed this was the case and still, somehow, tried to shift responsibility even though I received no calls or messages. They then sprung on a late checkout charge that was never discussed and one of the women at the front desk changed her version of events to cover her back, knowing she didn't follow procedure. They decided to waive it as I made clear my dissatisfaction with the service from the moment I arrived (during this encounter, my taxi was waiting outside for more than 15 mins as I had expected to be in and out). This all happened on my birthday so the poor communication between staff and disorganisation is not worth the hassle of staying at the hotel.

Hotel très bien placé à 3 mn à pied de la plage d'Estoril qui est vraiment belle avec plein de petits resto de plages. l'hotel est également dans le centre de Sal rei, nous avons diné tous les soirs dans différents restos sympas. jamais dîné ou déjeuné au resto de l'hotel. nous avons fait 3 excursions top avec l'hotel ce qui nous a permis de bien voir Boa Vista qui est magnifique par la variété de ses paysages quelques fois gâchés par les gros resorts mais il n'y en a pas trop encore. très facile de se déplacer de l'hôtel , plein de taxis ( à bas prix) et d'aluguers. on a pu se débrouiller vraiment bien. Boa Vista est très belle et interessante. les chambres sont grandes et spacieuses. la vue depend de la localisation. nous avions vu sur la station essence mais vraiment pas un probleme. Nous étions au 4eme à l'étage de la petite piscine. Propreté des murs de la chambre, notamment des plafonds ( salle de bain) Propreté des draps mais cela a été changé rapidement.

• Veronique (9/5): Fijn hotel, centrale locatie - Perfect centraal gelegen. Heerlijk grote kamer met een fijne douche. Alles is super netjes. Ontbijt is heel uitgebreid en wordt continu aangevuld. Het uitzicht dat wij hadden was niet geweldig, maar dat komt ook doordat er op de locatie van het hotel niet heel veel meer te zien valt dan de straat. Van de andere hotelkamers hoorden we niets, maar vanaf straat is het gehorig.

• Alicia Collard (8/5): - La gentillesse du personnel, l'emplacement parfait en plein centre de Sal Rei et à proximité de tout, le petit dej est copieux et varié (buffet) Énormément de bruit la nuit dans les rues et on entends beaucoup dans la chambre... une nuit la fête dans les rues était en route jusque 5h30 du matin, c'était comme si elle se passait en dessous de l'hôtel... L'eau de la douche était chaude très peu de temps, il fallait faire vite. Même s'il faisait chaud, on apprécie une douche chaude, surtout quand on a un enfant...
