- Jazmin (8/5): Good - It was a good experience overall. It’s a very nice place and the staff is friendly, however, my room was not cleaned once in 7 days that I was there. I wasn’t even offered new towels. Despite of that, I enjoyed my stay!
- FRANK (6/5): - Good facility overall. Wasn't impressed with the room cleaning service - they only clean before and after your stay, unless you are staying more than one month. That should be improved.

- Yuki (10/5): - 要改善） ・シャワーの後はトイレの下まで水浸しで翌日も乾かないので濡れてる面積は広がっていく。3泊で出たからいいけど… ・エアコンの温度設定が23℃までしか上がらない部屋で、部屋の変更のために係の人と一緒にレセプションや別の部屋のエアコンの確認に付いて回らされ1時間くらい取られた。 ・洗濯機はあるのにハンガーも物干しもない。1度揃えればそうそう買い替えはないだろうからそれくらい揃えればいいのに。あとできればドライヤーも。これも中華屋なら5ユーロくらいからあると思うし。 注意点）不満ではないが、洗濯機は有料（2.75ユーロ、乾燥別。）

- Sylvain (10/5): - Studio avec terrasse, très propre et parfait pour un voyageur solo. Espace cuisine avec micro-ondes evier et frigo. Le lieu est facilement accessible par tramway pour aller dans le centre (comptez quand même quelques arrêts) Juste au milieu entre l'aéroport et le centre historique.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Service and Lack of Care let it down - This place could be really good, but like other student accommodation stays, the service completely lets this place down. Check in was good, however, from here it went downhill a bit. The corridors are clean and modern, and finished to a high standard. The room itself is good also, the mattress is okay, and, for a single traveller, the bed is a good size. The bad side is this place is run with completely the wrong mentality. I asked for another pillow as I am a broad shouldered bloke and I sleep on my side. The two pillows they provided were IKEA budget pillows, and completely shot to pieces, lumpy and not supportive. When I asked for another one from reception, I was lied to, as the staff member said the cleaner would bring one up. This never arrived and I write this now with neck pain and aching. They also do not use pillow protectors, so you are basically sleeping on someone else's pillow, drool and dust mites included. The staff are also not helpful. I asked for some extra toiletries as I was staying for five nights and had ran out. I was told that 'this is a hostel' and 'you are expected to manage this yourself'. Funny, because it is not listed as a hostel on hotel sites, and it certainly is more expensive than a hostel. I was amazed and embarrassed that I had to ask for toilet paper. Cleaning of rooms does not happen, and changing linen once a week when the temperature is 40 degrees outside is also not hygienic. Take some care, it could be a great place!

Two small inconveniences: - when I arrived and they gave me the key card, it didn't work, and I had to go back and forth 4 times, then it turned out that the room that they gave me is already taken. So they gave me another key. - the check out at 10 is quite early :(

- Sarah Isabel (8/5): - Saubere, neu eingerichtete einfacher Unterkunft. Tolles Fitness Studio. Besteck und Geschirr abgezählt. Aber das nötigste vorhanden. In der Nähe ist ein großer Supermarkt, sehr praktisch.
- Alfonso (8/5): - Struttura nuova. Cucina in camera. Peccato per il bagno, manca un tappetino e con la doccia si allarga tutto. In realtà pare essere uno studentato che viene convertito in hotel in estate. Sorpresi dalla colazione omaggio, mini cornetti molto buoni e caffè Illy dalla macchinetta.
- Carole Anne (4/5): Attention au lit - ATTENTION, le lit du studio pour 2 personnes est en réalité un grand lit une place (120cm). Nous avons donc demandé un second matela qui nous a été refusé, une couette et des draps supplémentaires qui nous ont aussi été refusé. Le personnel de l'acceuil n'était pas compréhensible et même très désagréable en soupirant plusieurs fois devant notre nez. Sinon les chambres sont propres et la piscine agréable mais pas beaucoup de transat. Cet hotel est en réalité une résidence étudiante que je recommande uniquement au personne seule ou en couple mais avec des petits gabarits sinon les nuits sont compliqué.
- Shana (10/5): Aout 2024 - Super rapport qualité prix, localisation parfaite pour ce rendre a florence avec le tramway numéro 2. A simple titre inforatif : Serviette, et papier toilette fournis mais il n’y a pas d’autres équipement souvent fournis dans les paques d’accueil tel qu’une éponge ou du liquide vaisselle. Sinon super expérience je recommande +++

- Ardalan (10/5): - Great stay for the price, the rooms are a format of student housing, dedicated AC and drinkable water plus fast internet, the facility is 4 minutes of walk from the tram station which is extremely convenient, great service. Definitely worth the stay
- Gabriella (4/5): - I forgot a dress in my room. I have been unable to communicate with them at all to arrange for mailing it. At this point I don’t know if I’ll have enough chance as it’s been so long. Called - no one answered. Left a voicemail - haven’t been reached out. Contacted them through expedia - nothing yet. It’s been 5 days. Stay was ok, easy transportation back to the city.
- ARACELI (10/5): Residencia muy nueva y limpia. - Residencia de estudiantes que en verano aloja turistas. Habitación y cama pequeña para 2 personas pero el resto muy bien. Tiene cocina y wifi. No hay Tv. Piscina en la última planta. Para desayunar Ofrecen 1 croasan y café de maquina gratis hasta las 11. Todo muy nuevo y muy limpio. Personal muy agradable. En recepción la chica del pelo largo es un encanto.

- Corrado (8/5): - Struttura nuova e ben tenuta. Un po’ fredda forse. Scarso servizio: capisco sia un ostello, ma ho chiesto un cuscino in più perché l’unico fornito in camera era inconsistente e mi han risposto che non potevano darmelo. Niente bidet nel bagno nuovo, nonostante lo spazio disponibile (in Italia non ti danno l’abitabilità in un appartamento se non lo installi) solo un doccino. Niente phon, no tv, no cassaforte. Zona in costruzione, affaccio su cantieri, a 1 km dalla nuova zona universitaria, in strada chiusa vicino strade ad alto traffico, pochi o niente locali. Per trovarli bisogna muoversi. Carini il caffè gratis alla macchinetta fino alle 11 am, gli spazi comuni, i bigliardini e la piscina.
- Lea (8/5): - Im Großen und Ganzen war die Unterkunft sehr praktisch. Die Stadt, der Flughafen und der Bahnhof waren schnell und direkt zu erreichen. Die Tram ist in 5min zu erreichen. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was man brauchte. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich cool, es gab Kaffee und Croissants morgens umsonst.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 기숙사를 활용한 레지던스예요 - 방학동안 기숙사를 활용해서 숙박을 제공하는 곳이라 쾌적하고 가격이 저렴했지만, 레지던스로 알고 갔던 터라 헤어드라이어, 설겆이용품이 아예 없고 식기만 딱 1개씩 있거나 창문을 열면 맞은편 기숙사가 훤히 보여서 좀 불편했음.. 그치만 작은 수영장을 겸비한 루프트탑과 휴식공간이 로비와 정원에 잘 갖춰져있고 생소한 시스템에 대해서는 리셉션에서 친절하게 대응해주고 있었음.. 대학시절 추억을 떠올리게 하는 느낌이 있어 학생때로 돌아간 느낌이었음..

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und die Unterkunft 100% weiter empfehlen! Super nette Mitarbeiter, tolles Gebäude, super Lage (direkt an der Tram-Station (eine Fahrt ins Zentrum kostet nur 1,70€ und dauert ca. 10 min.), gegenüber ist ein großer Esselunga (Supermarkt)), alles sauber und neu. Es wird jeden Tag sauber gemacht, morgens gibt es leckere Cornetti. Für Solo-Reisende top ausgestattet und es ist immer ein Ansprechpartner da. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohl gefühlt!

- Jan (8/5): A modern and clean place - A student home which tranforms into a hotel during summerbreaks. The studios kitchens are equipped with most machines but lack basic things like dish-brush and wash-up liquid. There is no cofeemachine or perculator. No cutting board, salad bowl, corkscrew etc etc. Also the studio does not contain TV. I brought my Ipad which was fine since the wifi is high-speed. The studio is fairly isolated against noise. On the up-side which is considerably bigger than the opposite can be mentioned a good gym (by hotel standards) and a superb roof-top pool. The location halfways between the airport and citycentre by tram is awesom. Overall I should say the the place offers excellent value for money.
- Fatima (8/5): Séjour Florentin .. - Un Bel établissement avec une super déco et design et tellement propre c'est plaisant L'emplacement est top à 8m de l'aéroport et 15 du centre ville en tramway t2 régulièrement Les espaces sont super bien étudié dans le hall et la chambre tout a fait ce qu'il faut pour séjour la salle de bain toilettes super L'accueil des dames a l'entrée super sympa et agréable Le coin cuisine très bien étudié et espace literie top, (juste les oreillers pas top du Ikea pour les invités) .. La piscine est un plus évidemment et les petits déjeuners avec café chocolat et petit croissant italien pas copieux mais c'est bien pour démarrer la journée Mon seul pour négatif et le plus lourd c'est le bruit terrible car pas isolé du tout (malgré petite doubleur porte) Mais le point qui fait que malheureusement malgré tout ce top attitude je ne pourrai pas revenir car les nuits ont été horrible (les 2 dernières) car vendredi et samedi et comme des gens y séjournent sur long terme et étudiants sont résidents (ça devait être le côté sympa)mais tellement ne sont pas respectueux des autres Cette dernière nuit c'était horrible je suis sortie deux fois crier une colère demandant d'arrêter de claquer la porte avec plusieurs aller retour du hall pour remonter, ça fait sursauter à chaque fois Le côté pas de télé ne pas déranger Dommage pour moi car mes nuits sont plus importantes que le design et déco
- Onur (4/5): İdare eder - Otelde çok fazla sivrisinek vardı. Ayrıca burası otel değil, öğrenci yurdu. Yataklar aşırı küçük. Tek kişi yatağa 2 kişi yatmak zorunda kaldık. Odada sabun, su ısıtıcı ve saç kurutma makinesi yok. Ekstra yastık istedik, reddedildi. Havuz suyu çok soğuk. Tavsiye etmiyorum.
