• jorge (2/5): - They have long term residents staying at this property. Dont expect them to be friendly. Your just a torn in there side and the quicker you leave the happier they are. The property is crap. Minimum upkeep going on around the building. The apartment and room are not bad they were pretty clean. The bathroom sink was gross. Someone with no home training treated it like a dumpster. The bath tub felt like it was going to fall through the floor. I would never stay there again.

• cledimar (2/5): - I really had a pretty good experience until the moment I was told an error was made with my reservation and I'd have to change rooms to one where I'd be the lone female. I guess these are share lodgings, but I don't think that putting a lone female with a bunch of males would be all that safe for the female
• Mark (2/5): - I have been to many terrible places but this is the first where I felt worried for my life. Someone who is not even a member of staff routinely ordered around and threatened guests throughout my stay. At one point he produced a weapon! He regularly reminds people of his time in prison. These behaviors are intended to be intimidating and evidence of what is legal assault. (He also aggressively pursued me in extremely inappropriate intimate conversation even after I was firm about my orientation). There is no reason that any guest should ever have to experience this outrageous disrespect. This person and the owners are in danger of civil damages and possibly criminal action for their refusal to confront or remove him. I made them aware several times and was ignored. The property is also in an unsafe neighbourhood. Go here only if you are desperate for cheap housing and your personal safety is not that important to you. This place is straight up dangerous!
• Mark (2/5): - Someone who isn’t even part of staff and recently released from prison runs this property like he is still a cell boss. You will experience threats if you don’t comply to his rules. I have even seen him showing a weapon. I made the owners aware but they do not care. On top of that, it’s in a sketchy neighborhood. No reason to stay here unless you are desperate for cheap housing. It is straight up dangerous!

• Charles (2/5): Don't stay here! - After seeing the property left and made other arrangements. You only rent a bed here other people you don't know stay in same room with you. Staff doesn’t speak local language and wouldn't hold still long enough to use google translate.

• SORAN (2/5): - The pictures are very misleading compare to the actual property, didn't know this is a shared property. This is a small old house changed to rental property. when arrived a little earlier, I talked with on renter that coming in and out smoking stuff and throwing left over cigarette butt at the front of the property, informed me this is a shared room with 3 others, and when I entered the property, it was smelly, dirty, and no way like the pictures in the advertisement shown... I would never recommend this for property for rent.

• Jacob (4/5): - So I’m going to lead with something of a summary- If you’re looking for a dirt cheap place with a bed, a shower, and minimal privacy this will do just fine. I’m not sure I’d really categorize this as a hostel per se, rather someone’s apartment into which they’ve stuffed a bunch of bunk beds. For a spot with 8 beds, communal space was minimal and cramped. The bathroom was as clean as you’d expect a bathroom utilized by 8 people, though it showed many signs of damage- or at least temporary/poor repairs. The living room and kitchen were neat and clean, with seating for 7 (maybe 8) between the two. The rooms were more cramped than one would typically expect with this setup, with not much space to move around (I could reach the other top bunk leaning over from my own, and I’m not tall). There were the normal amount of electrical outlets for an apartment bedroom, but no chargers or anything at each bed. Storage was virtually non-existent, with a standard closet in the room. No lockers or anything, no decent place for everyone to store their belongings. The apartment had central air, which was adequate in the common areas but severely lacking in the bedrooms. I know it’s Florida- heat and humidity- but there was zero airflow for the top bunks. It was absolutely stifling. A simple oscillating fan, floor or wall mounted, would have made a world of difference. Neighborhood was okay. I’d suggest a sign out front, but something tells me this place isn’t quite permitted properly.

• Hrithik (4/5): - This dorm doesn’t have a single locker. The bunkers are super fragile and can break anytime. How can it qualify as a dorm?
• Donte (4/5): - When is started shared dormitory but bed door 1, it became very misleading especially when arriving to the location. My assigned bed had no pillows, blankets or even a towel and there’s a small roach infestation in the kitchen cupboards.
• T (2/5): - I didn’t get to stay at this booking but I just want to say this host is a scam. I made a mistake & booked this place & asked for a refund immediately after once I realized that they charged me for an extra person & I didn’t want to share a room with 3 other people because I had my passport with me & they didn’t have no secure places to lock my stuff up. Host lied & said Expedia was in charge of getting a refund then come to find out Expedia said the property won’t give a refund even tho I didn’t stay there at all in never booking anything they through Expedia again & I definitely don’t suggest staying at this property

• Cyd (2/5): Do not book this place. - We were not able to stay because there was no one at the property to let us in. There were directions on a walk to call a number. When the number was called the person that answered said it was the wrong number. We called the number three times with the same result. We were left without a place to stay for the night and had to find and pay for another hotel.
