• Karen (5/5): Disappointed in apartment. - The apartment is located in Brickell which is a convenient location for Miami. The apartment is in a building where many apartments are on airBandB and other services. The lobby is always full of people with suitcases, and it made the wait for an elevator very long and the trip to the 40th floor very slow. The apartment facilities were not as described: the second bed is a daybed, not a sofabed, and the third bed is a cheap cot. Furniture seemed dirty. Kitchen supplies minimal - only two table knives, no salad bowl, beat up old pots and pans, odd dishes. Ceiling overhead light not working in bedroom, lock on balcony slider didn't work, couldn't get the TV to work and when called "customer service" number on TV list no answer. Had requested that the "sofabed" be made up, but we had to hunt all over to find sheets for it and make it up. Very poor communication from owners. They had said that directions would be sent the day before, and I even phoned them and they promised to send directions, but no directions arrived until we were on the train to Miami. I do not recommend this apartment.

• Vera (8/5): Heerlijk ruim verblijf dat als thuiskomen aanvoelde - Ik twijfelde eerst of zo een groot appartement wel nodig was, omdat we het grootste deel van de dag buiten zouden zijn. Uiteindelijk was het juist een bron van rust voor ons waar een ieder een eigen plekje had om terug te trekken. Daarbij was de open keuken met het mooie uitzicht zo uitnodigend dat ik ook zin kreeg om gezonde maaltijden te koken, terwijl ik normaliter niet kook tijdens vakanties. De hoogtepunten waren vooral het uitzicht, de locatie en de faciliteiten bij het appartement zoals de zwembaden, gym en de wellness. Ook de wasmachine, droger en stofzuiger waren heel prettig in gebruik. Het appartement zag er verzorgder uit dan op de foto’s. De parkeerplek was makkelijk te vinden , we is voldoende ruimte om te parkeren en een paar stappen van de lift verwijderd. De host was vriendelijk en reageerde snel. Zoals vaker voorkomt bij het huren van een appartement of vakantiehuis hebben wij een vuile pan aangetroffen en servies dat niet goed was afgewassen. Wij weten dat we dit kunnen tegenkomen en wassen daarom altijd onze spullen af voor gebruik. Het appartement kan wel een upgrade gebruiken als het om de badkamer gaat, maar wij stoorde ons er niet aan. Een klein nadeel van het complex is dat de appartementen verhuurd worden en daardoor veel gasten rond dezelfde tijd gebruik maken van de lift. We hebben wel eens 10 minuten staan wachten op de lift. Daarnaast werkt de knop voor de 40ste verdieping in lift 1 niet.
• Laura (9/5): Hermoso departamento en Brickell, con vista inmejorable en un piso 40. - La ubicación, la vista, tiene todo para estar cómodo en tu estadía en Miami. Que tenga estacionamiento gratis incluido es un gran plus, ya que en la zona es indispensable. La cama roll up tiene un colchón bastante duro. Le vendría bien un cambio! Todo lo demás muy bien!

• LAURA (10/5): Si te quieres enamorar de Miami, quédate aquí - Todo. La ubicación: súper central, llegas a partes lindas caminando, algo que es un gran logro en EEUU. Tienes un 7-11 en una esquina y una CVS en otra. La vista: las fotos no le hacen justicia a la vista tan espectacular que tiene ese balcón. Se ve lindo el amanecer, el atardecer, el día, la noche. Sólo quedarse admirando la vista desde ese balcón es todo un mood. La distribución interna: solo tiene una habitación pero es muy amplia. El sofá se acondiciona como sofá cama, y a pesar de que lo pedimos sencillo, queda muy cómodo para un persona adulta y grande. La cocina muy amplia y agradable, dotada con cosas básicas como para sentirte en casa. El wifi funcionaba perfecto. La host: muy amable, siempre responde tus dudas en whatsapp y en la recepción igual muy amables. El edificio: aunque no disfrutamos de los amenities del edificio, desde nuestro balcón adornaban la vista las piscinas y el jacuzzi. Hay 6 ascensores que aunque antiguos, funcionan muy bien. Está muy organizado para la entrega de parking. Tener que irme 😖. Quisiera volver a Miami casi que solo por volver a ese apartamento

• Flavia Roxana (8/5): - The property itself is pretty great, with amazing views and plenty of space, although there are a few things worth mentioning. The apartment is ideal for 2 to 4 people (though two people would need to sleep on a sofa bed). It’s well-equipped for cooking, though nothing was properly cleaned. There are plenty of pans, but they’re in poor condition. The rooms are spacious and smelled fresh, and the beds were comfortable. However, the bed linens and pillows seemed a bit worn, though they appeared clean. The bathroom is spacious, but the bathtub and shower were in poor condition with chips and stains. Additionally, it seemed like the cleaning was superficial, as we found hair in the bathtub and on the floor. We also found two towels that were dirty, and one had holes in it. That being said, if you can overlook these issues, the apartment is in a fantastic location with stunning views and a top-notch balcony. A major plus is the available parking spot. The lady who provided us with the instructions was incredibly kind and responsive, answering our questions at any time of day. The reception staff were also great and helpful. However, the building is very busy. Although there are six elevators, only two were working, which resulted in long waits to get to the apartment. In conclusion, we enjoyed the place, but some things really need improvement.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Very dirty unit and terrible management property!! - The apartment was clearly not clean and very dirty. The bathroom was just disgusting with pee drops and hair from previous guests even on the toilet!!!! I have contacted the property and nobody even reply as they didn’t care at all about the awful conditions left the apartment before guest enter! I did also foto and sent to them and no reply at all!! This place should get controlled cause there is no way to pay for that service!!

The fire alarm went off repeatedly all night, making it impossible to sleep. Additionally, there was a lot of dust around the apartment, which made the stay feel unclean. On a positive note, communication with the responsible person was good—they were responsive and polite. However, the overall experience did not meet expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it for the price.

Additionally, the 24-hour gym was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine during my visit. One of the highlights of my stay was the convenience of free parking, which is a rare find in such a bustling area. This made it easy to explore the neighborhood without worrying about parking fees. The location is fantastic, situated near Komodo restaurant and other trendy dining options, making it easy to indulge in Miami's vibrant culinary scene. The overall ambiance of the Brickell area is lively and energetic, with plenty of shops, bars, and attractions within walking distance. Whether I was lounging by the pool or enjoying a meal at a nearby restaurant, I felt immersed in the local culture. In summary, my experience at the Miami Brickell unit was nothing short of excellent. The combination of a fantastic host, amazing amenities, and a prime location.
• Kutman (1/5): Worst and most unsafe experience ever - There is nothig to love It's a terrible place and moreover they are liars and you are being used as a tool for this by booking. The reason we rented this place was its location and the cleanliness of the rooms, the fact that it was safe and there was absolutely no party, unfortunately we booked it by Booking.com notes, but to the contrary, we encountered shouting, fighting until the morning, very loud music and fighting in the corridors. We wrote and told you many times, but we did not receive any response to our complaint and request for 2 days refund since we vacated 2 days earlier because it was unsafe for our family. As booking, your responsibility is very high and we have already had the necessary conversations. It is a terrible place, do not recommend it. Still waiting for booking.com support!
