- john (8/5): Clean, Good location for downtown - They had several size pillows so I could find the right size for my personal taste for sleeping. Very good. The hotel was secure with secure parking. Good location. The TV system had to be fixed, I could not get news and other certain channels.
- Arnaud (4/5): -
- Aleksandra (1/5): -
- Shantice (10/5): The manager was amazing, the area is great, my room was clean and comfortable. - It was in a quiet area with late night food nearby
- dave (1/5): -
- Orlin (8/5): I liked the place very clean room and comfortable place - It was clean and private It’s was too over priced

- Okoye (6/5): - I liked having windows onto the street. I also like the ease of check in and check out. The towels were also nice. And the staff was pleasant. Very good location. There was no elevator and no one to help with transporting luggage up and down the stairs.
- Marcus (9/5): -
- Swan (1/5): Low low class -
- nicola (8/5): - Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti da downtown Miami.
Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Purtroppo non era prevista la colazione e non c'era un forno a microonde in camera (comunque c'è n'era uno disponibile nella zona comune)
- Nicole (10/5): - The location and good weather!
- Mc Dowell (10/5): - Everything Nothing
- Hurriya (3/5): Decently clean but completely outdated and not even coffee provided. Not worth the price at all. - Location Not worth the money- not even coffee provided in the room. I will not pay more than $60-$70 max for this motel.
- Norbert (7/5): -
- Annashae (1/5): Horrible would never stay here - There was nothing to like no match on door front desk rude 2025 November honest review here My door had no latch I requested to move rooms they said no but I had no latch and was put next to a very noisy guy who watches u I don’t thinks it’s safe
- Angela (6/5): -
- Sharon (6/5): - Room clean spartan but decorated but I felt unsafe with some of the people staying there and the neighborhood
- 565alixea (10/5): Many entertainment is few here so the price gouging and tourism is high so we need to stop & remember transportation is not scar - Aaahhh the price is a little trip advisor what the advertising don't remember about Hurricane season is 06-11 in Miami. Florida. So the locals have a lot of expenses to gather before the snow birds allocate all the items . So back to school is around the corner as well. So we do have less to spend on expenditures. Thank you .
- Brandon (4/5): - First I asked for another key cuz I only got one key and typically hotels give two anyways, I did get a second key however they gave me a bad look but I thought nothing of it.
When we got to the room that hey gave us, the AC wasn’t working properly, but they did give us another room but again not without giving us an attitude, and prolonging the problem. When we got to our new room it was better but they gave us only one key again so I went to the desk and respectfully ask for another one, but a new person had taken the night shift for that night. He also gave us a bad look. Then, as we re unpacking our back we can’t find our chargers, so my buddy went down to try and find them as I unpack the rest of our things. He got sent back told him it needed to be me to come talk to him. I thought that was not really coo l because my buddy had one of the room keys so he could’ve jst search which room it was in then go from there.
- Camilla (7/5): Good -
- maricruz (4/5): - It was the only hotel, no wait motel available.
I was desperate. I missed my connecting flight. Beds are uncomfortable, they make noise if you move. Thecwalls are super thin.
It looks like more of a one noght stand motel.
- Jeovany (2/5): - Very rude staff is family owned very unprofessional
- Rakiyyah (4/5): - Deposit took over a month to return in my card, I called and asked for updates and the receptionist was extremely nasty several times. Read the reviews seems like they have payment transaction issues frequently.
It’s a MOTEL not a Hotel so you get what you pay for.
- Angela (6/5): - The communal microwave was an eye-opener. Showed our son his first "bodega" just down the street. It looks like the city is trying to reclaim the street and restore it back into a 1920s motif. Unfortunately, our toilet leaked water and the refrigerator didn't work, so my son got his first smell of death from it as well. Definitely a family adventure.
- David (10/5): - Great property if you're staying in Miami. Close to everything you need. Rooms are clean and very well maintained property.
- Kenneth (1/5): Bad -
- James (4/5): - Very basic room. No pictures on wall, no table lamps for reading and door was difficult to open and close. Toilet was clean there were only two towels, mini soap bar and plastic package of shampoo. I had to quietly snuff a large crawling insect (2 inch) before my wife saw it or we wouldn’t have stayed there.
- ARACELI (8/5): - For a night or two, is fine. Average old hotel
I paid 150.00 for the night. Everything did worked and it was clean.
- Trummell (7/5): Good -
- Qiong (4/5): - Fare
- Verified traveler (2/5): Absolutely disgusting!! - The most disgusting place I have ever had the displeasure of staying at, where do I start? We walk in the room and the first thing we notice is an awful sweaty smell in the room. Upon more inspection the pillows had yellow stains as well as walls with noticeable dirt spots or cracks. The worst part was the DISGUSTING bathroom that had random stranger’s hair on the floor, sink and tub. That is gross and disgraceful. But to really make it worse there was a green NOSE BOOGER on the wall next to the toilet!!!! That is absolutely disgraceful to have a room in this condition and “ready” for customers. Absolutely shameful. The following night, people in the room next door were drunk and arguing until 1am. So if you love boogers, domestic violence and pure filth, this hotel is for you…otherwise stay far away!!! This was a nightmare!!!
- Kelly (2/5): - A dirty mess filtthy mess
- Alicia (10/5): - Shower curtain need to be change
- Miranda (10/5): Exceptional -
- kevin (10/5): - Good
- Obbia (6/5): - Toilet seat was not stable. No place to hand clothes in the washroom. Mattress was worn out
- Maike (10/5): Exceptional -
- carlos (10/5): - Clean
- Roy (3/5): I really struggled sleeping with the sleeps comes from the sheets and from the room also very dusty towels looked like s - Only the staff were nice It smells and the room is dirty
- Dr (7/5): Over priced compared to other places with same prices - Not bad Not value for my money
- Devin (10/5): - An older building but well maintained and very clean!
Staff was kind and available 24/7
- Heath (2/5): - I travel extensively and booked this place in a pinch. From the street it looked ok. The bathroom was disgusting with black mold on the tub and shower curtain, hair was in the broken grout on the floor and the toilet seat was dirty. There was a nauseating stench of too much much deodorizer. I had to cover my nose to get to sleep, but the street noise would wake me again. For $150 I expect more.
- Antwan (8/5): Very good -
- Surendra (1/5): Bad -
- Alicia (10/5): - Excellent
- Anthony (3/5): Poor - Nothing Over priced druggie hotel
- Jennepher (6/5): - No water in mini fridge , vending machine was broken, also the bathroom curtains had mold.
- Edgar (10/5): - Great location and friendly staff
- Regina (7/5): I wouldn’t choose this motel for my vacation stay - I didn’t really enjoy my stay at this property. It wasn’t what I expected The price and the location
- Payne (7/5): Good -
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Just before arriving at the hotel in the Uber, we heard a bang and shouting. I hope that wasn't a gun. They are trying to "revitalize" but I wouldn't walk these streets at night, and I'm a big man.
Checkin was ok, but the key didn't work. The clerk checked it, told us it worked, but you have to hold it on the lock for a full minute. If that doesn't work flip it over and try for another minute. After the third flip and about 5 minutes, the light started intermittently flashing but didn't unlock. Removing the key card and touching again for another 30 seconds finally got us in the door...
To the 80 degree room. AC running full blast, but completely ineffective. "Its cheap... we just needed a place to sleep a few hours" we told ourselves. Then sat on the matress, which caved in until we were almost sitting on the slats. Soft, hot, no support.
Sweating in our underwear, we tried to make the best of it and get some sleep. I tossed and turned for 5 hours before the backache forced me out of bed. At least the shower was hot enough for long enough to soothe some of the aches (with a lot of ibuprofen). Getting out of the shower, you instantly realize why most bathrooms have a fan and AC vent. The humidity was stifling and sweat was pouring off me. Opened the door naked. At least the daughter was still asleep. She will have to share a rag and towel with one of us.
No soap, no coffee, no ice, no carpet, no laundry bag, no comfort. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.
- Alicia (8/5): - Room was clean and great for an overnight stay.
- George (10/5): Exceptional - The location is being quite and clean staff
Are very friendly I didn’t complain but the only 1 things I didn’t like I told my room attendant that i didn’t need cleaning my room that day couse I just got the day before at 10:00 pm
And she waited to I left and still went in my roo
It’s a violation of privacy
- Monteagudo (4/5): Disappointing -
- Anita (5/5): Passable - The only reason I did Not give higher scores is because a small refriz was very old and a table was falling apart. They also lied on the website that there would be a light breakfast, there was NOT even a coffeepot anywhere in the room or lobby.... Shame on them, they charged me $135.00 forNO Swimming pool and NO LIGHT breakfast😡😡
- Adam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeetendra (8/5): - Very helpful
- Jorge (1/5): Bad -
- Katie (1/5): If it wasn’t late i would’ve never ever stayed there. There pictures are extremely generous. - Nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There were dead and alive bugs in the hotel room. There were lip stick stains and other questionable stains on the linens. We asked for new sheets and the woman made us follow her to the other end of the hotel to give it to us so she didn’t have to go to the second floor.
- Rebecca (2/5): Dirty and soiled. - Upon arrival room was dirty. Checked under sheets, stained and dirty with debris.
Could not bring myself and wife to stay. Had to get a room elsewhere at 9pm. Was told we would be refunded but haven’t seen a cent a month later.
- Edwards (2/5): Very poor - Room smelt of smoke, dirty bedding and blanket has cigarette burn.
- Christopher (8/5): - Its not glamorous or anything but it's decent enough. The a/c wasn't turning on when I first got there but I had to leave real quick to go to a show, and I was going to say something when I got back but by then it was on and stayed on the enitre time. I was there for 4 nights and nobody bothered me which I like. Some of these people writing reviews need to learn how to read because they HAVE A SIGN stating there is a $100 deposit, they HAVE A SIGN stating that nobody is going to go into your room when you aren't there and clean unless you specifically ask them to. Also the deposit, it shows up as a pending charge that falls off/gets put back into your account. It was by midnight the day I checked out that it showed the money going back. Y'all do realize sometimes these credit card companies take 5 to 7 business days to process this stuff but y'all are impatient and want to get on here and complain for no reason. There were no cockroaches, no bedbugs. Yes there was a hole in the comfortor on the bed. But I wasn't expecting Holiday Inn, I just needed a place to crash at night I actually spent my vaction in Miami doing stuff instead of sitting in a hotel room expecting room service from an old motel lol
- Phillippa (4/5): - The bedding wasn't clean. We stayed 5 nights, our room was cleaned two times. The microwave was outside by the office. You couldn't make a cup of coffee or tea. It was really dated. We call this a popdown place in my country.
- Carlos (8/5): I got lucky with this secret gem. - Place was clean and comfortable. The location was great. N/A
- Sara (4/5): - Need update and maintenance, I found a cockroach in the room.
- Simonis (6/5): - It was pretty oky for the most part just some little imperfection
- Gretchen (10/5): - Really perfect for what I needed.
- Stacey (10/5): - Our stay was nice, very clean room. Only thing that I can say was bad was the noise outside and no elevator
- Tiff (8/5): - It was okay
- Belcher (10/5): Had an amazing time in Miami everything was a short UBER ride away! - Amazing staff and facilities for the price. Nothin
- Debora (10/5): - Great affordable motel and excellent location.
- Sara (6/5): - Checked into my room, went to use the bathroom and someone before me didn’t flush. Thankfully, I carry wipes to disinfect the seat before using.
- Joan (3/5): I wouldn't ever stay there again. - Nothing Drab and after leaving, no one bothered to answer two direct emails I wrote to the motel.
They also didn't clean the room although they charged for cleaning.
- Jeremias (10/5): Peaceful - Great customer sevice Na
- Luis (8/5): - convenient location, clean, bathroom somewhat neglected
- Michelle (1/5): Bad - Nothing Everything it was dirty stained sheets, loud noise, staff didn't care that others were being loud and not being respectful.
- Nicholas (2/5): - This motel has a 3pm-11pm check-in window and asks that you inform them ahead of any late check-ins which we did. I called at 11:36am and spoke to the front desk informing them of an after midnight arrival. She stated that she would add a note to our booking on the computer to ensure they would be prepared.
However, when we arrived we were informed that they gave our room away and had no rooms remaining. Through a stroke of luck a checkout occured after 45 minutes of my heavily pregnant wife and I scrambling to find another hotel. They ultimately cleaned the room and then billed us the full amount despite us getting in at arou d 3:45am after they made the error.
The rooms are subpar quality at best. Do not stay here, stick to more well reviewed or reputable companies.
- Matthew (2/5): - This place is a dump. Walls are paper thin, no elevator, smells and you can hear every car and motorcycle going by like its in the room. There are no cups for even getting water from the faucet, no coffee maker, and no desk. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.
- Vann (6/5): Ok - Clean room Thought there was a pool
- Meliaa (4/5): - My boyfriend was using the bathroom and a roach starting crawling up his butt. He got up and found more around the toilet and bathroom and room. No remote in room, half clean room and bathroom. You can tell they just surface clean. In a trashy hood neighborhood and got the nerve to have a $100 hold deposit while you staying there. Would not recommend at all especially due to the roaches and them half cleaning the place.
- Virgilio de (8/5): - Great place no problems here. Had a wonderful stay. I would
recommend it. Thank you Jp.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Not clean nor comfortable. Will not book again
- Yulia (2/5): - This motel is run down. The stay shouldn’t cost more than $50
- Edwin (6/5): - Verry expensive for the room smell cigarette bad bad
- Judy (6/5): - Not in a good atmosphere run down for the price didn't feel safe
- Pablo (8/5): Very good - Location The price and the TV remote.
- Carolina (7/5): Good - Location
- Wilbert (8/5): Very good -
- Stephanie (1/5): Bad -
- Joe (5/5): Passable -
- Nathan (8/5): - Nice cheap motel outside downtown Miami. Decently close to the airport
