• Ioana (7/5): Good value for the money, a bit far away from the city center, but nice apartment. - The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was overall nice. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, and the unique link that was supposed to let us in the room when we arrived didn’t work because the cleaning team left the wifi off. During the night, we could hear everything from the building hallway and it was a bit noisy.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Dirty and dark flat that needs more care - You can tell that the owners of the place care about you not being bored at the apartment. There is a dishwasher so they left the dishes low key dirty for us to enjoy the machine working for us. Also, you can admire the spider's work covering the beans on the ceiling. No proper light but it's ok, you don't need to see much anyway. 2/4 dining chairs are broken so that you don't sit eating for too long. If you are to use those few grams of sugar the owners left for you, you should be able to still taste the tea or coffee from previous guests as there are lumps of sugar soaked in it. Jokes aside, the owners had to do just 10% more work to make this flat actually good. But I guess proper cleaning and supplying guests with tea and coffee time necessities is too much. It's an ok-ish place to sleep for 2 nights like we did. But I'd never pick it again.

And It's İmpossible enter room without internet. If they share their wifi and password at the first it can be more easy. İt takes 2 hour and stress for me. Turkish boys helped me near the kebap house. God bless them.

I arrived at apt, but still had no email. it was raining heavily and we couldn't gain access. the email with self access instructions should be sent before day of arrival to avoid a situation like this occurring.

• Nikol (1/5): You’d be better off sleeping on the street. The host is a liar and a scammer. - This is a continuation of the bad stuff because it does not fit below. The property is refusing to give us a refund and IGNORING ALL OUR ATTEMPTS AT CONTACTING THEM. We requested a refund through booking which they rejected with an explanation that the cleaning service said that everything is clean and okay and there are welcome kits with shampoo, soap and bubble bath as well a kitchen towel roll in the kitchen. ( From the state of the apartment it´s very apparent that no cleaning service has ever set foot in that godforsaken place.) The host is also refusing to cooperate with booking.com. Me and both of my friends have BEDBUG BITES all over our bodies and full refund is the least we deserve after this nightmarish experience. This place should be shut down and get it´s licence taken away. Not to mention that we had to find and pay for another accomodation last minute and then spend the whole day cleaning all of our belongings to make sure we got rid of all the bed bugs. Before we arrived the host kept bombarding us with messages regarding our time of arrival, because someone was supposed to hand us the keys in person, when we arrived we got a message that it´s self check-in. The apartment was located in a really sketchy ghetto looking neighbourhood. We were traveling as a group of three young women and got catcalled, followed and harrased on our way to the apartment. Which is also located really far from the centre, which was supposed to be walking distance (maybe if you want to walk for two hours straight), far from metro and the only bus that goes to the bus stop nearby doesnt even go to the city. The apartment itself is a huge dissapointment and violation basic hygienic and living standarts. The front door can´t even be locked and the keyhole is so big that you can see into the hallway. The street and neighbours are really noisy at night and you really do not feel safe in that place. The whole apartment is FILTHY and INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS. All the cutlery and dishes have stains on them, even mouth prints from previous users. The pavement on the street was probably cleaner than the floors. The bathroom was disguisting, the toilet kept dripping, the shower was moldy and the promised free toiletteries consisted of a tiny bar of soap per person. One of the lights in the living room did not work, neither did the hairdryer or iron. There were no kitchen towels, and when asked the property where are they, they sent me a picture of the toilet paper in the bathroom. There is a washing machine but no products to wash the clothes. The matresses are full of bed bugs as well as pee and blood stains. Lots of hair everywhere. The bedsheets were dirty and full of stains as well. The promised view is a view of the local crime scene on the street, that if you can see throught the filthy windows which were last washed probably at the factory where they were made, as the rest of the apartment. I am contacting the hygiene department and my lawyers.
• Стоянка (7/5): Good - It is really nice apartment. The location - there is a bus station in front of the place, but you need to change bus and metro to get to the centre. It takes almost 40 minutes.
• Zuzana (8/5): Nicely equipped apartment, a little further from the center, but it fulfills everything you need for - The apartment itself was ok, suitable for a visit to Milan, you can find everything you need, the air conditioning was useful, on the other hand, capsules for the coffee machine, dishwashing liquid, towels and shower gel are nice. There is a bus stop near the apartment, the metro is significantly further away. Nicely equipped apartment, a little further from the center, but it fulfills everything you need for a short stay It would be good to improve the cleanliness of the floors, a lot of dust everywhere. There are a lot of non-Italians around, which doesn't feel safe. They are everywhere, especially in public transport.

The room was comfortable and well equipped with all electronics needed (a/c especially at this time of the year) The room was totally empty in ways that there was no welcoming shampoo or soap to wash hands at least. One night we could not unlock the room so we had to use the link that was sent to us in first place to open the door.

• Orlanda (1/5): Poor communication - The house was clean and spacious which was very good! It was located in a quiet neighbourhood. The location of the apartment was very far from everything central! But the apartment smelled like mold and then whenever you would flush the toilet the water wouldn’t stop running. There was no wifi, or at least there was no clear instructions on where the wifi code was located in the apartment. And the host was no help with it when I asked him about it. My biggest issue though with this place is the host. If you try to call or message them they never respond or answer. We had forgotten something inside the apartment and had no way to get back in and our flight was that afternoon!! We messaged the host in Booking, in Whatsapp, called them at least 10 times on the phone and received no response! They only responded to us at 5.00pm when we were already leaving. Very very bad service
• Ilze (9/5): Very quiet and comfortable place. Was not disturbed by anyone. - Very quiet location. Close to supermarket. Apartment was waiting for us already chilled and after the heated weather outside it was perfect. Couldn’t understand how to lock the door but in the end realised that it supposed to be just shut. Didn’t have a kitchen towel so had to use bathroom towel to dry dishes. Check out at 10 o’clock.

• Eduardo (1/5): Not recomended. - The apartment was dirty, during the whole stay the WI-FI did NOT work, the main door could NOT be locked with key and it was very unsafe. The pillows were horrible and the beds were uncomfortable. There was no rag to clean the table, and the attention from the staff was terrible.
• Hammoud (1/5): Partial compensation for terrible experience - Nothing First, we agreed that check in will be at 2, we where there but they weren't ready, we had to wait for like 30 minutes for the guy to finish preparing. Then he finish, but i sweat the room was literally all dusty as if it was never cleaned before, i had allergic reaction for how mych dusty it is. Plus, the toilet was not working and flushing the water, it's kinda ruined, so everytime we wanted to use the bathroom we literally had to go to Mcdonalds on the other street, it was terrible, we still cleaned the house a little bit although we shouldn't work on vacation, and honestly a lot more but i wouldn't nag more, i really had to spend a lot of time out to not be at the appartment, i would kindly ask if possible for partial compensation, at least maybe for the allergic medication. Thank you in advance.
• Zane (5/5): Basic - Spacious apartment There was no information at the apartment about local amenities. No hand wash. No kitchen towel There were a couple of napkins and sugar sachets lying about....you either provide them or not. Mould in shower. Numerous wi-fi boxes with wires on the floor. No attention to detail and very rushed. Does not make you feel like a guest. Tourist tax information is misleading and need to be precise. Also property should not be entered once we have the keys. (This did happen whilst we weren't in but our belongings were in the apartment). Very noisy early hours in the morning.
• Hadi (8/5): Worth it. - Well decorated apparemment with 2 big balcony, a big bedroom (that deserve a bigger bed tho) and a kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Plus it has a bus stop just in front, 5 stops away from the subway and 3 from tramway. The floor was dusty and needed to be mopped, specially under tne bed and in the corners.

• Sofya (5/5): You can find better for the price - It is a beautiful apartment with nice design, kitchen utensils, heating and good bedroom The location is far from centre, price is a bit too high for the place and location. Even though I wanted to leave a positive review, after checkout, when we left the key on the table, staff accused us in stealing it, instead of checking better, while it was right on the kitchen table. Maybe it was a try to scam us, but can’t claim it.

• Tim (4/5): Was ok for the price once issues were sorted - Price and washing machine Well, we had 2 apartments booked, but one was unusable because if you turn the oven and kettle on at the same time it overloads the power, so one apartment was without any power for a few hours, in the heat, very hard to contact the owner. Was finally fixed but our companions booked elsewhere. A simple note in the apartment explaining the power would have solved this. The apartment I stayed in was ok once aircon started to work. Couldn’t get the oven working. Wifi also not working until the owner had it fixed. Good washing machine though and for the price can’t expect a palace Location was out of the way but once we worked out public transport was actually quite easy to move around, definitely get a transport pass that allows trains buses and trams. There’s a supermarket close by that’s cheap and has a good range of food

The owner was quick to reply and check-in/out went well. I can recommand. There is a bus not far the apartment that will bring you to the Metro, but I would say the apartment is quite far from center.
